If you are new to this series, THIS is the book to start with.
The same love story...just told in a different way.
The same things happen...they just happen differently.
With brand new content, this story has been revamped. The emotion, the intensity and the HEAT, have all been TURNED UP!

I love her more than anything. And then my band gets the call that changes everything… My dreams are all coming true, but what will the sudden rush of rock and roll success do to our new marriage? This is only my second book by this author and just like the first, I really liked it.
You’ll enjoy this book if you like these tropes…♡
✿ Slow Burn ✿ Undeniable Attraction ✿ Rockstar Hero ✿ Dancer Couple ✿ Likeable & Relatable Family Dynamic ✿ Meet-cute ✿ Mature, Open & Great Communication Skills
Jack and Mayzie are so cute together. They made my heart happy even when they were dealing with “fans” and “groupies”. I think the author added the perfect amount of drama and conflict to keep this story flowing well and to keep the reader's attention.
This book is part of a series, however, it can be read as a standalone. Recommend picking this book up and giving it a read!
They meet by conscience. They have this pull to each other. He is suffering from writers block. After meeting her it seems to have started a whirlwind of words and it is so good. They have their ups and downs but they are a perfect couple. It was so good.
Overall, I would say I found this to be an enjoyable story. It had lots of Insta love vibes initially for me, but I did appreciate the fact that with time the characters did get to know each other. I did genuinely feel that by the end, their feelings, dedication, and love was real. They certainly went through their share of trials and tribulations, especially with regards to their rock lifestyle. But they came through the other side, strong and together. I liked that they had different forms of support along the way, even as they had obstacles thrown in their path from unexpected directions. The story flowed really well for me and had a pacing that for the most part kept me engaged when I would pick it up to listen. The narrators did a good job although I will say that the female narrator’s male voice wasn’t exactly my favorite. This was a case where I did find myself wishing for duet narration because while I liked both of their voices individually, when they played the other gender character the tone was just a bit lacking for me. It would by no means stop me from listening to either of these narrators again in future. I would just love to hear them on duet narration best of all. I would also absolutely pick up the next book in the series after finishing this one because I did find myself enjoying it once all was said and done and would like to see where it goes next. He’s an incredibly sensitive, caring rockstar, and she’s a dancer. Does it sound fun already? Because it was fun.
Slow burn. Rockstar / dancer couple. Both leads have likable, supportive friends & fam. Meetcute. Slight miscommunications (they’re cleared up almost instantly.)’ Lots of good, open communication. Song lyrics shown to reader.
I liked that road life was depicted, and not just depicted as being a big party. It felt more real. I liked all involved characters and would love to listen to more in this world.
4 stars.
🎧Audio: The only issue for me was, during many of Williams’s parts, he was actively, loudly panting while speaking—it got pretty distracting, took away from the reading experience a bit.
The overall sound quality was great, very crisp and clear. Both narrators were great, performing the book and using different voices for different characters, so that the dual-narration managed to sound almost like a full-cast narration. Aside from the panting, it was great.
This was my first book by Natalie Parker and I really enjoyed it. I'm a big fan of rockstar romances and this one was really sweet and a little bit angsty.
Jack and Mayzie were really cute together. While I didn't love that the majority of the conflict in this story was other woman / groupie drama, I did appreciate that it didn't get too bad and that they overcame it maturely.
While they're story continues as the series moves along, this book can definitely be read as a standalone. We even get a three years later epilogue, that hints at book two, but doesn't feel like a cliffhanger.
I enjoyed Celia Stone and Walker Williams a lot. I love Walker's voice, although he often takes audible breaths in at the end of his sentences which can be a little distracting... Overall I loved the audio though.
i have mixed feelings on this book to be honest .. it was really good but i got thinking about it too much. the insta love got to me too much despite how well written this was. it was fun, and super easy to read for sure. i really enjoyed their relationship and how they navigated jacks fame together. i felt like it was paced really well and there wasn’t too much drama involved either. the insta love is the only aspect really that brought this down for me overall- sometimes i don’t mind it but in others it bothers me🫠
A chance meeting in a cafe, Jack and Mayzie whirlwind romance begins. Getting married, then his band finally getting their big break as an opening act on tour, brings challenges the newlywed couple must overcome. I love the connection between Jack and Mayzie and the fact there's a little bit of drama that they need to overcome.
Great first book of the Turn It Up series. Walker Williams and Celia Stone are great narrators!
See Her is the first book in the Turn it Up series. This is a meet cute, rock and roll romance. This was a cute easy read. Jack and Mayzie have an instant attraction meet cute that will make you smile. You get an emotional roller coaster ride with these two and all the feels. It was entertaining and grabs your attention from the start. Jack for sure stole my heart.
Celia Stone and Walker Williams did a great job portraying these characters.
This is a very enjoyable book. I love how they talk to each other, yes in the beginning there are doubts but they have such a strong connection. A fantastic performance. #pfp
