This short novel is very well-written... The characters are well-rendered and there is a lot of humor and a very tragic ending.

I gave up. The issues taken is interesting, violence against women and polygamy, however it's lacking passion and twisted plot.

I love Isidore Okpewho's the victim
The book mainly talks about polygamy
It presents a powerful study of the tensions in a polygamous household
It also presents economic and mental stress
