The 3 Minute happiness Journal came into my life at the perfect time. I was really struggling mentally, going through depression. Through the Daily Habit Practices I am finding my way back to happiness. I love setting a Morning Intention to start the day off right. I really love Kristen’s Self-Care Check in, and the Mental Health Check in,on where I am in the moment. The daily quotes in the journal always seems to be so perfect and speaks to my heart. It feels good to be finding my way back to a place of happiness.

Kristen Butler books are so inspirational in more ways than you expect when you start to read them. They are life transforming. One because you realize she has found the right amount of knowledge, personal experience, and selflessness to help others. I started at a place receiving her positive messages on my phone. It never failed they were always exactly what I needed to hear most of all they would come at a time when I thought I was so lost. I got her 3 Minutes Positive Journal and it elevated me to a new level of thinking in a positive frame of mine. I’ve been in 3 Minute Happiness Journal and it is enlightening me to find joy in life, others and exceptional wellness in myself! Thank you Kristen and please keep writing!!

I received this as a gift, otherwise I probably never would have picked it up for myself. I already do daily gratitude and the occasional affirmation. Why would I need this? This book is a little more. It's an easy intro into journaling. Like it says, it takes a very little time. We can all find 3 minutes! Next thing you know, it's become part of your routine and you're a little sad when the book ends. What to do now? Well, you can always get another one. I am going to go back and properly journal about some of the prompts that I didn't spend much time/attention on.

Probably, one of the best journals!

I like this journal because of its simplicity and ease of use. This journal may help you in self-discovery and to heal from your dark phase of life. Daily small practices like Gratitude, Affirmations, and following proper Morning and Evening Routines suggested in this journal, if followed with consistency, truly hold the power to change one's life. You just need to be honest and consistent with it.

This journal helped me in realising that happiness is a choice and we can be happy even when circumstances are not in our favour. This journal offers some quite useful daily practices to follow for 90 days. But you can see changes in yourself within days if you follow it honestly and wholeheartedly. I liked it and would recommend it to all those who want to learn how to be happy and a joyful person no matter what happens outside.

I felt the same way about this one as I did about her other journal - and I'm NOT typically a "journal" kind of guy. But I loved this one! I won't rehash my entire review here, but yes, DEFINITELY give this one a shot, and keep coming back to it each and every day. For as long as you want to be happy and grateful and wise!

I JUST got Kristen Butler's "3 Minute Happiness Journal." If you're like me, when I finished her "3 Minute Positivity Journal" I was craving more!! I'm SO happy it's finally here.

This is all about making your day brighter and it does the job perfectly! Kristen has a knack for making tough stuff seem doable and positive. This journal is filled with cool prompts, helpful affirmations, and fun exercises.

The best part is it's quick. No big time commitments here, and yet the effects are surprisingly strong. Plus, there's a full 90 days of content so you really get a chance to form good habits. Kristen went through some tough times herself and it's great to learn from someone who's been there and turned things around.

If you're looking to feel happier in your day-to-day life, this is a great pick!! THANK YOU!
