Letty Frame is an English paranormal and omegaverse reverse harem romance author who writes the kind of fated-mates stories every broken soul deserves. With big feelings, fierce men, and heroines who rise from the ashes, #whychoose has become her guiding motto.
Navigating chronic illness and mental health, Letty’s life is chaotic but perfect—and that messy, beautiful honesty lies at the heart of her stories. She writes broken characters, fate-driven romances, and hard-won happily-ever-afters that no one resents them for… except, arguably, their author.
After all, what could a mentally ill romance author want more than a happy ever after?
A traumatised, emotionally devastating journey to earning it.

Another badly edited ramble that doesn't resolve anything and leaves readers confused and dissatisfied. Nora just sort of floats through this. Certain threads are cut but she's so disassociated that it barely registeres. Mates float in and out doing various activities that are supposed to be important but never really are. Some mates struggle and she doesn't seem to really notice or care about that. The other mates actually help those struggling more than their "heart of the pride". When Nora struggled with the depression her lack of real bonding with her mates was easier to understand. She doesn't wallow in this book but s*x is not emotional bonding. It doesn't replace love, cuddles, quiet talks, shared dreams, and group activities. The hunter situation isn't resolved. The various family issues remain unresolved. The discovered project plot remains unresolved. The entire pregnancy is skipped over. This after her complete reversal on wanting to be pregnant. We never see the bonding ceremony. Does she ever find balance with Fin's parents, with in-laws as therapists? What's up with Voss and Cevon? Love is love but they don't actually seem attracted to each other, no tender feelings there. Are they just curious, experimenting? It didn't make sense and felt creepy more than anything else. The steam scenes I pretty much skipped over as they were weird and, in places, disturbing. I seriously about put it down the first time in the introduction. Spitting? Ew. I read exceptionally fast, several books a day. This thing took me 4 days to finish. I kept closing it and walking away to read other books. What was the point of the trilogy? What was supposed to hold my interest? There was never any world building. The presence of mythicals was never explained. Some humans know about shifters but not others. Yet they're shifting on traffic cams with no mention of hacking to wipe footage. Sometimes clothing shifts with them but not always, yet there's nothing mentioned about magic. Just thought and intent? Characters don't really develop and grow. Their situations change but they don't, not really. And I have no clue what the plot was supposed to be about. That's the 3 elements that make a story good: world building, character development, and a gripping plot. This was just words on pages. You followed the words but they never really led anywhere.

I still don't understand the logic of the ex-mate's actions. Or her parents' actions. It wasn't a big pack. The way they were running it it was dwindling fast. Cutting off outside information means they have less info, too. Less access to resources that would help control them more. Less access to money. It made absolutely no sense. It only would have made sense if they were like some kind of prepper pack. All warriors and self sustainable farming. But her yuppie dressed mom and sister wouldn't go for that, so...why?? They'd have been king and queen of scraps in a couple years. If they survived that long spreading rumors like they were. Because other packs are larger and would wipe them out.

It took 2 whole books for Nora to even get a kiss. This this book opens with a 26 page orgy. My neck is broken from the whiplash.

I just wasn’t interested in the overarching story line enough to keep going. I wish I powered through just to check it off but oh well.

Very good serie! I enjoyed the epilogues and how the guys were obsessed with Nora. Some parts were stalling a bit but anyway it was a very good story.

In this series, Nora was already suffering from mental health. Where they battle against depression and suicide violent triggers for some people. Until she met her fated mates. To move forward with her 7 fated mates. Should they take a dive back into the past and give it all a place?
I enjoyed reading this book. And would definitely recommend this series.

DNF at 68% and even that was a stretch. It was just not interesting, I found myself not even caring how Nora’s story ended and that’s when I knew it was time to throw in the towel.

What and the utter F’ck did I just finish reading?

This series was dragged out to be way longer than it needed to be.

There was no reason to even write this shiz. None. There is no conclusion to any of the loose threads or situations. It’s just an odd rambling of words spliced together with zero editing. Author just tossed the kitchen sink into her laptop and published it.

There are so many details in these books that are unnecessary and so many unresolved questions.
And the entire series just has a black cloud over it over sadness and depression.
It lacks development and depth.
Author overshot into the deep end w fmc’s suicidal depression and then never recovered. She just couldn’t steer the story back into a good place.

The sex scenes are lame and you feel no true connection bt all the mates. Was there maybe an attempt at MM? Not even sure I would call whatever happened even close to MM.

Even the birth and wedding scenes were sort of sad and not the joyous occasion it could have been.

I do not recommend this series to anyone. Ever. Cannot believe the high ratings it gets. I am all for authors sharing their creativity with the world even if it is raw and rough at times. But ffs hire decent editors and get solid alpha and beta readers. It’s worth it in the long run.

It’s obviously free to kindle unlimited readers but I would not pay money for this series. Sorry. But take it off the market, get a good editor and rework it and publish it again.

A Long Time Coming

Honestly this book was entirely too long but on the plus side Nora finally got her HEA. Nora's journey was a rough one. From being rejected by her Fated Mate, to her family disowning her leading to her being banished from her pack, to her Fated Mate taking her sister as his mate and future Luna, to Nora's wolf leaving her for 6 years because of said rejection.

Through this series we watched Nora battle mental illness, depression, suicidal thoughts and it wasn't until she found and accepted her second chance mates.

Atticus, Cevon, Malachi, Micah, DeVoss, Orson and Griffin had their own growing pains and demons from their past that needed exorcising. In order for Nora and her 7 mates to move forward they needed to face their past.

Nora literally loss her whole family but it was reassuring to see fate deliver such brutal karma and each and every person who had a hand in breaking Nora.

Finally everything comes to a head and the guys not only deal with the threat of the hunters but also mending familial relationships as well.

It was a long and tedious journey but it was worth it to see a broken Nora fight for the life that was ripped away from her years ago.

This review is for the series I overall and not just this book.

This book was so incredibly LONG!
807pgs. A lot of it unnecessary/repetitive.
I found myself skimming a lot.
I do not need to know what everyone is wearing all the time.
It was just over-all disapointing.
I really wanted Nora to find her fierceness, but she never does. The way the men treat her when it comes to the real/serious issues is like a child.
Yes they treat her well, and love her, but she keeps that immature, fragile, delicate status.
I loved the first book. 5 stars it was beautiful and 'real'. Depression narrated the best I've ever read, even in such a 'fantastical' storyline.
Book 2 was 4 stars for me, just because it was drawn out too much, at almost 650 pgs.
But this one, it just kept going.. on and on and on.
Too much is not always a good thing.

This was so long and I don’t think it needed to be. I didn’t love this series but I wanted to finish it. At around 70% I didn’t really know what was going on anymore. Why are we doing this? What is the point? I was glad we weren’t just reading about how depressed Nora is but this was also very boring. I ended up skimming a lot.

First I have to say, I love the titles of these 3 books. Books 1 and 2 were quite good. This book I didn't enjoy as much. I ended up skipping from 50% to the epilogue and I don't feel I missed anything. I just felt we were treading water and getting nowhere.

Just so boring. I usually love a long book with unnecessary amounts of detail and trivial daily tasks shown to the reader. This book however was so boring that I just wanted it over with. I also have never read a book that portrayed women during pregnancy so badly. I am not a feminist by any stretch of the imagination but this book was full of the harem describing their mate as overly emotional, hysterical and too delicate to be told anything of importance. To her face and behind her back. Not consistent at all with how patient they were with her mental health in the beginning. I couldn’t wait to see how the FMC would grow into a powerful and kind Luna. That never happens. She is honestly more weak at the end than she was at the beginning. I was so disappointed in her mates throughout this book but also Nora for letting them walk all over her. The couple of times she was rightfully angry she forgives them immediately and jumps back into bed with them. Then she apologizes for being emotional. Fuck that. They were wrong and deserved to grovel. The book was so unnecessarily long as well and only so that the author could write a decent amount about her other lead heroines who will have their own series.

I’m all for a sweet and kind FMC but it was disgusting how she was treated as so less than by her own mates so frequently. Also spoilers I suppose but I hate degradation and that is so prominent in this story. Calling the FMC a slut and whore during intimate scenes and the FMC feels loved and cherished by this? I’m not one to yuck someone else’s yum but in this instance she doubts herself constantly and is so traumatized yet is okay being spoken about like that. Plus by the end of the series one of the harem members (Voss) still hides who he is from Nora and never feels comfortable enough with her to believe she will love him despite his darkness? What kind of love is that? I was so grossed out by the degradation that I ended up skipping all of the sex scenes the second half of the book. I never skip through a book but I just couldn’t handle it and had to skip it for my own mental health. I was so disappointed by this series that I will hesitate to read books by this author in the future.

A perfect end to this amazing trilogy!!! Letty managed to have me crying, laughing, and anxiously waiting on the edge of my seat at different times throughout not just Happiness is Earned but the entire Second Chances Trilogy. The evolution of Nora’s mental health as well as that of her guys and other characters within this book is handled in such a magnificent way just as it has been throughout the whole trilogy. Coupled with the relationships between Nora and each of her seven men that are written in such a stunning way that they are completely individual but work together flawlessly made this beautiful, funny, heart wrenching, and gritty. This trilogy has cemented its place as one of my favourite series.

The first book in the series was amazing. Lots of world building and character building. I enjoyed all the aspects of her mates. In the second book we get another mate and honesty I felt it was unnecessary. Yes he brought a dark stormy persona but we already had that with her fox mate Voss that we didn’t dive to deep on. The general plot was often not discussed in depth but we have multiple POV’s over the same sex scene. I enjoy some spice in my books but honestly this book series was wayyyy too long. The amount of pages wow. Honestly all three books should have been condensed into one very long book or two small ones. Take out some of the small details and talk about the general plot more. The hunters weren’t really covered very well, her pregnancy struggles, and her depression. While I love how the author didn’t make her depression an easy fix where everything is suddenly happy and resolved I felt like Nora’s entire personality was being depressed and having sex. She didn’t offer much if any emotional support to her mates and her family drama was honestly pretty lackluster. I’m against DNF so I finished the series but it was hard to push through.

I really enjoyed the first 2 books but I couldn’t stand Nora by the beginning of the third book. Like the whole pregnancy thing ruined it for me. I had really rooting for her to not get pregnant after her heat or at least stick with her guns about not wanting a baby but noooooo. She gave in and changed her mind right away. She was insufferable this book. I know it feels bad to say once she wasn’t as depressed as previous books, she got annoying but that’s how it felt. And the books did a good job with portraying mental health issues. Honestly I skipped ahead to where she finds she’s pregnant, found out she was and had to put the book down for a week and read other things. It might be a me thing but this book lost the draw of the other books. The other plot outside of Nora was at least interesting and only the saving grace. I just feel like it was character assassination.

Nora’s life has changed so much since meeting her mates, and while her mental health is still a struggle, they are working more as a family, helping each other and supporting everyone. We finally see Nora (ahem her mates) getting some revenge on her ex-mate and her horrible family, and they discover a bigger plot wih the hunters.

Im so sad its over! But im so happy Nora gets her HEA

Very Good Series…take the warning triggers seriously

“The Second Chances” Series is very good. I actually stumbled upon it by accident, needed a new book to read and decided to check the first one out. Once finished I needed MORE! :)

**Take the trigger warnings seriously. This series heavily discusses depression, violence, mental illness, and yes, a lot of mentions of suicide, and some actual suicide (not of a MC) but discussed. If you can handle these triggers, I think you’ll enjoy The Second Chances series.

***SPOILERS***

The book begins with a prologue that introduces our main character, her name in Nora. It’s her long awaited 18th birthday and she cannot wait…because tonight she and her wolf get to attend a matching ceremony and a “party.” When she arrives it’s not long before she is pulled to, obsessively so by the Alpha’s son, Kennedy. Kennedy is equally enamored of Nora and the have one sweet beautiful moment of holding hands, staring into each other’s eyes smiling before they’re torn (physically apart). They are brought to a room where Nora’s family and the Alpha immediately tell Nora NOT to accept the mate bond, that’s she’s 100% not allowed to mate with the Alpha’s son because she’s too “weak of a wolf shifter” to be Luna. Nora is devastated and waits for her fated mate to stand up for them but instead Kennedy CRUELLY casts her aside, denies/REJECTS their mate bond and casts her/exiles her from the pack - knowing what this rejection will mean for her and her wolf!!!

6 years later Nora is alive but definitely not living. She’s lost connection with her wolf so she can no longer speak, hear, feel or shift into her wolf form. She’s depressed, daily, but has managed to survive through the ultimate pain…losing one’s mate and bond, being totally rejected. She has scraped by and even managed to go to law school and secure a position at Legal Pride, one of the most prestigious law firms out there. She truly loves her job, she Loves helping others and she’s good at her job, having climbed the ranks steadily. She still struggles deeply with depression and has more bad days than good, but has managed to mask her emotions very well, and fool people into believing she’s “okay.”

One day, as she comes out from her office she runs into a little girl crying. She helps the girl and in doing so changes her life forever! After helping the girl and taking care of the situation (one of her employees was actively having sex with her client in her office, with the man’s child right outside the doors) she is approached by a very handsome, strangely magnetic man who approaches her and praises her on having handled the situation well. She’s neither flattered nor not flattered, she was just doing what she would do, and finds this man a little mysterious and strange. She later learns that the man is Atticus Phoenix and he OWNS the company, in fact, he own all the companies…he’s also an extremely powerful Alpha, one who runs one of the largest and prestigious Prides in the country. Nora is flummoxed and completely 100% freaked out. She has had almost 0 contact with shifters since being exiled, and she’s physically and mentally in pain by being near shifters, ESPECIALLY Alphas.

Atticus on his end, is ecstatic. After hundreds of years he’s met his MATE! His Lion has NEVER wanted a woman the way he wants Nora and the faint trace of her wolf that he detects. He’s completely gung-ho from the start, she is definitely his fated mate, and pursues Nora RELENTLESSLY, making sure his “brothers” (inner circle) extend his stay in Nora’s town in order to get to know her and in his way, begin to court her. Nora is very, very resistant. She has been totally broken (or so she thinks) by the agonizing events 6 years ago, and can’t even access her wolf again. Slowly Atticus wears her down a bit by being, well, Atticus, lol. He’s charming, handsome, very dominant but gentle and kind and patient with Nora. He’s also high-handed (but again he’s an Alpha and won’t take no for an answer). He doesn’t care if Nora won’t acknowledge that they’re mates…he can tell she likes him and knows she’ll come to love him. He makes changes, forcing Nora to move from her town to his larger town/city called Oxley. He is the King/leader of Oxley and the Alpha of the famous Phoenix Pride - everyone wants to belong to Atticus and his pride…except Nora. She can’t deny her attraction to him BUT she feels worse and worse as she comes to like him, AND his “brothers” (not by blood but chosen brothers, his inner circle). She’s soooo confused because she had all but been destroyed by her last mate who rejected her, and here she now, collecting mates like one collects stamps or coins. One, two, three…four, five, six, SEVEN! She ends up with seven new mates…Second chance fated mates. Second chance fated mates, they’re called (the ones who HAD a mate once but no longer do). Nora’s insecurities and depression gets worse and worse as each man enters her life. She feels unworthy of them, can’t understand why they’d want to be with a shiftless wolf, and once her wolf DOES resurface she and her wolf are totally at odds. Her wolf feels angry at having been frozen and dissociated for 6 years, and Nora feels abandoned, lonely and less of a wolf shifter.

Nora’s harem is wonderful. It’s “balanced” just right. You have all these very, very strong personalities, and they all learn they need to temper their actions and reactions around Nora, who at first meeting them, is VERY FRAGILE MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. There are A LOT of up’s and even more downs as they all navigate a very complicated polyamorous relationship. Often there are fights of dominance, and Nora gets so bad (so deeply depressed and anxious) she needs to see a therapist and even then…attempts to kill herself. That attempt is the turning point for Nora and even her guys. They learn how to better “help” her, and she learns that she really does NOT want to end her life, and owes her wolf for saving her just in time.

There are VARIOUS SUBPLOTS, but unlike in other books where the subplots are often forgotten or “lost in the wind,” all the subplots in this series come together!! What’s more they come together in a way that ties up all the loose ends AND gives us our merry little gang their MUCH DESERVED happily ever after!!

So, as stated above this was a very good series. As dark as it was…the author I felt really handled the heavy subject matter well, and in a pretty authentic manner. There was no glossing over the severe mental illness many of these characters have, and the hardships of handling multiple relationships at the same time. There were just a few things that “bothered me.” 1. I’m sorry, I don’t care how repentant or sorry you are, or how many letters you wrote, if you physically, emotionally/mentally abused your child (shifter or not) you’re a pretty awful human/shifter. There is no way that I believed (in any way) that Mal would HATE HATE HATE his parents for the entirety of the series, but then comforts, sort of forgive his mom, and even soften toward his father-who isn’t his real father. Micah was angrier than Mal was, and heck Mal was angry for like a blink of an eye!!! It was all done in a flash and at the very end of the book! They even TRUSTED them enough (the once crazy abusive parents) to leave Nora with them when they went to fight?! Huh?! What?! One day you hate and distrust them, but the next you’re okay with them, willing to move on AND ENTRUST the safety of your mate and unborn children with them…I don’t think so, just no!!! 2. The ending was rushed!!! All those loose ends I spoke about above, they were all resolved in less than two short chapters. Look, I’m GLAD they were sorted out, but I would’ve liked more detail, more background, more action…just anything…MORE!! I felt as if the author was in such a hurry to give us the “perfect ending” that she missed giving us a thoroughly detailed one. I mean, we get Mal and Micah’s issues, Cevron’s issues, Atticus’s issues along with Nora’s other psycho mates issues, family drama, death, and childbirth all in two chapters. It ought to have taken longer. 3. Kennedy…yuck, he did not get his just deserts. Yeah yeah, maybe I’m just bloodthirsty and wanted to actually READ the on page death/torture scene…but frankly I did. He played a major role in this series and was the catalyst for Nora’s breakdown and spiral into darkness. I disliked how we get one interrogation scene with him…he doesn’t repent nor does he care, all he does is beyotch and moan about how he was owed this and that, and that he had had Nora first, blah blah blah. He gets thrown against a wall for that comment, or another, and that’s it!!! Just like the scene with Nora’s detestable mother. Nora, I know she’s very sweet…but frankly she definitely should’ve gone after her mom (not wolf) much more.

It just was just way too quickly finished. However I did appreciate that the loose ends were tied up, and the author has made it clear she’s writing more books in “this world” so hopefully Nora and Atticus and the rest will make frequent appearances because they were all pretty great!

Ahhhh!!! This series is soooo goood! Letty Frame is now one of my top five favorite authors and I can't wait to read some of their other books!

"Death is easy. Survival is hard. Happiness is earned. Family is found." book 3 pg. 1000

**Review shared for entire series**

Okay let's get into it! This series is.... long. The last book has 1000 pages... So, if you are starting it, be prepared for that. That being said, it isn't super slow like you would expect. There is a TON of stuff going on within the harem, and outside of the harem, throughout the series that keeps you enthralled the entire time. And despite there being a lot going on, it flows really well.

The men in the harem are... perfection. They are super protective, understanding, patient, and possessive. Probably one of the best harems I have read about! The FMC deals with depression (if you have triggers please don't go into this without checking that out) throughout the series and has a lot of her past that she needs to overcome. Luckily she meets her men and gets the support she so desperately needed.

My only complaints are... There were quite a few very confusing sentences in the first book, it wasn't enough to make me stop reading the series, but it was a little annoying. Luckily, this wasn't a problem I noticed for the second and third book! It's worth powering through. There were also some time jumps in the first book that weren't explained well.. I was well into one of the chapters at one point where all of a sudden it mentioned a week or two had passed meanwhile the whole time it felt like it had been the next day. Again, this isn't something I noticed in the next two books so that's good!

If you like strong-badass FMCs this book is NOT for you. The FMC is DAMAGED. She has a lot of trauma to work through. Her mates will protect her from anything dangerous physically AND mentally throughout the series. You will not see her leading people into battle or anything like that. It is not that kind of book. I saw a lot of reviews that complained about how depressing the books are. That's exactly right, they are depressing. It is misery porn. But it also EXTREMELY sweet. And sure, the FMC might not be leading people into battle, but she is dealing with her own internal battles, and that's a different kind of strength and level of badassness. If that sounds like something you'd like, then read it! It's so rare to find a well written book where the female lead is delicate (but not stupid) and treated like a princess instead of being pushed to not need anyone. These are those books! She needs her mates, they need her, they protect her, and don't push her. It's wonderful.

I definitely think that this is a series I will want to read again in the future, it was that good!

How many people start a trilogy on the third book? How many people will start reading a book in the middle? With these numbers in mind, why does the author feel the need to explain the same thing over and over and over? I get it! I totally get that Orson is a nurturer, a mother hen type that takes care of everything. You don't have to explain that 24 times!

Yet, at the same time, other things are not explained well.
Like, why did the elephants reject Ari? They said it wasn't their fault and they didn't want to, Nora gave them info on how to court her back (without any of them even stating that they want her back, so I guess we just assume they do), and now... what? Are we going to get any more info? Not to mention, if it was so devastating for Nora to be rejected, and mentioned it was something that was so super rare, how did this happen in the first place? And how was Ari just seemingly OK with it?
Personally, after they slept with her and THEN rejected her, I hope she makes them grovel soooo hard. More than any other groveling that has been deserved. Even then, I'm not even sure if she should take them back.

Who the heck is Julian Graves? Was this a previous name that was changed to Tarun or Adrian? I did come across an instance of Devon rather than Cevon.
Which leads to the next point: Random new people and names being thrown in all of a sudden, to forward the story along. No! It gets to a point where I don't care, and the big reveal is muted. I don't even want to read any spinoffs, at this point. I honestly don't even see a reason for Maeve to be in this book at all. She offers absolutely nothing to the story or anything.

This book had so many issues, the biggest one being it's length. This book was entirely way too long, and throughout most of it, nothing actually happens! I had to force myself to finish it, because I just got story fatigue about half-way through. Honestly, this story could have easily been told through 2 books, and cut out a bunch of the second and most of this third one.

Grammatic editing issues, there were sooo many!
Vicious, not viscous
Were, not we're
Not, not now
Ridiculous, not ridicules
These are just a few that I marked down. There were lots of others.

There are no smooth transitions to the scenes in the book. Once a chapter ends, there is a jolt at the beginning of the next one while you try to figure out how much time has passed and what's going on all over again.

I would not read this book again, nor would I recommend it to others.
I gave it 2 stars, even though I literally had to force myself to finish it. At one point I was reading only about 3 words per page, just to get through it. Way too much of nothing going on with repeated info everywhere.

"I couldn’t handle it. So I broke. And do you know the best thing about breaking? You can be put back together."

This final book was thicc and the entire series was such an emotional rollercoaster from beginning to end. I can't believe Nora's story is complete, and on a much happier note than where we first began. To go from severe depression with no mate, no wolf, and no real motivation, Nora has come so far in this series. Surrounded by so many that love her -mates, family, and friends- she was able to gain so much more than she thought capable in life and able to earn her own happiness.

This series wasn't incredibly dark but it did touch on many different issues and could be triggering to some. However, it was nice to see the different kinds of trauma and how people approach their problems differently. Therapy, meditation, denial and communication were just a few ways that were used but were helpful overall depending on the person and situation. What I loved about this book in particular was that even though there were issues throughout, both with bad pasts meeting the presents and within Nora's relationships, the communication was always emphasized, something that needed to be done for things to get back into balance. Was everyone always cooperative? No, not always, but after time, walls were let down and everyone seemed more open to communicating openly, even if it required a hot tub.

One thing you'll find about this book is that the term family is very subjective and often what you make it to be. Just because someone is family by blood doesn't mean they have your best interests at heart. Prime example: Nora's family. They are terrible people, do several deplorable things to her, and do not deserve any type of forgiveness or redemption. Then you have Kai and Micah's parents who we know the guys don't have a great relationship with due to their treatment of Kai once his tiger's colors were shown. Their actions were shameful but they are making the steps towards earning forgiveness. I can't say the same about Nora's family. Finally you have the family that Nora took in and claimed as her own. This includes her mates, new friends, the pack/pride. The ones that will be there for her regardless of what happens just because they want to be. It took Nora a long time to accept others into her life but now she finally has the family that she deserves.

This was such a great series and I am really looking forward to reading the stories of the other female characters we were introduced to. I think they are going to give their guys a run for their money.

This book was fantastic. I’m so glad Nora finally found the love she deserved and became one with her wolf. Surviving truly is hard and it was so fascinating to see the journey she went on throughout this series. These books are such eye openers to show how depression and other mental health issues can be shown you gain insight into each characters perspective and it really delves you into the person they are and why they’re that way. It really sold this book for me.

I loved how Nora was finally able to truly let go of the past in this book, from her sister and ex mate to her and parents. And even how her wolf came together thru this book as she helped her along and they were finally getting together peaceful and understanding one another. Plus how Nora was able to foster her relationship with her brother and end up with two real friendships in Ari and Maeve. It was a beautiful journey to read and I loved it.

Not only that but the way her mates: Griffin, Orson, Atticus, Malachi, Micah, Devoss, and Cevon always lifted her up and were there for her in only the ways they could be they were each perfection and spoke to a part of her soul that she needed, each understanding and one small part of it so she could be whole. It was awesome. And I def loved how she just let them be who they were. She gave what each of them needed back to them, whether it was darkness, humor, love, submission, trust. She took care of their bonds and loved each as the person they are and what they needed just as they did for her and to me that’s the best type of HEA I love to see in books. And this one no doubt delivered.

The growth and development in these books for each characters. And even how despite everyone saying Nora is weak when it comes to those she loves she’s fierce and I love how you saw that too when it came to the elephant shifters who rejected her bsf. Just everything was so beautifully done.

I truly loved and enjoyed this series. Not only does it give a raw, real, and vulnerable look into ppl who suffer from mental illness and the perspective they go thru but it shows that of others closest to them as well. And not just that but the story itself was awesome so different from any shifter book I’ve read before, the world is so intricate and detailed to each shifter and their story and lineage and even what they are. Prides and packs and all the different types of shifters within and the mythicals too, I’ve never read a book quite like it.

For all that and more this book in my eyes deserves five stars just as the rest in the series. Wonderfully written and an incredible read that I will no doubt remember and will stick with me down the road.

Disclaimer: I’m going to review it without spoilers at the top, then create a line and anything below that line will be spoilers. Do with that what you will.

My god was this book a terrible ending to a series. There’s so much potential and much like the other books, there’s some great moments. But overall, it’s just a rambling mess of repetition. This book was entirely too long and overall for no good reason.

What I liked:
- Like the other books, I like what the author is trying to do with mental health in these books.
- I love that we get even more different shifters in this. The inclusion of so many different animals/mythicals is great.
- Nora has some moments where she’s mouthy and aggressive and calling people out and I love this side of her.

What I didn’t like:
- Overly repetitious. This book/series needs editing BADLY.
- Nora isn’t a very likable character overall. She’s whiny, she’s apologetic to her men when she shouldn’t be, she’s basically useless, etc.
- The men are pigeonholed into their roles so much and it’s gets so exhausting. But they’re humans, not fucking robots. Micah is one of my favorites and I swear the author just wants him to be pathetic. Like he’s a grown man and he’s helpless in so many ways.
- The author commenting on color combos. There’s a scene where one of the men is wearing gray and red and it’s deemed mismatched in like an odd what. Or orange and yellow combo and the shock that they even made those colors in joggers. It’s just weird and like men can’t wear colors and/or like Nora lived under a rock. Which she did but still. It’s such a weird addition.

SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT

What I liked:
- The one and only scene that was amazing in this book was the scene with Nora and her mom’s wolf. MY GOD was that emotional and so beautifully written. Major kudos on this scene because it was phenomenal in every way.

Favorite quotes:
- “I’m a good alpha” “you are” “but I have found fault in the way you raise your children” // this was kind of an iconic quote and scene
- “The sandwiches were identical. Nora didn’t even care.” “They were not identical,” I snap, snatching the spoon from him with a glare. “Hers were made with love.” The wolf falls silent, biting his lips as his brown eyes light up in amusement. Fuck. // this was absolutely hilarious 😂 I love Orson’s mother hen moments.

What I didn’t like:
- Orson and Atticus when Nora isn’t ready to admit she’s pregnant yet since she hasn’t done a test. Quite literally the worst time for these men. They’re so toxic here and I hate it.
- How much they eliminate/don’t tell Nora things. And it’s somehow justified as love?

Best Conclusion Ever!!!!

I am so blown away with this series! I am absolutely in love with Nora not only for the strong, smart, and fierce character she is but for the struggles that she portrays. The author, Letty, did not skimp out on anything when it came to showing a character battling depression. Not just in this last book but in the first two books as well. The number of times I screamed and cried for her because I felt it, not just through the pages but as someone who battled depression with suicidal thoughts as a teenager, absolutely brought it to heart. This book is a staight million stars! I could not tell someone to read this book more than I ever have. We get this book started with some very fun times, so dig right in guys!! We have Nora, who is officially propsed to finally getting her mating ceremony, the one she thought she wasn't good enough for. We also have the situation with her old pack that is being resolved in this book. This particular plot takes you on a journey of betrayal, heartbreak, and self sabotage: not from any of our main characters. We also meet three mythical females, who in their own are strong, firece, and not to be messed with, and that opens up to three spin offs. So join Nora and her mates on this wild ride to fully overcome the heartbreak and betrayal of the past and get their HEA that is everything you could ask for with not one but two epilouges.
