OMG!!! WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Wyatt and Lacey met in the dog park, he's watching over his sister Pepper Snowed In with the Bodyguard dog and she's taking her dog for a walk. Lacey gives Wyatt some training advice and where to go find some treats for his sister's dog. Later Lacey is getting ready for her blind date and heads to the bar. Lacey's date doesn't show up and she's about ready to leave when she finds Wyatt. Lacey asks him to sit with her and he finds out that she was stood up. They order drinks and food then soon she is asking him to take her home. Lacey lets her dad know she'll be out all night, they head to Wyatt's bedroom, he pleasure her and they make love. The next day Wyatt heads out to bring back breakfast, Lacey's taking a shower when she smells coffee. Wyatt asks her what she has planned for the day but she's helping her dad get ready to go on a much needed vacation. Wyatt asks her if he can call her but she tells him she left her phone number somewhere's in the house he'll have to find it to asks her out on a proper date. Wyatt searches all day looking for her phone number, when he's about to give up the next day he sits down on the couch and when he looks up at one of the photo's his brother-in-law, Evan took he sees her phone number written on the back. Lacey and her dad are on there way to met the doctor who will be taking over her father while he's on a month long vacation. They stop and grab donuts along the way. Wyatt is on his way to met the doctor he'll be taking over for for a month. When Wyatt and Lacey met in her dad's office they act like they don't know one another. They act professional around the office but go home with one another at night. A few weeks go by and they are both enjoying each others company. Wyatt has a problem with one of the patients where he almost was misdiagnosed. Lacey tells him how she's trying to get her date to upgrade his filing system. Wyatt makes a few phone calls and soon they have new computer equipment and work all night together. Soon Lacey's father will be back from vacation and she's not sure how to tell him about the new filing system plus about Wyatt. Wyatt wants to stay where Lacey is so he wants to start looking for a home and a different job. This story was okay for me.
With this one being the first I read in this "Line of Duty" multi-author collection I really thought that being in the military or public service career like police officer, fireman, ect. would have more to do with the stories.
But this one, I honestly can't remember any kind of mention of this, and if it is, I'm going to say it's just thrown in there and not mentioned again.
Wyatt and Lacey as a couple were okay. I didn't exactly feel all this chemistry that these two were supposed to be feeling for each other. I also didn't understand why Lacey was so concerned with keeping their relationship private for so long. In the office, I can understand. You want to keep a professional environment. But after hours she still wanted to keep things on the down low.
My biggest complaint with this book is that I wish it had less self dialogue and more 'getting to know you' kind of conversations with Wyatt and Lacey.

This is the 6th book in the multi-author Line of Duty series featuring Wyatt and Lacey's steamy age-gap romance. Wyatt and Lacey meet in the dog park when she's out walking her dog they got along well with each other. That night while she's waiting for the guy from the app to show up for a date she bumps into Wyatt who had no problem filling in when the guy didn't show. The two of them really hit it off and they don't realize just how much time they're going to be spending together. Until Monday when they find out that Wyatt's the traveling Dr. filling in while Lacey's dad takes a vacation and Lacey's the manager of the clinic so they'll be working together. Is Wyatt going to stay? Is Lacey going to leave? You really need to read this steamy age-gap romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

The doctor who found his place! This is about Wyatt and Lacey. Lacey’s father is going on a much-needed vacation and leaving his practice in the hands of a traveling doctor, Wyatt, and her as the clinic manager. They initially met at the dog park while he was with Cujo, and she was with Toto (cute names)! That night they bumped into each other as she was supposed to be meeting her online date, but he never showed up. Luckily, Wyatt was the replacement and one she did not mind at all. They hit it off but are unaware of who they are until Monday. It was funny to see the noisy neighbor knowing it before Lacey did. The story is cute, and changes happen, so get ready for a great book.

This book will have you engrossed from the beginning until the end and the storyline flowed throughout the book. Wyatt is new town after retiring from the Army as a Doctor and meets a woman in the dog park who makes his heart pound but will he ever see her again? Lacey has never been good at dating but when she meets a man at the dog part her heart bests double time but will she ever see him again? Lacey and Wyatt will grab your attention right at the beginning in this romantic story. This is part of the Line of Duty Series but can be read as a standalone. If you like age gap small town romances, this books for you. A great book that's hard to put down. Lacey and Wyatt are likable characters and their chemistry is off the charts. In many ways she's forbidden since she's younger and also the daughter of his temporary boss. He's a doctor who is covering her father's practice while he's on vacation. The book is an easy fun read with an engaging story line. An HEA and no cliffhanger. I read an arc via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review it.

This is such a feel-good story. Lacey and Wyatt have an adorable meet-cute at the dog park with Toto and Cujo pitching in to assist. The two humans hit it off and hope to run into each other again. They do and it gets steamy quickly. And then they see the other even sooner than anticipated as Wyatt is the fill-in doctor at Lacey's father's practice.
Lacey and Wyatt encounter almost no drama and are ideal for each other in this small-town, age-gap, perfectly-sweet book.

This was an enjoyable read that puts Lacey, daughter of the town doctor, in the path of Wyatt, the temporary replacement doc. I love that they got to meet before either knew they'd be working together and the sparks sure flew between them ;) Of course, they're both shocked to meet at work the next day. Lol! Thankfully, they didn't resist their chemistry for long and love bloomed quickly. This was a lighthearted and steamy read that had family wrapped around the romance, giving it a great depth. Good fun!

This was a fun read. Wyatt has retired from the military and taken a contract job at a small town clinic while the primary doctor goes on vacation. He is staying at his sister's house and is out walking her dog when he meets the woman of his dreams. Lacey is out walking her dog when she meets Wyatt. There is a strong attraction. Follow along as they fall in love and fight the issues that arise in theor whirlwind love affair. Anxious for the next book in the series.

What starts out as a chance encounter only for Wyatt to end up being the new doctor at Lacey’s work. Liked how they both had playful attitudes with each other, and still carried on in a professional manner. A great connection despite the age difference, and they explained their relationship in the most respectful way to her father.

The chemistry was instantaneous and only grew hotter the more time they spent together. This was a hot younger woman older man romance that makes you smile. This is a small town romance with a unique storyline and likable characters that made this a fun, steamy read. I loved the way the author brought Wyatt and Lacey together at their first meeting. The chemistry between them is perfect and getting their happily ever after was the cherry on top. His Temptation is a great addition to the multi-author Line of Duty series. What a very enjoyable age difference read by Fern Fraser. Lacey and Wyatt make a great couple whether they are at work or at play. Really liked that they met in a park and then accidentally ran into each other that night. This is a great, quick read. This is a must read.

I usually really like the books by the author but this one was a little off to me. There really wasn't a lot of chemistry between Wyatt and Lacey. The story was ok but it went back and forth between over communicating and them have conversations in their heads. It's a very fast read just not for me.

I love age-gap stories, and this one is a good one. Lacey and Wyatt are meant to be together. They meet in dog park. Coincidentally they coincide another couple of times and end up working together for a month. Time in which the attraction grows and the love becomes strong. This is a very nice, romantic, steamy story, with HEA.

Lacey and Wyatt's characters made it entertaining while still being steamy. I enjoyed reading their love story. I thought it was a great addition to the Line Of Duty series

This was Wyatt & Lacey’s book. Lacey's dad hires a doctor to take over his medical practice while he takes a vacation, and she's immediately drawn to Wyatt. The older man's piercing blue eyes and mesmerizing good looks set her body on fire. This was an intriguing read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

A lovely love affair
This book contains 15 chapters, has a complete story line and is a steamy read. I enjoyed the love affair between Wyatt and Lacey, and the fact that her father is on vacation helped. There were no long passages about medical matters and the story flowed. Highly recommended.
