I really like a lot of the recipes in this book. It makes me want to plan my own raw potluck party!

Starting your own raw potluck:
*Send out invitations (e-mail, paper or verbally) and ask friends to bring friends who might enjoy a raw potluck as well.
*Check if you have raw restaurants in the area... YES!
*Make sure everyone brings a copy of their recipe (recipe card), since some people may have food allergies.
*Have everyone bring 1 dish of their own - host will make main dish.
*Take pictures & have fun!

My favorite recipe:
Kale & Pear Green Smoothie
1 cup green grapes, 1 orange peeled, 1/2 pear, 1 banana, 1 cup kale, 1/2 cup water & 2 cups ice cubes.
