INSPIRADOR

Este libro me inspiró a saber que aún en medio del caos político y económico de mi país, de mi ciudad , en medio de situaciones que parecen desoladoras y sin salida, siempre hay una manera de transformar nuestra mente y salir de ese enfoque solo en nuestro bienestar y confort para buscar las formas de beneficiar a los demás y de ese modo, como efecto secundario, beneficiar nuestras propias vidas de una manera profunda .

great book. written in the penitentiary. It will make you understand that if you want to meditate and step out of your victimhood, it's available to you.

Introduced me to life in a U.S. prison and mental health problems that are overhauling in the prison system. Inspirational. Introduced also hard concepts/experiences of meditation, overcoming/being with suffering, spiritual care.
