Burning Bush : Meeting God

Rate this book
Have you suddenly been so spiritually dry that you are no longer listening to God as you once did? Even after giving your church your all on Sunday, do you still feel like you need to grow more? Are you looking for solutions to stop engaging in sinful behavior? We must respond to all of these excellent questions. Is there an answer to the question? Regularly taking in God's word is the solution.

All Scripture is inspired by God and useful for reproof, correction, and training in righteousness, according to 2 Timothy 3:16. The Bible will sharpen you to follow God's will as you digest it daily. Because God uses the Bible to mold and shape you to become more like Him, Satan will use all means at his disposal to prevent or divert you from reading it every day. You must make it a regular practice to read and absorb the Bible.

Memorization of the Bible is also recommended, in addition to reading it. I have kept your word in my heart so that I won't sin against you, Psalm 119:11 says. The psalmist appreciates how important it is to internalize God's Word. What more effective technique is there to accomplish this than memorizing a Bible verse? You will be given a verse from this book to memorize every day. While memory may not come naturally to you, as it does to me, you will benefit more as you practice. When you are tempted to sin, the Word of God that you have hidden in your heart will work mighty to keep you from sinning.

The regular practice of reading God's Word is the best approach to growing spiritually. Therefore, I want to encourage you to establish a good practice of daily Bible reading starting now. While physical fitness has some worth, according to 1 Timothy 4:8, godliness is more valuable in every manner since it offers hope for both this life and the next.

What is the subject of the book? It focuses on experiencing God in the same manner as Moses did in the burning bush. Over 17 weeks, the book will delve into fundamental beliefs to understand who God is, who we are, and what we should do. The objective of the book is to come face to face with the God who created and called us for His plan. By reading this book daily, you will develop the practice of regularly absorbing God's word, gaining a deeper understanding of the foundational truths of the Bible, and adhering to its teachings.
