Award Winning Author T.L. Drake's final book of the Road Demons series
Sicily I had a life most people envied. Wealth, family, friends, and a future career I had dreamed of having since I was a little girl. My life was perfect, until it wasn’t. I lost everything thanks to a bottle of Jack and…him—a man I don’t even know! A man that I have no choice but to trust now. Being thrust into his world, I find myself in the middle of a war with a target on my back and enemies I shouldn’t have. Falling for a Demon has deadly consequences, but Cypher is willing to walk through Hell to save me.
Cypher I fell in love with the wrong woman, and almost lost everything. My family, my club, my sanity. But fate had other plans when she threw a fiery woman my way. She’s sexy, smart, stunningly beautiful with a body that could bring any man to his knees. But she’s way out of my league. When her life gets flipped upside down, I have no choice but to step in and be her hero. But being with a Demon is dangerous, and the wrong person has taken notice of Sicily. With her life in my hands, I realize I never knew what love was…until her. **This book contains sexual scenes and adult language that may be offensive to some readers. The f' bomb appears a lot, I mean...they are bikers! It is intended for adults 18 and over.
T.L. Drake was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. A married mother of two, she has a degree in paralegal studies. Although she enjoys the life of law, her passion has always been writing. Dabbling in writing since a young age, she never considered it anything more than a hobby, until now. After writing her first novel, Heart of Stone in 2017, she was compelled to bring more of her stories to life. With a weak spot for hot alpha males and happily ever afters, her stories will bring to life fantasies you only ever dreamed of! With powerful characters that grip you from beginning to end, her books will have you begging for more.
I liked this one because I really loved Cypher, but I did skip Declan’s book and wonder if that would’ve changed my opinion because he spends most of the first chunk thinking he’s hung up on the h from that book. Since I skipped it, I was totally on Team Cypher/Sicily, but I'm not sure if he was out of line last book. Regardless, this has a teeny bit of a hero hung up on another vibe going on because Cypher believes he’s in love with Ember (the h from Declan’s book), so FYI. It isn’t a huge deal, IMO he gets over it fairly quickly, but be aware if that bugs you.
The book opens with Cypher waking up hung over with a naked Sicily after a drunken night of unprotected sex. They have an instant attraction but are total opposites and part ways. Stuff happens, and they’re thrown back together. Sicily loses everything, and Cypher is given something he never wanted, but they soon realize they might just be what they both need.
Bottom Line- I really liked both mcs. I found them mature and supportive of each other. Neither is running or acting like assholes. We also get the conclusion to the ongoing Brick/Old club whore situation. My only complaint is I was super unhappy with the epilogue. I expected more for the last book in the series than a FFW of a few months out that was not informative at all. I really wanted to see the couples farther in the future with their families.
This reminded me a tiny bit of Bella Jewel’s Flawed Love, but it was handled so much better. For one, Ember NEVER acted interested or jealous of Sicily and his relationship. More importantly, I never felt that Cypher was that torn, and I definitely never felt like Sicily wasn’t the #1 gal.
When you read one of T. L. Drake's books you know that you won't be disappointed. Once you start with one of her books you won't be able to put it down until you're reaching the end. Not one and I mean not a single one of her books so far have I given less than 4 stars.
With all the previous books from this series and Cypher included were so well planned and the plots itself was absolutely FANTASTIC with an ongoing background story. Each book grabs you from the get go and you cannot but follow each story from start to end.
Cypher and Sicily had a rocky start with their relationship and at times my heart went out to each of them. Cypher was so confused with his feelings towards Sicily and Ember. There were times I wished he stood in front of me and just wanted to throttle him and other times I just wanted to hug him tell him he will be okay and to just get over it.
Sicily was a wonderful person but a time or two I was annoyed with her because she had to grow a backbone when it came to her parents and Christian. Luckily she did but only near to the end of the book.
LOVED IT!! I have really enjoyed this entire series and this one was a great finisher Cypher struggled with his feeling well into 50% of the book and there were parts where my heart hurt more than once for Sis. But wow it was a good ride with the perfect balance of angst, ow drama & action that you want in and MC book.
For the final book in the Road Demons MC series I was blown away.
Cypher was so devastated after things went sideways with Ember choosing Declan and his goal it seemed was to burn everything and everyone in his path…he spiralled out of control and it broke my heart seeing it happen.
Enter Sicily in all her goodness. She was so pure and reminded me of Jenna. What I loved about Sicily was deep down she was strong and when the situation demanded it she stood strong and proud beside her man.
This book had everything in it an MC reader loves…club “girl” drama, strong female main characters, plot twists, strong club brother bonds, and for me the token club member babies…while I’m sad to see the series end I do have to throw out there…pay ATTENTION to the ending of the epilogue because it makes me wonder…is Cypher’s book really the end of the Road Demons or might there be more in the works? I guess we will have to wait and see🤷🏼♀️
It was good but the climax to all the danger didn’t happen! just fizzled out.
After Sicily and Cypher have a one night,(That neither of them can remember.) her family ostracise her and she’s homeless. So she goes to live with Cypher who is a complete stranger??? Erm what now??? Cypher is still supposed to be madly in love with Ember and makes some horrid comparisons between the two women. Sicily is not much better, as she thinks that they’re going to murder her for some reason, as they’re a ‘biker gang.’ The danger reaches its climax with Brick and it’s disappointing how it ends. The danger, what little of it there is, is over really fast. I’m also not ultra convinced by Cypher being confused about his feelings for Ember. He’s a grown man that knows what love is. So the whole, ‘all of sudden he realises that he didn’t truly love Ember,’ is a bit far fetched.
I did enjoy this book, but there are parts that let it down massively.
DNF. Cypher was still thinking he was in love with Ember when he slept with h. Cypher sleeps with h when he’s blackout drunk and so is she. Of course she ends up pregnant, even though she’s smart and is on the pill. Yawn. Not interested.

MC romance. Surprise pregnancy. Some OW drama with a club girl. This story follows Cypher and Sicily. He’s in a MC club and she attends a party there. They meet, hook up, and she leaves in the morning. A few weeks later, she finds point she’s pregnant. Her parents are ultra conservative and judgmental and demand she terminate or they are going to disown her which they do because she refuses. She’s also got a jerkoff ex who treats who like crap and causes some problems.
She goes to a hair salon for an appointment not knowing the salon is owned by one of the old ladies, and not just any one but Ember, who Cypher is madly hung up on. Like to the point where he had to leave for a few weeks to figured out what he was going to do about this since Ember’s with his club brother. During the appointment, Sicily starts crying and shares everything with the ladies because she doesn’t know they belong to the club. At that moment Cypher and some club brothers show up and she sees him, freaks out, and leaves, but he chases her down after the old ladies tell him she’s pregnant and her parents have disowned her. He steps up to help her while still trying to figure out his true feelings for Ember. That eventually gets resolved when he realizes his love for Sicily.
This book wasn’t bad. The writing didn’t knock my socks off, and it was repetitive. At one point I was going to DNF it but I’m glad I finished it. It’s heavy MC stuff, which dominated a huge part of the story. It’s like Cypher and Sicily’s relationship and club stuff were 50/50. I’m not exactly sure if I’m okay with that or not. As is the case with most MC romances, especially a series, there are a ton of side characters. It got a little chaotic at times but overall the author did okay navigating all of that. I will say, the plot surrounding the MMC and his unrequited love for Ember was a refreshing change for this genre. I’m not sure I’ve ever read that before.
Overall I would recommend this if you’re looking to read a MC romance.

after finishing series, only half of them are good
There is a recurring theme in this series by the author and it is believable then not believable and it literally goes up and down in every book. The believable ones are really good. I mean four and five star books with excellent plot, wonderful steamy scenes and just unbelievable happy ever after that you cheer for. The other three which are rigs, Renn, and cipher are not believable at all. These men are attracted to and desire other women. A happy ever after are not ones that you believe and are not ones you cheer for. I don’t know what it is where she wants to give some women wonderful men and other ones not, but I hesitate to read another of her series because I don’t think it’s worth the disappointment.
In this book, you can expect a man who is in love with another woman who is miserable, and even after he’s impregnated another woman and is moving in with her continuing to have his heart rate and everything else when he sees the other woman. And it’s not even just the heart racing he in his head is talking about how she’s the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen. I’m sorry, but the author does a disservice to Sicily, Salem and Alora. I highly recommend reading another MC series like that from Jules Ford or Jean St. James. Those have much more realistic and lovable MMC‘s that are bossy, tough men without the cheating eyes and mind and bodies.
There is a bit to unpack with this book as it is not only Cypher and Sicily's happy ending, it is also the end of this series. I'm sure you have read the book summary by the author, T.L. Drake, so we can skip that here. Our Cypher get his "for real" Ol Lady in Sicily. Boy, she makes him work for (not in a negative, club-bunny, premeditated way). How many ways can a guy stuff his foot into "it" even after watching what his Demon Brothers have gone through with to woo their women?? LOL And, Sicily, is no man's doormat. She is strong and fierce. Boy howdy, has Cypher met his match! Watching this boy-man grow into a Man has been a highlight of this series.
I am sad this series is ending as it has been a fun, action-filled ride! I can't wait to see what this author has planned for her spin off and hopefully a second generation of Road Demons MC!
Cypher ends the Road Demons series with a bang! Definitely recommend starting with the first book because some of the stuff in this one is a very fitting conclusion to a long war this MC was pulled into. Most underrated moment was Al’s “Really?” to Wren about Larkin. Seriously, even when they wise up about their women, these guys are still guys and therefore idiots when it comes to women in general. Cypher is the biggest idiot of all until he finally pulls his head out of his ass. From the biggest flirt to the biggest a$$, he had to hit bottom, get back up, dig himself a hole, and then climb back out of it before he could redeem himself. No spoilers, but he gets exactly what he deserves in the end. I do hope we get some cameos in future books of these characters.
The h, and nursing student, and the H, a computer genius and member of an MC, have a drunken one night stand during a Halloween party. The H is burying himself in women to forget that a woman he has feelings for loves another man. The h finds out that she is pregnant. Her family and her ex pressure her to abort the baby and give her an ultimatum. The h and H cross paths at a hair salon where the h has just confessed her pregnancy and her dilemma over trying to make a choice. The H is confronted with his impending fatherhood. The H supports the h as her family leaves her homeless, withdraws financial support, pressures her to marry her ex and abandons her. The h's life is in danger from club rivals. The H acts like an arrogant ass until he admits he loves the h and doesn't have to revisit or reflect on what he said to the h early in their relationship.
OMG! What a great asks surprising turn of events. What a way to end this series! It's a smash, out of the park, over the top great! T. L. Had done it again. You will not want to miss Cypher and Sicily's story. It's heart breaking at times, but of so worth the read. I fell in love with Kellen at the very beginning of this series! He's mine. But Cypher gives him a run for his money. I love the way he protects what he loves with everything he has. This book is funny, frustrating, loving, hot, like smoking hot, and so thrilling. If you haven't started this series, go now! Kellen is book 1, you will not be disappointed. Great job!
I've been waiting for Cypher, I'm not going to lie, I thought he wasn't ever going to get over Ember, but brotherhood won out and when he couldn't remember his drunken night with Sicely but was there for the fallout that came after, I was so proud of him, this is what family is being there for each other. Meanwhile Brick, Hulk, and the women are still causing trouble, will it ever be over?
Now that's something you're going to have to read about all on your own.
Page turning and definitely entertaining from the very first page.

Cypher is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! My heart broke for him when he couldn’t have a relationship with Ember. Sicily is perfect for him. It’s the perfect end for the series - which I hate to see end. I won’t go into details because I don’t want to give spoilers, but loose ends get tied up and a few lingering questions get answered. I like that the bonus epilogue was Kellan. It starts and ends with him. It’s perfect. I hope someday there’ll be a future generation of Road Demons!!!
TL Drake was a new author for me. I'm so glad I found her! I couldn't put the series down! I loved how each book moved smoothly into the next one, with the overall story continuing throughout each book. Excellent world building and character development kept me totally invested from one book to the next. I do have to say, I rarely read an entire series without taking a break, but with this one, I just couldn't stop! I can't wait to start on the Highway Henchmen!!
Yet again another fantastic addition to an already amazing series. Sadly this is final book in the series. Wow, it was a nail biter, on your toes waiting to see what would happen next roller coaster ride to go on with Cypher, Sicily and the Road Demons MC. My emotions were all over the place when it came to Cypher and Sicily. My heart felt broken for both of them but when they finally figured their relationship out, I was left smiling from ear to ear. Great story!
Poor Cypher endured a lot, from the head smacks to what he thought was unrequited love. He learned it was just a case of the first time feelings, not love. Then he got the shock of his life from a one night stand.
Cypher and Sicily have a really nice ring to it. This might be the only book in this series I didn’t semi rage read. I just really liked Cypher and I wanted him to be happy.
What a ride these Demons took me on, and in pure MC fashion, it was fast, furious, gritty, raw and ragey. I loved every moment!
I like the “feeling second best plot” and it could have exploded here a bit more, but it was ok. I liked the heroine and the story. I rolled my eyes with every scene that was meant to unalive the club. It ended up being very repetitive but entertaining.
I haven’t read the others books of the series, just one so I was lost with many characters and situations. It definitely needs background knowledge.
Great finale to the series. I felt for Cypher after his heartache and I loved Sicily’s strong attitude. My heart broke for her when she felt like second best. When Cypher lost it when she was going to leave it was powerful, raw and emotional. Love their HEA. The last of the threats are overcome and the club can breathe easy again. Looking forward to the spin off with the henchmen.
I didn’t think Cypher would ever get over Ember. I felt so bad for him in the last book.
But Cypher & Sicily’s story is fantastic! I loved her! She’s so strong and so brave. When she loses everything because she’s pregnant the Road Demons bring her into their family.
I am so sad that this is the last of the series. I loved reading them all.
The Road Demons was such a great series and a major roller coaster of emotions. I really felt for Sicily during her and Cypher’s book, and I was so ready for Cypher to get a grip! But the timeline was perfect and I’m looking forward to seeing what T.L. Drake comes out with after this!
Loved this whole series. It's full of the feels, angst, smexy times too. Different stories for each couple but there is one thread running through them which doesn't deter from the romance of the main characters. Well worth reading. Looking forward to more or different from this author x
Cypher has been pining over Ember for awhile...it was killing him that she was with Declan. Then he meets a beautiful fiery strawberry blonde and they spend an epic night together that neither really remember. I loved seeing Cypher get his happily ever after and Sicily is just the right woman for him.
Omg what can I say. What an amazing set of books. From the very start I have been absolutely hooked, the characters and story draw you in immediately and you can’t wait for to see what happens to each of these men and women. I would highly recommend this series to anyone to read. As a cheeky side note I think cyphers book was the best hehe x
