Second Time Around
Cam and Shiloh were perfect together. Cam & Hawk are manwh*res to the extreme but deep down inside Cam coveted what his other brothers in arms have found. With his brothers around him finding women to make them happy and starting a families has left Cam wanting the same but not any woman would do as he still longs for the one he let get away.
Shiloh has never stopped loving Cam who was her highschool sweetheart. A sweetheart through and through; Shiloh was a bit naíve at times. Currently engaged to a man she simply doesn't love she didn't realize the danger surrounding her until she caught wind of who her fiance really was. With nowhere else to go Shiloh called the one person she knew would protect her at all costs.
Protecting Shiloh was Cam's #1 priority but proving he was the right man for her came at a close 2nd. Shiloh and Cam had a few obstacles standing in the way but Cam fought to prove to Shiloh that he was ready, willing and able to not only keep her safe but provide her with the love and life she always desired.
Watching these men fall head over heels in love is beyond entertaining and enjoyable. I can't wait to see who falls next.

Deadly Protector was amazingly good! I thought Tank was my absolute favorite but Cam is right up there with him. His growly possessiveness and soft cuddly bear side make him absolutely perfect.
Shiloh and Cam were high school sweethearts until he broke her heart sixteen years ago. Now Shiloh has moved on and is engaged. Unfortunately (or in this case I guess fortunately) one night Shiloh overhears her future husband discussing commiting murder and cheating on her. Shiloh books it as fast as she can out of there. She racks her brain trying to think of who she can contact for advice, her mind keeps returning to one name, Cam. After exhausting any options she may have had she reluctantly calls Cam. Cam, Shiloh being the only girl he has ever loved, comes running. The chemistry is still there after all these years and it is scorching hot. Cam vows to keep her safe and to take care of her at any cost. The kernel of love that has been there after all these years starts to grow again. It's up to Cam and the boys to make sure Shiloh stays safe and far away from the ex while they figure out a way to bring him down.
The love Shiloh and Cam have for each other is just as strong if not stronger than it was sixteen years ago. It was amazing to see them come back together and work out what had kept them apart all those years. I feel like they came out a stronger couple for that and everything else they go through. As always I love the wacky, caring, selfless, amazing group of guys and their ladies and how they always have each other's backs. I laughed so hard in so many places of this book, it was comedy gold.
I honestly can't say how much I loved reading this. I didn't want to put it down, like really, I finally fell asleep at 4 am kindle in hand until I heard it drop to the floor (still safe and sound). All to just pick right back up again, sleep is for the weak. I'm sure I'll pay for that in the future but so worth it. Beyond ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and as usual those boys know what they are doing both inside and outside 😏 the bedroom, Cam is no different 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 I can not wait for the next book, I'm on pins and needles to see who it will be. I have my guesses but we'll just have to see.

May 10, 2023This is the third book in The Fierce Protectors Series, I have not yet read the first two, but I plan to fix that situation as soon as possible. As this was the first book, I have read by author Jade Dollston I was not sure what to expect. But you can bet your sweet magnolias I was not expecting the intense chemistry between Cam and Shiloh, especially since their love story actually started 16 years ago.
Shiloh overheard a conversation that she knew she needed to get away from, she knew that if she didn’t get out her life would be at stake, she leaves on her scheduled trip fearing for her life. So what do you do when you find out that the man you have been with and plan to marry is not who you thought he was? You call the one man you know who can protect you. Even if it has been 16 years since you saw him last, and he broke your heart.
The love story of Cam and Shiloh is an epic one, he walked away to keep her from worry, and she kept a huge secret from him for 16 years. They both did what they thought was right, but that does not always make it the best thing to do.
When Shiloh’s ex-fiancé threatens the life of her new family, she does the only thing the can do, she returns to New York to face him. But things went terribly wrong, she had a bad feeling, but she ignored it and that is where she went wrong, Hawk helps Cam when he heads to help his love, he was there for Cam when he needed him. He was there when Cam’s world threatens to crumble around him, he was his strength in the dark time. Does Cam make to find his love before it is to late? Can Shiloh hold on long enough for Cam to show up and take her home?
Author Jade Dollston wrote an amazing book, the characters are so believable, the worldbuilding is so amazing that it was like you are right there. If you are looking for a book to read and like romance and you are ok with the triggers listed above. You need to read this book.

Cam and Shiloh, talk about fated mates!! These two are so stinking cute makes you have a toothache. High school sweethearts , who aren't together but fate brings them back after almost 2 decades and it's like nothing ever has happened between them. Can anyone get more perfect than Camden Fitz , no there aren't any men of such. Attentive, loving , caring , respectful, alpha male. Who has such wholesome goodness in him.
Shiloh/shy, lives up to her name as shy. The sweet , cute , ridiculous wonderful woman caught in a conondrum and needs Cam to help out and out comes the sparks full on. This second chance romance is everything one needs.
Add in some sexy times and mafia vibes you are reaching for those tissues to keep you from crying. Yeah it doesn't help you will cry.
I love this man so much and the relationship between them is just too perfect and pure I love them.
The secondary characters, the men they are just amazing.
Girl squad in this book is what one always wants for self. Including me. And the boys gang do they have any filter no nope they don't and we love them none the less.
But Cam and Shy they are everything.

Oh my! I have enjoyed every single book in this series, but this is by far my favourite.
Cam and Shiloh are so beautiful together.
It has all the emotions, frustration, happy tingles, sadness and excitement.

Sigh! What a great book. I had trouble putting it down and wanted to keep on reading to find out exactly what had happened. Great characters and twists and turns I never saw coming!

Steamy love scenes, humor, and a bossy alpha male with a heart of gold
As a huge fan of the Fierce Protector series I was very excited to read Cam’s book. While it is a standalone you should start with Delay of Game to enjoy all the characters more ❤️
Camden "Cam" Fitz (age 34) is a martial arts expert. He went to grade school with Beau, and lives with Hawk now. He is a party guy with a voyeurism kink… and yes we get a scene in an adult club 🔥
Shiloh Simms aka Cam’s Angel and his Hoov (gotta read to know this reference but you can imagine 😉) . She is a successful ophthalmologist whose life got flipped upside down.
In a move of self-righteous sacrifice, Cam broke up with love of his life for her own good sixteen years ago. They were together from the age of sixteen until they broke up at age nineteen. There is actually a prequel novella, Young Protector, that you should absolutely read to see all Shy’s firsts with Cam… cue swoon 🫠
I Loved everything about this story! Cam is dating Traci, who is snob 2.0, and needed to go!
Loved how Charli put her in her place and Cam immediately got rid of her once she went too far.
The second Cam and Shy meet again it’s electric and non-stop tension and Lust. They are the sweetest couple you just can’t get enough of… and those steamy scenes 🫣
Writing has such well written characters that you can relate to and fall in love with. Add in that laugh out loud humor since they are all a bunch of overgrown kids and the book is a great ride! I love any scene with the kids and their baby talk and innocence.
I am so excited for Hawk’s book! I mean that club scene and his dominance 🫠
The next book is Woody and Taz 😍 and my countdown has started all over again!
A little something for you to take note of: In chapter 51, you'll meet Cam's cousin, Collin, from Philly. Collin is going to be the MMC in an upcoming AK Landow book! This is a crossover so Collin is in this book, and Cam is going to be in AK's book. Indecent Ventures is coming out July 6th.

As you may know by now I've loved all these guys from Jade's 1st book Delay of the Game.
I am thoroughly enjoying meeting them 1 by 1. They are equally hot, hot, hot, aswell as Alpha's that will protect their loved ones. They're such a great big family and with each book I feel part of it more and more.
I love how Jade writes her books, she pulls you in, shocks you, makes you feel, hurts you and then makes you feel so loved and happy lol..
This story was about Camden and Shiloh. From past books we knew there was a past he never talked about so I was anticipating his story and it didn't let me down.
He made a mistake 16 years ago, which he regretted all them years. They both never moved on emotionally from their love.
Well you know, if somethings are meant to be, it will happen no matter what. Their love was meant to be that's why fate had bought them together despite the situation.
Whole he was protecting her from her violent and cheating ex fiancé, they started to get to know each other again. Their feelings exploded along with their chemistry. There was lots of misunderstanding, pain, grief, drama, Suspense, secrets, betrayal, family, friends, love and whole lot of spice.
This book showed these men weren't just touch her and be unalived, they actually went ahead with the threats and that was bad*ss. They have skills, I tell you.
I did like how Jade addressed autism with Camden's brother. It was perfect. I actually liked meeting his other family as in dad and brother and cousins. (I do hope once this series is finished we get Collins story. Haha)
As always I loved seeing the gang from the other books and how they're getting on. Always a bundle of laugh and banters.
If you like, growly Alpha's protecting what's theirs and strong Females also standing their grounds, a big funny, loving family within the friends circle and so much heat then give this book a go. Honestly read them all, you will love them.
Oh there is kidnapping, incase that's a trigger for anyone.

Shiloh is the cute shy and ridiculously wonderful woman that is caught up in a conundrum and is in need of Cams help. And Cam…. You literally can’t find anyone more perfect then him! He is so kind, attentive, loving, respectful, and such an Alpha male! I love this man so much and the relationship between them was absolutely perfect!
This book was absolutely amazing! I cannot wait for the next book to come out! I need to know which guy it will be about ASAP!!!!

Plot: Camden left Shiloh 16 years ago - for her own good. They haven't stopped thinking about each other though. When Shiloh gets into big trouble with her fiance, she turns to Cam for help. Cam is looking to settle down, and there's only one woman that he wants, and she has finally come back to him. But danger is lurking in the distance and Cam will need to work hard to protect his girl.
Commentary: This is similar to the other book that I read in this series. There were so many misunderstandings and miscommunications. For example, the hero goes to see the heroine at college and sees that she has lost weight, seems sad, and is losing her hair. Instead of asking her what's wrong, he assumes she's sad because he's not around so he breaks up with her. She doesn't say, hey wait a minute, and tell him her big secret - for his own good. Both of them were so dumb.
But then they reconnect and almost immediately they are together, no matter that they haven't hashed out the mistakes of the past.

Commentary: This is similar to the other book that I read in this series. There were so many misunderstandings and miscommunications. For example, the hero goes to see the heroine at college and sees that she has lost weight, seems sad, and is losing her hair. Instead of asking her what's wrong, he assumes she's sad because he's not around so he breaks up with her. She doesn't say, hey wait a minute, and tell him her big secret - for his own good. Both of them were so dumb.
But then they reconnect and almost immediately they are together, no matter that they haven't hashed out the mistakes of the past.

It feels AMAZING to be back with this series & finally getting to read about Camden. I love seeing everyone from past books in this newest release.

Well, Jade, this was a hot as f**k romp from the very first page. Cam is so loveable, as shown by his adoration for Blaire & Axel's 5 children, LJ Beau & Charli's little one. He is so lost, though, at the beginning of the book and is somewhat envious of the love that Beau and Waylon have found, so settles on Traci (omg!!) who soon blotted her copybook when she drapes herself over Axel (hey, byatch, that's my job). His long lost love is Shiloh and when she contacts him as she's in danger he leaps to attention (in more ways than one) and, with the help of the boys, and girls, saves her life and they finally get their HEA.
I loved it and can't wait for the next one...

Wow this book!
I experienced so many emotions. I felt so bad for poor Shiloh but I was happy she called Cam to help her and I loved their reunion it was so cute they ran to each other. (I hated Traci lol). It was great seeing all the guys and the gurls and Blaire and Axels crew of kids. I loved how sweet Cam is to Shy and just how they are together. I loved Melvin and Graham and Sean. I loved learning more about Hawk and seeing him more one on one. This was such a beautiful book and I eagerly await our next installment :)

Award worthy!!!! This book, I don't even know if I have the words to describe how I reel about this one! Cam has blown so many book boyfriends out of the water. I laughed. got angry. and bawled my eyes out. This jaw dropping novel really stole me. Jade is really such a spectacular author. I forget her characters aren't real, or that I'm not right there with them while it's all happening.

I have read all of Jades books and I've enjoyed them all but this one is just fabulous.
Book three in The Fierce Protector Series. A hot, steamy, swoony, possessive, funny, emotional and slightly suspenseful read. This book has it all!
I personally loved the banter running through this story. The close knit friendships between existing characters and new is fab. I also love how all these big macho men are all like armadillos hard on the outside but super soft in the middle.
Looking forward to the next book, I hope its Hawk!

I’ve been waiting to read Cam’s book and it was phenomenal. I loved how Cam was so protective of Shiloh. Every book just keeps getting better. It had so much spice with the right amount of drama. I can’t wait to read about the rest of the characters.

Cam and Shiloh take the cake as my favorite couple in this series! I absolutely loved them 🫠 this book was so so so good. I love the mafia twist, the suspense, the dangerous. The absolute consuming love Cam and Shiloh have for each other. The side characters in these book just give you the laugh out loud family feel. You can read the MC’s separate with there girlfriends/buddies and still have a good time reading. I really liked seeing Cam family in this book it always warms by heart to see this men so relatable. And Jade does spice so scrumptiously and I got so excited when Cam and Shiloh go in there date which I am not spoiling because you are going to have to read it for yourself!

It was amazing reading Cam and Shilohs story....
I was sitting on the edge of my seat as I was so engrossed in this one. I loved the history between them and also that the other characters from the previous books are involved.
Without giving too much away, I did want to knock some sense into Cam to get his act together and go for it!
Shiloh is such a strong woman, even though she doesn't believe it herself. She fits right in with the gang and the family, perfect!
An amazing book that will have you feel all the feels, definitely a must read!

Cam and Shiloh are amazing. 16 years apart and find their way back together after Shiloh leaves her fiancé. Love it. The spice is a little less then what I normally read. But it didn’t bother me. I loved the story. Cam is my favourite in the previous books so I’m really excited to see his story. And to see him finally get his happy ending. Can’t wait for the next book.
