This is what happens when Kings and Presidents play with nuclear weapons.
Janta Del Zertin was 42 years old and the first female elected president of the country Tanex on the planet Kala. She finds herself in a Naval war with Zakhar Yaroslav, the King of Shinn. She decides to use 2 nuclear bombs to destroy their Navy while they were in open ocean. It was the best method. But the King attacks with nuclear missiles from his country.
It only gets worse. The rule was to have nuclear weapons to equal the balance but never use them. That rule was broken and other countries start using nuclear weapons.
