Trinity is a story about a young man who found purpose in his life only in death. Our hero, Jonah Evermore, lives an existence disconnected from humanity and his family. He is the quintessential outsider, never engaged with a world that seems alien to him. He sees his life as absent of value, a “zero” in his words. As the ultimate indifference, a zero has no impact on humanity, neither positive nor negative. Jonah never believed he was in control of his own destiny. A series of events that started decades before his birth, and rebirth, set him on a different path.

Jonah’s journey of self-discovery and redemption began once his mortal life ended. Left to decay in a watery purgatory, our young hero accepts hell’s bargain and emerges to a life after death endowed with supernatural abilities. Betrayal would drive his transformation from meek boy to hell’s avenging specter.

Betrayed by the girl he loved and a mother furious at the death of her brother, Jonah was murdered to avenge a three-decade grievance against his family. Dumped to rot at the bottom Atlantic, Jonah began his slow transformation as voices from the abyss beckoned him to join them. He lay between worlds, in a cold dark place unable to see where he was.

Jonah’s Native American heritage taught him about the spiritual battle between the beast and the wolf. After a three-year battle is waged between these spiritual foes for his soul, Jonah chooses the enticements of blood and revenge. His decision to accept the beast’s hand leads him down the path to vengeance as humanity’s judge and ultimately to self-discovery. Rescued from his watery grave by a 500-year-old immortal Portuguese sea captain, named Joao, our hero embarks on a quest that will send his victims to hell as the emissary of Death.
