Daddies for Dumpster Omegas #3

Two Daddies for the Single-Dad Omega

Rate this book
Two alphas. Two enemies. And the single-dad omega they both want.
Landon is exhausted. Having three jobs, a kid, and no alpha does that to you. All Landon wants is to fall into bed (or a set of strong arms), close his eyes, and go to sleep for twenty years. But he can't.

There's a hot, younger alpha hitting on him at the bar. Ingle is charming, he buys Landon drinks, and he promises a good time, no strings attached. With him, Landon can forget that his troubles exist.

The only problem? Landon's ex has been watching them, always scowling. And Landon feels the pull to Gardner just as strongly. He remembers the safety of Gardner's arms, he remembers the way Gardner kissed him breathless. The way Gardner promised him forever.

It shouldn't be possible to want both alphas. But Landon does, and it feels like everything is about to crash, when they both claim him at the same time.

(no age-play!)

Author's note: Landon's book should be ready much sooner than the current preorder date - I can't promise an exact release date until his book is fully written - hopefully Jul 2023? Updates will be announced on my newsletter! Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

“He’s beautiful, love. You’re beautiful. You’re all beautiful.”

We have single father, Landon, who is struggling and working multiple jobs just to survive. He's part of the Dumpster Omegas who go dumpster diving to get food. While performing at the Wine Shack, a young alpha watches him with clear interest. However, also at the Bar is his ex, whom he loved in the past but left. Landon has been alone for so long, but now two Alphas want him.

Alpha's Ingle and Gardner are enemies. They both work as coaches at the university and Gardner, the older, more experienced Alpha is not a fan of how Ingle seems to not care about his job or take anything seriously. They are often at each other's throats but Ingle starts to fall for Gardner, and despite sharing an Omega, Ingle also wants to be loved and held by Gardner.

“I trust you,” Troy murmured, locking gazes with him. “I enjoy being in your presence. You make Landon happy. Hell, you make me smile. You’re a good, honest person, so I’m giving you the right to live here, and treat this house as your own.”

“You’re my boy,” Gardner murmured against his lips. “I don’t want you to be wanting for anything.”

“You saved Landon and me.” Gardner kissed him. “You allowed me to have Landon. I wasn’t sure he and I were ever going to get back together again.”

I liked how we got two relationships in this story. We have the trouple, Landon/Ingle/Garnder, and Ingle/Gardner relationship development. What starts as two Alphas who love one Omega turns into a relationship with three people who love and care for one another.

One dynamic in a trouple/poly relationship I love is when there is a dominant/strict top, a verse, and a strict bottom. We get that dynamic in this story which I loved.

I loved all the crazy and funny moments; Anna never fails to make me laugh with the crazy antics that occur in her stories (if you've read her works before you know what I mean). Emmy may be a side character in this story, but he manages just to steal the show every time he appears. I can't wait for his book and am so curious to see how his Alpha will deal with him.

“I want us to pile onto each other like a human meat sandwich and give each other meaty blowjobs. We should make a cone with our dicks and decorate them like a Christmas tree. If each of you grab one of my buttcheeks and throw me, I’ll fly like a bird!”

Caulin: everyone should try a dick eyeball massage
Caulin: No, Emmy, please don’t say things like that using my name”

Also, we get so much heat! Anna always delivers on the spice (in very creative ways), and Two Daddies for the Single-Dad Omega is no different. There's also a bit of Daddy Kink and lots of cum play.

Overall I enjoyed this book! I've been looking forward to Landon's stories since book one, so I'm happy he got his wonderful HEA with two Alphas who love and adore him.

I have a slight problem with rating this book, but after thinking about it for a whole 5 minutes, I decided on 3 stars.

What did work for me:
- characters - I really liked all three guys, their personalities and connection.
- a/b/o - a relationship with two alphas was scorching hot.
- the spice - there was a lot of it, and it wasn't boring.
- some of the humor (unfortunately, some of it was a bit too juvenile for me and I felt embarrassed reading it).

What didn't work:
- the worldbuilding - well, I would like to know something more about the world, especially how the different dynamics were received by the society.
- the author forgot about everyone else beside the main threesome. Seriously, I felt like Zeke was an afterthought. Why "create" a child character only to forgot about him?
- the language was a bit awkward - the word "that" to describe character was overused (that alpha).
- the name change was a bit irritating. In the beginning, both alpha MCs used their surnames. I got used to them that suddenly Evan and Troy were strange.

Two Daddies, two daddies, one Landon? Grumpy, golden retriever and a struggling omega? Everything I didn’t know I needed. This latest installment of the Dumpster Omegas was a lovely low(ish) angst read. We FINALLY find out why Gardner and Ingle butt heads and watch Landon blossom. Anna dialed up the spice, hijinks, and inappropriate use of food. Add in a little action and you’ve got a thoroughly enjoyable read that will have you fanning yourself but also guffawing with laughter. 5/5 would recommend, read again and purchase a physical copy.

This started off so strong and was headed towards being my fave of the series, but then…
You can’t have a 4 year old child and spend as much time as these guys did screwing each other with no one taking care of the child or wondering where he is or what he’s up to. Wtf? Not to mention that the guys got Landon the new apartment and that’s the last we heard of Landon’s mom. Where’d she go when Landon and Zeke moved in with Troy?
Inconsistencies can ruin a story. For me, anyway.

I usually enjoy Anna Wineheart’s books in this series, but this book was difficult to connect with: maybe some had been due to what was happening in my life of sorrow. I gave it 4 stars, but I was bordered on giving it 3.5 stars.

First of all, I felt Landon could have been with either one of the Alphas, though I was rooting for Gardner and that it would have been his child Landon carried. I was disappointed the younger immature Alpha stole that away from Gardner who always wanted a child with Landon and had “weathered” a lot in the past due to Landon not wanting a child.

The other thing that bothered me, as I once had been a single mother with a three-year-old; I never had the time to have as much sex as Landon did with these two Alphas. I loved Zeke; don’t get me wrong, but who was watching this child during all this loud fun of having sex - Landon’s mother? I never heard anything about her after Landon moved into Gardner’s house.

And I must say it was way too long of a story, I finally had to skip past all the kinky sex as it got to be too much and boring. I wanted more out of this book. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced read copy of this book.

it’s ok

Book was ok not as good as it’s previous books but still a good read. I just couldn’t connect with the book and it’s characters. I felt like Landon could’ve been with either alphas and not both. All together they didn’t really bring anything that made them feel whole.
Landon has a past with Gardner so you could rekindle that but it’s not like before in their past relationship there was anything to fix besides miscommunication. Landon could’ve also been with ingle as well as he brought light into his life.
Or the book could’ve gone with ingle and Gardner as ingle has habored feelings for Gardner for a long time. My issue with ingle and Gardner is that ingle only took notice of Landon because Gardner was always looking at Landon so that’s what set into motion of why ingle liked Landon. From afar it was envy and in a way jealousy to get gardeners attention.
Overall together I didn’t feel like it worked I didn’t get that genuine feeling but separate they would’ve been amazing.

DNF @79%. Characters were just constantly being forgotten. Landon lived with his mum, but then she was just never mentioned again after a few chapters. At one point they go to town with Zeke, drop him at daycare and then head home without collecting him, and he barely gets mentioned again. Ingle makes it clear that Niall is his priority, but then just moves in with the other two and barely mentions him again.
The icing on the cake (pun intended) was the bit with Emmy and the cake. I don't know wtf that was about but it was just too childish and ridiculous for me.

I have long been a fan of Anna's and she has again given a story full of heart, heat and the bond that brings three men together.
Landon is a single dad run off his feet working three jobs to keep a roof over the head of him, his four year old son, and his mother. He definitely doesn't have time for anything else, especially not certain extra curricular activities with one, possibly two alphas, one of whom played a significant part in Landon's past. Ingle has had his eye on Landon for a while, and the fact that it riles up his co-worker, Gardner, is half the fun. Gardner thinks of Ingle as someone wasting their potential, a pain in the backside and who always brings out the frustration in Gardner. Landon is a whole other story. Landon is the omega that got away and who Gardner wants in his life.
There are secrets and a huge amount of self recrimination from Landon but things quickly escalate one night between the three men as we have three whole separate relationships going on as well as the one involving all three men. The heat of their scenes are intense, involving for all of them pretty much all of the time whether as a participant or observer but always aware that they are there. My heart went out to Landon and the worries, stress and fears that he carries, not wanting to put them on or burden anyone else, feeling that he deserves them. However, what he went through with his ex, including his pregnancy, was all forced (discussed as fact but not really spoken about in detail). Ingle and Gardner both have protective feelings for Landon but when they become aware of that, it hits a whole other level. Ingle and Gardner's relationship starts with a fair amount of tension with Ingle constantly winding up the older alpha, knowing what he's doing but also liking the attention. It's a good way that Landon and Ingle bond as well, comforting each other in their liking of Gardner whilst things are still in the early stages. You can feel from Gardner's mostly stoic presence that he's quite serious and takes the care and safety of those he likes/loves very seriously. It's more impressive when anyone gets him to smile in any way, Zach, Landon's son, being one who can do that any day of the week, allowing Gardner to feel a little of that fatherly love that he has been longing for.
It's a great story fro start to finish, as each relationship develops, going through various stages before the group can reach their HEA. There is also a moment or two of drama when it comes to Landon's ex, with both alphas proving just how much the safety of their family means to them. There may possibly be one or two too many intimate scenes between the three men but you can also feel the emotions that run through them as they share their attraction, bond and love. Emmy, again, often brings the hilarity in whole new ways and I cannot wait for his story to come.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

Sweet, emotionally compelling

Landon is a young single omega father to the cutest little guy, Zeke.
He's had to come home after suffering horribly at the hands of his ex.
He's struggling financially, holding down three jobs, supporting his mother and Zeke.
He's a part of the Dumpster Diving Omegas as a way to make ends meet.
There is a bright spot.
A hot young Alpha, Ingle is determined to pursue him for some no strings attached fun.
The only possible problem?
Landon's other ex, Gardner is also showing interest in rekindling the flames between them.
These three have a rocky road to a stable relationship.
Gardner has some incorrect preconceived notions about Ingle.
He thinks he's just a young, irresponsible punk incapable of being the type of Alpha Landon needs.
In reality he's been doing his best to care for his brother Niall who's also suffered immensely and is trying to get his life back on track.
There's talk of Gardner's brother Jag coming to help guard Niall and I really hope that turns into a book of their own.
Ingle is also secretly hot for Gardner because he's an absolute Daddy and Ingle desperately needs to be cared for.
Landon is very receptive to Ingle but keeps Gardner at a distance because he's so ashamed of how his life has turned out.
One night of explosive passion between the three of them shows them what they could have together.
Gardner has some apologizing to do with Ingle because he's been so harsh with him and he finally understands his needs.
The UST between Ingle and Gardner was so hot.
Landon finally relents and allows Gardner in.
Gardner is such a Daddy, he just wants to be needed and to care for his boys.
Yes, boys, because once he realizes what's going on with Ingle he immediately recognizes that Ingle is a boy desperately in need of a Daddy.
I loved all the banter between them.
The Dumpster Diving Omegas were absolutely hilarious as usual and I can't wait for Emmy's book.

.
.

Autre couple :
Kieran et Chase, (The Secret Omega)
Niall et Jag (A paraître en 2024)

📖

Landon- a single Omega dad, working himself to the bone, and a lovely singer. Gardner- an alpha with a past, especially with Landon, and has a certain dislike for the other assistant coach who is always running late. Ingle- an alpha with a secret, wants the pretty singer from the Wine Shack, and the assistant coach that is always getting on Gardner’s nerves. Put all three of them together and you get an amazing story. If you’ve read any of Anna’s other Meadowfall books, you’ll know this is going to be a good one.

Side note: OMG, OMG, OMG!!! This has got to be the best of the Meadowfall books I’ve read by Anna! There’s heat, fluff, and hilarious interactions (a lot of them from Emmy). This is definitely a must read of the series! I would recommend reading the books that come before this one as the couples from those books show up in this book.

I received an ARC of this book from the author and this is my honest review.

GARDNER (TROY), INGLE (EVAN) AND LANDON - I LOVED IT!

I received this book for free and am giving my honest and voluntary review.

Gardner, an older alpha, and Landon, a younger omega by about fifteen years,
had been lovers until Landon left him because Landon wasn’t ready to have children. Landon landed in a very abusive relationship that had his alpha going to prison. Ingle is a younger alpha who goes after Landon because he is Gardner’s ex. He does it to make Gardner notice him.

I like the interactions between the two alphas and Gardner’s protectiveness of Landon, even from himself. I also like the way their backgrounds are established and how they overcome their problems with each other. The introduction of the abusive ex and how he is handled made my baser instincts cheer. I did have a problem with the babies’ paternities for a while, but a miracle happened, and I was mollified. This is a story worth reading in its genre.

Its a DNF.

The first 3 chapters are just the same scene retold from 3 different characters. It's so dull!!!

The way Gardner is treated in this book made me want to DNF. He's a sweet but grumpy guy, obsessed with spoiling those he loves. The way Landon proves he favours Ingle (what a horrid name, like most of the MCs).
Gardner treated him like a prince, wanted a family etc. When he gets back in the picture, Landon refuses to say "I love you" or show him any sort of love and care. But dots and is all over Ingle. It's a horrid read. Believes that he gets pregnant to INGLE and poor Gardner, who wants kids is still left to be the odd one out. Even Ingle, randomly acts more loving with Zeke (in this universe we don't need car seats for 4 year olds either! Yay!) Sick of the Ingle x Landon all the time.
Also....who looks after this 4 year old all the time while they do it??
Landon's mum is also just a useless side character to "watch Zeke at the beginning" then she disappears.

I love the author’s books, but I just couldn’t connect with this one.
Landon’s character felt completely off to me.
What he did with Gardner was unacceptable, and honestly, it often seemed like he was only with him for his money.
I really loved Ingle’s character and his attraction to Troy, and by the time they got together, I found myself rooting for them to stay together much more than with Landon.

There are so many unanswered questions: what about the little boy? Who takes care of him? Trying to have that much sex with a four-year-old in the house is basically impossible. And what happened to Landon’s mom?

I’m also disappointed that the other side characters were almost entirely forgotten.
For me, this book just didn’t deliver what I was hoping for.
It’s a shame, because the author really does write amazing books.

Another great story from this author. Landon is a single father who longs for what he thinks he cannot have. When two Alpha’s come to him Landon does now know how to pick just one but maybe he does not have to. Ingle and Gardner have their own situation to work out. I loved the way these three work together. There are so many emotions to unwrap in their story. I enjoyed being along for the ride as they figured out just where each man fits. The author does a great job of bringing these men together and showing the love and bond that grows between them. Not only do the main characters shine but the supporting ones have a lot to say as well and I cannot wait to return to tis world to see what will happen next.

Landon is part of the Dumpster Omegas and is a single father who is struggling to make ends meet.
Gardener is an alpha ex of his who still sees around town.
Ingle is an alpha in pursuit of Landon but he has ulterior motives.
When the three of them clash, the chemistry between them is undeniable and they come to learn that there is more to each other than they assumed and so begins a relationship that will change all of their lives.

An entertaining read with sexy times that includes food, fun times with the dumpster omegas, some daddy/ boy elements and a hard fought for HEA.
3.5 stars for me overall.

Absolutely beautiful

Anna Wineheart is a super star! This book was simply brilliant from start to finish, the way she interweaves the individual love stories and the main love story between the 3 MCs was a master class in writing. This book has everything, it has laughs, a little drama, so much sexy, smexy times, drop ins from our friends and of course lots and lots of love. If you love MPreg and omega verse you will love this book. Do yourself a favour and grab book one of this series and relax and enjoy the journey. Can’t wait for Emmy’s book.

It takes three

OMG I am so glad Landon finally got his HEA and we finally got to see Gardner do more than glare. Ingle is a joy and exactly what these two needed.

Landon’s son Zeke legit broke my heart every time he asked if they would have enough food.

Emmy was causing trouble as usual and went too far this time. I’m really glad his book is next so someone can get him under control.

Thank you Anna Wineheart for another fun, heartwarming, sometimes sad, sometimes scary, and always sexy book!

Had to write this for Landon's name alone

Love the book, love the series.

*SPOILERS*

Writing this review because I went on to read the book about Gardner's brother. And Landon's last name comes up in chapter 1, which made me realize I thought it was a joke when it came up in this book......early on....in Chapter 5.....and then is never mentioned again. His last name is lickerman and nobody NOBODY(!?!?!?!?!!) ever makes a cute pun about it? For shame for shame for shame. I'm not docking my review, your mother and I are just very disappointed

Each of Anna Wineheart's books touch my heart, but Two Daddies for the Single-Dad was extra special for me. I have wanted Landon to have his own story since I read of his sleepy and overwhelmed life. Ingle was so sweet in his pursuit of Landon, and I had to laugh each time he went after Big Daddy or G, as he called him. As tough as Gardner was, his vulnerability was touching.

I read and reviewed a copy of this book.

If spice is your game you’ve definitely opened the right book. This story is a love story between not two but three and it has the spiciness, it has the excitement and it has the happy ending that keeps you engaged. The m/c’s all add their scent to the story drawing you into their world. The drama is enough to keep you on the edge and the HeA is sweet enough to leave you feeling good. Great addition to the series!

I loved Evan, Troy, and Landon's story. I loved their chemistry and all of the hot scenes. I also loved how many funny scenes there were. I especially loved when they visited Varrick's house so Landon could visit with Emmy and they got Varrick to name the "ghost" in his house and Emmy and Landon's reaction to it. I can't wait to read Emmy's book, which should be coming out next. I read this book using the Kindle Unlimited program.

This has so many full out giggle moments, some real side splitters that had me gasping for air. The warm and fuzzy moments are so sweet and precious that you can swoon! I think my fingertips got scorched turning the pages of the smexy scenes. Omg! Wild times! The chats were amusing bur the cupcake dance was the height of entertainment. Lol !

Gardner, Ingle and Landon - this is a cute MMM alpha-alpha-omega read with the cutest little Zeke.

I loved the humour, the small angst, the regret, the joke chats and well the d!*k drawings by Anna made me giggle.

BUT tbh EMMY stole the show again and I can't wait for him and V to finally ( hopefully) get their happy endings.

MMM

Fun read about three men figuring out how they will work a relationship between them. Two alphas and an a omega. Each characters growth was great to read and Troy was my favorite. He just loved Landon so unconditionally and the minute he realized why Evan was the way he was and that he may have feelings he stopped being mean to him.

Lance has had a rough patch. Single and taking care of his kid as best as he can. He finds himself liking two men, his ex and a young alpha who won’t give up on him. When the three of them find each other is explosive. Loving and possessive alphas, and a very lucky omega. Can’t wait for the next happily ever after.

This was a fun and wild Wineheart romance, with weird friends doing weird things, alphas with odd behavior, a cute kid, some ex-tra drama, and a wonderful HEA. Spicy & feisty, this book hits all the right notes for me - and rolls right into Emmy's story, which promises to be an adventure for that reason alone.
