Not enough good things to say about Esther and the way she works to empower children’s ministry leaders all over the world. She’s everyone’s biggest cheerleader and has heaps of wisdom that she’s always excited to share. This is a KidMin leader must have. We can’t keep doing the same thing expecting new results. This book is the spark that ignites change and evaluating in our ministries. The author in her experience relays to the reader the critical crisis that ministry can face and some are in currently. I am passionate about taking what I learned between these pages and giving new life to the ministry of what God is blessing.
