I found this book through the BYU Real OCD club and read part of it at club activities but I just borrowed it to read what I missed. And I love this book so much I think I will buy myself a copy so I can work through it and answer the prompts. It’s written in an understandable and approachable way without taking itself too seriously, which is exactly what people with OCD need. It’s straight to the point and offers so many good analogies, stories, and exercises. This is an amazing resource and I want to apply it in my life!!!
