Wild Side
Farrah Phillips wants to run her boutique firm and plan the biggest fundraiser the local zoo has ever seen.
My plan to attend the Rockstars’ Ball award ceremony as my client’s plus one includes soliciting as many donors as I can for our fundraiser, Big Cats’ Habitats, at the local zoo. I look forward to ogling hot rockers and becoming green with envy over the other beautiful gowns and excessive extravagance in the room.
I don’t count on meeting a rocker possessing the bad boy charm and a genuine heart, or the fact that he wants to help me bring in donations for my cause in exchange for being his date. I also don’t expect to be the center of Pierce Garrick’s attention all evening, where I lose myself in his dark blue eyes.
Will she throw caution to the wind for one evening of fun with a tattooed rock star or guard her heart?

About the author
Sasha Marshall
23 books594 followersSasha Marshall is a romance author with an inexplicable attraction to fictional men who probably wouldn’t return her texts in real life. Before channeling her attention deficit disorder into crafting happily-ever-afters, she spent her days as a professional herder of teenagers—think cats, but with more attitude and fewer survival instincts. Prior to that therapeutic experience, she documented the slow descent into madness that comes with touring alongside The Allman Brothers Band, wielding her camera like a weapon against sleep deprivation and questionable tour bus hours.
These days, when she’s not forcing her characters into compromising positions (literally—it’s called “romantic tension”), you can find her being emotionally manipulated by her two dogs, pretending her loved ones don’t secretly judge her book covers, engaging in crafts that look nothing like the Pinterest inspiration, or orchestrating literary chaos through Hot & Steamy Events—because apparently organizing book signings is what passes for a social life in the romance world.
She writes about bad boys with tattoos because, let’s face it, someone has to give these fictional delinquents the character development they desperately need.

Fast paced
Farrah is raising money for the zoo exhibits. She meets Pierce a singer in a band. He introduces himself and makes a bet with her. For each donation he gets for her equals one date.
It got steamy during the question game and what happened next. They also have a romp in the limo. After the stage at the rewards collapsed they declared their love at first sight.

If you're looking for something short and super sexy to read today, tonight or whenever.... look no further than Wild Side, written by the very talented Sasha Marshall. Originally a short, connected story in a previously released rockstar romance anthology- Rockstar's Ball, this one will melt your heart and your kindle all at the same time.
Wild Side feels like a rock and roll fairy tale with a hot lead singer and the beautiful woman who instantly captured his heart from across a crowded room. Do you believe in love at first sight, swoonyworthy leading men who sweep you off your feet and a sweet, romantic happy ending? If so, then, this is where you need to be right now. I'll guarantee there will be a huge smile on your face and a warm feeling in your heart when you reach THE END!

Insta rockstar love
No one writes rockstar romance like Sasha Marshall. This is the perfect taste for The Garrick Brothers and now I want more.
I mean, she had me at big cats, men with ink and a stage collapse.

Short, sweet, a little bit of spice, and to the point. This was such a great short story on how two people who are opposite of one another fell in love at first sight. Pierce Garrick a rock star and Farrah Phillips an owner of a small fundraising firm trying to raise money for the Big Cats' Habitat from the Atlanta Zoo. Their encounter wad swift and their chemistry strong. It had funny banter and promising friendships. Loved how this short story packed a lot of goodness in just a few chapters..

huh?
Wow, this book has great potential. The characters were very interesting. The premise was also very intriguing. But then it just abruptly ends. It was like, jumping off a cliff without a parachute. Pierce and Farrah could’ve been so much more. I’ve read many of Sasha’s other books, and they were amazing, what happened? Is there more I don’t know about?

An very quick read about a professional fundraiser, Farrah and the lead singer of a rock band, Pierce. They meet at a Rockstar Ball and Pierce helps her obtain funding for her fundraising project if she agrees to date him. The book kept me engaged and I wish it was a chapter longer or with an epilogue to round off the book. A good read which I rate 4.5*.

Farrah & Pierce
A 5 chapter, 15 minute read that didn't feel complete to me. The banter was great between them, the limo scene was ok but felt rushed. Then it ends.
Another review mentions it links to an anthology set at the Rockstsrs Ball it would be helpful to known in the blurb that this was / is a teaser & if there is more.

I enjoyed this book for what it was. It feels like we get to experience this couple for just this moment in time. There is really nothing before or after, just their meeting at the ball and what transpired from that. Quick read.

Great story with HEA
I thoroughly enjoyed this short story. Likeable characters. Humor. Perfect Happy Ending. So thankful the story ended quickly and happily vs being a teaser into a separate full length book.

I was intrigued by the promise of a quick rockstar romance with a potential Italy swoon-worthy MMC. I dove into this story expecting a taste of the author’s style and characters. Unfortunately, the experience left me saying “WTF!?”
The novella is only 42 pages and crams in a charity gala for the zoo’s big cats alongside an insta-lust romance. To top it all off, a random stage collapse throws in unnecessary drama. The humour also falls flat, relying heavily on a single, repetitive joke and the MMC’s arrogant personality, radiated “cocky energy” and throws out marriage cracks that just gave me the ick.
