Meeting up unexpectedly with his ex, Lucia, Cash aka Nitro, Sgt at arms for the Voodoo Kings local chapter of New Orleans, stands and looks at a 5 year old boy that is like looking into a mirror. He never knew why Lucia disappeared whilst he was deployed, and when he returned and went looking for her he could not find her. The shock of realising he is a father has him angry she ran but also puzzled as to why. A reason for him to have her back in his life with his son, to protect them both was his priority. He proposes marriage, to keep them both safe.
This story is about their love being reignited and finding out why Lucia ran from him 6 years earlier. Plenty of hot sizzling scenes as they find their love for each other once again.
He unravels the story behind the disappearance of Lucia and in doing so places her and his son in grave danger.
Lucia is kidnapped and he needs to find her, as she is also pregnant with his child. Who kidnaps her, and why? He feels he knows who it is, He just has to find her and prove his suspicions right.
The story has lots of twists and being with a local biker chapter puts other targets on their backs.
It is a great page turner and a great read.

loving this series
This is the second book of the series and it’s about Lucia and nitro. This second chance love story was full of steamy, steamy scenes, twists, and turns, and a whole Lotta drama. This is a new author for me and I have to say I am thoroughly enjoying this series. I have definitely found myself a new author, and will continue to read all of her books.

Nitro & Cia
What a great read. I couldn't put it down. I'm so happy these two found each again even if it was by accident. My heart broke for them as they discovered the reason why they were not together all these years. I couldn't be happier that they finally got they got the happily ever after they both deserved.

Great story.
As soon as Nitro saw the litte boy in the classroom run to Lucia he knew he was his son, what he didn't know was the reason she ran and took her secret with her.
Fantastic, action packed story, loved it from the start.

LOVED IT!
I forgot about Ms Candi's incredible storytelling😘 I've read a couple of her things this last year, and then stumbled upon book 2 in the voodoo kings New Orleans I got giddy😁 read the story within a few hours😘 now I'm ready for more!

This book is amazing and I loved reading this. Lucia and Nitro's story hooks you from page one. All kinds of stuff happening with loads of action. A must read.

This was an amazing and wonderful read. the depth of demotions that range from happy, shock, mad, heartbreak and shock but Nitro makes it all better with his brothers help.
