THE APPARITION is a contemporary romantic suspense with a paranormal flair that will keep you turning the pages as the mystery unravels the truth about the child’s murder.
When I was young, I read every Nancy Drew book published. I’ve always read romance novels and fantasized about being a published author. They say write what you love to read—that is why I write contemporary romantic suspense. Adding a paranormal flair to my novels makes writing and research more exciting!
My first novel, Uncharted Depths, received a Reader’s View award. The Apparition was published a few years later and received great reviews.
Wicked Moon was released October 2014 in Cape Cod and all profits go to The Simes Foundation. A real mansion is the backdrop for this romantic suspense with a paranormal flair. Will there be a sequel to Wicked Moon?
This was a nice surprise! I won this book on Goodreads over a month ago and finally picked it up. The main character Abbey, just moved to town and is restoring an house and opening up an antique store and bakery. The contractor she hires is Mac, a single day who is sexy. The best part of this story is the ghost in the house, her name is Samantha and she was murdered 20 years ago. I really liked the paranormal in this book and I liked Mac a lot. Abbey is a little annoying but her back story is so sad. I feel so lucky to have read this and can not wait to read more by her.
I wanted to like this book. I really did. I got to the middle and couldn't finish. It was so heavily lacking. Yeah, the first "paranormal encounter" started right away, which I love, but it was just a lot of Abbie falling, covering her breasts, exposing them, covering them again, and more and more falling over. I usually LOVE suspense and horror books. Especially about the paranormal. I just could not finish this book.
This is the first book I read written by Taylor Nash. Thanks to Goodreads. The suspense kept me reading and I finished it the same day I got it. I couldn't put it down. It was a wonderful, well written book and I am interested in reading more books by Taylor Nash. A sequel to this book would be interesting. I loved the characters, love, romance, suspense and The Apparition. Very contemporary and romantic. Thanks to Goodreads and Taylor Nash.
I won this book in a Firstreads Giveaway. I enjoyed this book and I liked that it was short and too the point. I hate when books drag on too much and give you lots of info dumps that tend to not really help the story along. I did have a little issue with how quickly Abbey fell in love with Mac after all her man-bashing. Overall though a pretty good read!
Taylor Nash is a master of mystery and intrigue. Be ready for a spine chilling read amidst a wonderful romance in The Apparition. Terri Valentine, romance author
I received this book in a giveaway the other day. I immediately read it as it drew me in. This was a wonderful book. If I had any complaints it would be it was to short. I highly recommend this.
Thank you Goodreads for the chance to win this book. It was the first one I've read by Taylor Nash. It was a very enjoyable book and I look forward to reading others by her.
