This book feels more suited for kids or teenagers, with its colorful design and pages filled with overly encouraging sentences. It doesn’t offer much value if you’ve already read any self-development books. The tone is childish and full of clichés, making it hard to take seriously. For example, questions like, “Imagine your 80th birthday party—what flavor is the cake?” won’t help me find my why; they’ll just help me find a new book to read. I couldn’t even finish it.
