I survived my first shift, but my fight for life isn't over.
My heart belongs to Finn, who will stop at nothing to protect me and I don't want to hurt him. But we're running out of time, and if I want to survive, and most importantly keep my mom and Finn safe, I have to make hard decisions.
I have to get the relics at any cost, even if it means walking into the enemy's den and being a good wolf to my fated mate Eric. With all of Eric's pack watching me, this won't be an easy game to play, and I have to keep my sharp teeth and claws ready.
I really enjoyed reading this story from start to finish. This latest book was a perfect end to this story.
I would have loved to read more though. I feel as if the story could definitely keep going what with the surprise at the end. But overall I am super happy with how things ended. I love happily ever afters.
Especially when it took so much to overcome in order to finally happen. Highly recommend this series as a must read for those who love werewolves and magic! Tons of action and surprises!
Book three in Lana’s Forged By Fate series was certainly an entertaining read. It definitely grabbed my attention from the very beginning as Spencer made a choice to get the relics on her own. Leaving behind those she loves in an attempt to keep them safe. Knowing she is running out of time she takes a huge risk and reaches out to her fated mate. Using his desire for her to gain access to what she needs risking her own safety and possibly loosing who she truly loves. I love the characters that Lana created and the story line was a real page turner and a great ending to the series. It is a young adult but there was some steam but nothing to explicit
The storyline was interesting but there were quite a few plot holes.
I also hated the entire mate(s) situation. Her original mate was not made villainous enough to be treated the way he was. He definitely seemed like he was changing to be the mate she would want and it wasn’t his fault his dad was terrible. Then the fact that she had feelings for him as well just made it seem like her love for Finn wasn’t real??? Like I shouldn’t have been rooting for the wrong guy bc the author failed to make him bad lol
Ok so I needed so much more from this book. I felt like it skipped a lot of shit. It jumped a lot and I kind of got lost at the end of the book. It just needed more work.
Even against all odds, Spencer proves herself as a worthy heir! 💪🏻👊🏻💅🏻 Was it easy?, no Did she make mistakes?, yes But, in the end, her intentions were pure; she was fighting for her life and a more just and inclusive way of life for werewolves and witches alike! 🤗🥰 My only complaint is that I wanted more 😁.. it’s such a great and so easy to read story and I’m totally in love with Spencer and Finn, and the rest of their little pack! 😍 All in all, a great finale for our beloved characters!!! ❤️
There are a couple of spelling and grammar errors, but it is very easy to get the gist of what the author meant to put. Unlike several other online books that I have read.
The trilogy of books are very good, but th¹e ending is somewhat lacking, I might even say abrupt. It would have been nice to get a more in-depth ending for both Spencer and Finn. The conclusion to their story was brief in a "Happy ever after" way. It's a shame that the story didn't have a longer thought-out ending. I am tempted to read more of this authors work, but i feel that those stories will also have an inconclusive final ending.
Im reviewing all three books in the trilogy. The storyline is well thoughtout and delivered, although the ending was rushed which was ashame. I didnt get bored of the story or the characters. The main characters were likeable and this isnt a reverse haram which I hate. The FMC stays true to the one she fell in love with from beginning to end. It was ashame the epilogue wasnt about them but it was a twist. Also not sure on the mate issue it was a bit wishy washy but on the whole it was a good read. Highly recommended.
Adult content, reader discretion advised. Spencer needs to find two magical objects to save her life and going undercover in enemy lands is the only solution. Finn, Clare and the entire pack must sit back and wait for her to save herself. They are terrible at this. Some find productive tasks and others find trouble. Anything to keep busy. Even when there is only darkness, Spencer refuses to give up.
Entertaining! Enjoy the adventure of finding the relics, and the emotional connections to the relationships in this story. Spencer did annoy a bit with her whole going off without much help thing; when does that ever pay off, but I appreciate her tenacity. She’s got some fight in her! Enjoy the shifter and magical aspects too! A fun series!
The Heir series by Lana Melyan was a great read. I haven't read many books of this genre (warewolves and witches) but read each of the three books one after the other as I couldn't put them down. Interesting storyline and the characters were described so well that you got to "know" them. I will read more by Lana Melyan in future. 👍🏻
The story moved along. I didn’t get bored anytime. Not a lot of extra info that wasn’t needed. I don’t usually read a story series of books but this one was worth it.
This series is absolutely amazing and definitely worth reading. From start to finish I was hooked on the story line and characters. I will 100% be looking at more from this author xx
Last book in this three part series the ending did feel rushed, she was still at Eric's at 70% of the book.I did not understand why she did not reject him when she had him frozen.after healing Finn there was a time jump.a very fast ending.
I loved this series so much. Melyan was a new writer to me but didn't disappoint me. I loved all the characters and how easy these books were to read. I will absolutely read more of her books.
Not as thrilling as it could have been but there was some drama. Spencer decided to go to Eric her mates pack to retrieve the artifact she needs to stay alive and become the Alpha of All. Of course there are snags in her plan but there is also a major positive.
All in all was a nice and enjoyable read. I still definitely get the vibe it’s more for the YA audience. And again still shame the series wasn’t as big so felt more rushed than anything else.
Forged by fate Well Spencer growing up with so many secrets kept from you ! As fate connects and reveal the secrets. Great shifter story Each book laying out her journey and story! I couldn't stop reading.
His was a great read. Hard to put down. Front start to finish.you are kept on the edge of your seat wondering what's going to happen next. There is so much love and caring between the main characters it is a joy to read..
I absolutely loved this series so much my only complaint was that it ended too soon. Please tell me she’s continuing the series like maybe her half brother comes at her or it’s about her new half sister’s life ….Did Finn and Spencer have kids?
The last book in a series and it finished up nicely. Nothing was really left open to lead to new questions. She brought balance to the witch and wolf worlds and everybody loved happily ever after.
I received an ARC for this book. What a great ending to the story! Spencer takes a risk and puts her life in danger. She has to do this to save her life. She meets a new friend along the way. Finn has to accept her decision and trust her. The ending was great!
