Kindle Scribe User's Guide: The Most Complete and Easy-to-Follow User Manual for Beginners and Seniors with Useful Tips & Tricks to Master the New Kindle Scribe 1st Generation E-Ink Tablet

Rate this book
The newest e-reader in Amazon's lineup, the Kindle Scribe, offers a useful feature that distinguishes it from its the ability to write on the screen with the included pen. The Scribe's 10.2-inch screen and premium 300 ppi screen make it ideal for taking notes, annotating, and more. A protective case is advised since the device's huge size and thin construction may make it vulnerable to harm. Even though the Scribe performs quite well while writing, it is devoid of features like page change buttons, a cellular connection, and a waterproof finish. It works well for those who value organization and note-taking more than these features. You may choose to upgrade to a Premium Pen for further functionality, and the battery-free pen magnetically attaches to the side of the device for simple storage. With a range of page layouts and the option to organize notes into folders, the Scribe makes taking notes a snap. This handbook on the Kindle Scribe 1st Generation is a perfect choice for individuals who wish to comprehend this remarkable gadget that combines reading and writing skills.

Clearly written by a non-native English speaker. Everywhere you look there are paragraphs which repeat the same thing twice. Or even three times.
Even worse, for me, is the assumption the author makes that the reader is already familiar with the Kindle system
There are no images of the new icons, and practically no guidance on finding them, let alone using them. Some shortcuts are mentioned e.g., pull down from the top to display Settings, a very useful tip. It is never mentioned again. instead the reader is told to go through the long rigamarole.
I could go on, but all I can say is I regret spending my money on this book. And of course, I reget that Amazon decided not to provide an adequate guide to using it with the device.
