I did not see this coming because I could have sworn it was going to be someone else as the love interest. Reid end up being much better match for Sammy then I could envision. These two found their way to make it work. Reid learn how to deal with Sammy and her pain and how to make her happy. While reading this my feelings about Jared change throughout and I still not sure how I really feel. You could feel the pain Sammy felt when Jared’s secrets came to light and my heart broke for her and the kid’s. Reid became so much more to Sammy and kid’s and Sammy became what Reid needed even when he wasn’t looking. I hate to this series end but I can’t wait to read more to come.

Last but certainly not least
This has to be my favorite book from this series!!!
I loved the whole storyline and the persona that is Reid really rung with me!!! I want the other brothers stories though....

The perfect ending to this series
I was nervous about this one. I fell in love with Jared and I wasn’t sure how I would feel about Reid.
I was worried for nothing! Carla R has a way for making me fall in love with every single person she writes. Reid is absolutely perfect for Sammy and Sammy is perfect for Reid.
The chemistry, the spicy scenes, the friendship, the different relationships, and of course the characters made this the best book in the series honestly.
This book felt like the perfect ending for the Bombshells and the perfect beginning for the other series coming soon.
I can honestly say that for this to be a debut series, Carla R knocked it out of the park. This is a series I can see standing the test of time and be loved by readers for years to come!

A beautiful second chance romance
Not only is this book a wonderful ending to a series that I adored, but it's a wonderful second chance romance for Sammy, who, let's face it, didn't have the best start to romance.
This book shows wonderfully how love comes in many shapes and forms, and that grieving and moving on from a loss is not something that is determined by certain times or actions, it's a person by person struggle. Sammy has been grieving the loss of her only love for years now, and when she's starting to find a rhythm for her life, it's turned upside yet again by new secrets and boiling emotions. Not only is she struggling to forgive and get past her ex-husbands sudden death, but now a new romance is blossoming and she must navigate her emotions and new life.
I loved the honesty and depth of this story, the way her new boyfriend encourages therapy and help, no judgments are made by those close to her as she seeks the help she needs to sort through this. It gives you hope that things can start over and be even better than before, that moving on doesn't mean forgetting or pretending it never happened. You can move forward and still incorporate the old with the new and have a full life of love. Absolutely beautiful!

I got emotional reading this book. One because Sammy found love again and two because it is the end of this series. One that I have grown very close to all of the characters. Yet, Carla did not let me down, she brought the laughs and romance.
I love that Reid and Sammy were giving me enemies to lovers and grumpy/sunshine vibes. To see the change from formal, uptight Reid to commanding, grabs her by the face and kisses her Reid is steamy as all get out! Sammy, you go woman. You deserve it. Fans of this series will love this book and conclusion to this series.

I can't wait to read the other books in the series this was my first one and it was amazing. The characters are great you can feel the lust first love between them it's classy and sexy and just a great hea. I recommend this book
