ISSUED ON INDEPENDENCE DAY July 4th, 2022...signifying our Independence from Obesity and disease and winning the war against Obesity. Thousands and thousands of diets, self-improvement books, weight loss programs, and multiple other money-grabbing schemes exist today, and they all fail at some time or another. Without understanding the true science behind a life-changing method, there is no chance of having it sink in, be learned, and become a solid part of your lifestyle.
We need a system that decouples us from naysayers, stress eating, party events, vacations, holidays...even in-laws! A system that finally gives us confidence and predictability in anything we do pertaining to weight and health!
This is a journey of 52 weeks, 105 pounds weigh loss and finishing up this journey by exercising an average of 10 hours a week. This is a happy and successful story that can be yours as well.
