A kinder, gentle apocalypse. No gratuitous violence though bad stuff may happen off screen. Great character growth! makes for a better read than just straight up trails and tribulations. In the series Some of the bad guys were a bit tiresome and some parts were a bit long winded but story ends at good place with lessons learned and hope. Very enjoyable read overall. And finally what happened Moose was a treat!
What a great story! Really written with excitement on every page. A twist here a twist there and even "BAM" out of no where even more excitement!! I Did so enjoy this series from the beginning. Thank you for characters and the shear fun of reading each book! I look forward to reading more this amazing author. THANK YOU!
Book 6 tied up everything satisfactorily with a lot of tense drama along the way. Believe it or not, I worried about Moose the German Shepherd from the earlier books, even he shows up for a happy ending.
Love, love this final book of The No Tomorrow series. Quite the exhilarating ride and fell in !I've with each and every character.
This series was a ride! Bumpy and scary. Leveling out in some places. That being said…this is a book (Remnants) that should not be read as a standalone. The other 5 books in this series are necessary to really understand what the heck is going on. I enjoyed reading them, but very glad I’m done. Will take a lot for me to start another series that is this long.
This book was a nice wrap to this series. It was a bit rainbows at the end, but I prefer that to bleak for the most part since the apocalypse is bleak enough. I'm still a bit puzzled by the decision to bring Lizzy on such a venture, but she needed resolution too and it worked out fine. The writing throughout has been good as has been the editing. This was a good ending to a good series.
This was a really good story. The characters were all really well developed and I really loved them or really didn’t like them at all. I enjoyed the story very much and I was really happy. that at the end of the story. It felt like complete closure on each person and the dogs.
Nonstop action. I really enjoyed the characters and how the relationships grew. Scary to think how possible it is for a government to actually release a bio-weapon and destroy the citizens of every country!
Finding a cure and eradicating the killer insects brings humanity back from the brink. The long journey to search for a way to stop the threats made it better for the survivors.
Well Mike and BK absolutely put together a book series that was too difficult to put down! I think I read the whole set in record time, now I am sad it us over and I am wondering where I go from here?
Brilliant, fantastic, finale. Work ongoing to find a cure and survivors worldwide. Remorse, tears, joy, sadness, laughter. All roll into one in this final book in the series. You’ll be glad to read to the end.
Thoroughly, THOROUGHLY, thoroughly enjoyed this series— annnnndddd Idk if you could tell, but I had a sudden uptake of post-apocalyptic series/books after this lol. Love me a zombie-fighting for your life-forced to be a leader-angsty-found family-morally grey-enemies to lovers (not as the main-but definitely the side plot) series!! ESPECIALLY, when the series continues with the same characters throughout :) There was so much character and writing development in these books, and it truly made me like the series even more.
