I read it on my Kindle and I loved it so much that I want to start it over and read it again and take notes, but I can't figure out how to do it. But don't worry about me. My daughter is good with technology will help me figure it out.
Anyway, about the book... I agree with everything she says. In fact, I kept thinking, "My gosh! She thinks just like me!" Some people would think we're both a little "woo woo", for not thinking traditional doctors are Gods and for believing in the power of our thoughts and words to heal ourselves.
This book filled me with hope, and it made me want to try a little harder to control what I think and what I say, especially to myself.
And I love the way she writes. It felt like sitting down and talking to a friend who is wise.
If my book wasn't a Kindle, I would have underlined every word and wrote things in the margins. I don't even know ~ maybe you can do things like that with a Kindle and I just have to figure it out.
Anyway, as you can surmise from this so-called review, I LOVED this book! It was life-affirming and empowering and filled with practical advice.
And do yourself a favor. Watch the interview with the author and Chris Wark on YouTube. You will love her even more.
