Do NOT read this book if you have triggers for explicit adult content, violence, kidnapping, assault, slavery, alluding to rape. DO read it if you enjoy an ultra steamy, second chances, Mafia book with all the trappings, DO read this book if like a strong MC, DO read this if you like ultimate badboys and a story which will get you cheering and booing all at the same time. Sounds contradictory right? Well it's not. You'll be cheering for Nicolai, you'll be cheering for Rosiland and you'll be heartily booing for Derek and his consorts.
After the traumatic ending of book 2, this book couldn't come fast enough! It's a really very dramatic experience, one that sets emotions off the charts. One that has you second guessing yourself, one that will definitely have you rethinking what or who is actually good. See, Nicolai IS a bad boy but a badboy who has the burning inside him to right the wrongs of certain individuals. Whilst his method might raise a brow or two, his heart is pure and ultimately, this very heart of his betrays him. The further on I read, the more his purity was exposed. What he witnessed, what he endured, it's a miracle he has any goodness left in him. Don't get me wrong, he IS Mr Mafia personified, yes, he does all that Mafia boss would do without the faintest remorse. His need to punish himself, to see the monster within, is his guilt talking, taking over his entire being. Until Rose...
Soft, gentle, naive, frightened, stubborn Rose, who evolved progressively into a character of such strength and resilience. Who's inner conflicts and contradictions resolve slowly but steadily and how she releases the shackles biting down on her, forcing the tight cocoon around to explode and emerge as a beautiful but fierce butterfly. The thing (I can't in all fairness call it a romance) between Niko and Rose is so convoluted, so intricate, so intense, so utterly complex, it was just beautiful, extremely hot, sexy and steamed up my glasses a few times from the heat! But it's not just sex, sex and more sex, yes, there's quite a lot of that, it's the plot and the storytelling that had me in it's clutches. A story of so much horror at what people could put another through and the real well though out characters who are definitely not as they appear at face value.

Wow. Just wow! You ever finish a book and literally be speechless? There’s honestly NO way for me to compute into words just how fucking good this book/trilogy was, but let me try.
Brooke’s elegance and fluidity in her writing throughout this trilogy never shyed—each book just more enriched than the last. When I say I want an ANTI-HERO—fucked up, ruthless and true to his monster identity, no matter who he interacts with, THIS IS WHAT I mean. Nikolai is callous, fierce and relentless beyond measure. The definition of obsessive; always in need of control, say and power and that really doesn’t change even when it comes to his Rose. His honesty with her is constant—about who is and how she can’t change him but only embrace his darkness, to fully embody any type of love and desire his way; the only way. His determination to avenge his family is embedded in his DNA, seeping through his pours and overflowing through his rule as head of the mafia. Truly the epitome of touch her and you d!e a nasty, ruthless death. Rose’s growth— can we get a round of a fucking applause! When I say she’s been to HELL and back, I mean it! She kisses the devil and falls at his feet, only Nikolai isn’t the worst monster in her life. She saw the worst, went through the worst you can imagine— her life isn’t for the faint. But she truly overcomes. & succumbs to the dark and disturbed revenge wanting to break free from deep within her too, letting her monster out HER WAY & also putting the faintest of cracks in Nikolai’s rough heart is commendable. Their heat and desire for each other sexually is ALL CONSUMING. And this trilogy, this particular book was the hottest, smuttiest, filthiest book I’ve read to date and I loved every single minute of it because it was written phenomenally in such tastefulness. Have chills again just thinking about it! The creativity of their sexual encounters deserves a fucking award, lord!
Nikolai is my FAVORITE book man to date. And thats a promise. My easiest answer there ever was!

Aahhhhh I freak’n love this book/series soooo damn much!!! Oh my gosh I couldn’t get enough and didn’t wanna put it down!! It’s had me hooked since book one and I still want more lol!!
I love love love Rose & Nikolai!! Rose freak’n blossoms sooo much!!! Her character growth I just love it she’s so strong..feisty.. sweet.. deadly when needs be aahhh I just love her!!💙🖤 & then there’s Niko 🥵🥵🥵 gosh yes he’s an ruthless azzzz but he’s the perfect combination of just everything lol😅 aahhhh just perfect!!

Bloom book 3 in The Mafia Rose series and my word does Rose (FMC) finally come into her own in this book. With everything that she's gone through in this series so far it's about time that she showed her strength I thought and it and out in full effect with Rose embracing a darker, stabby and trigger happy version of herself. Revenge is definitely sweet and deadly in regards to her. It gave her an edge and she seemed to slot into Nikolai's world a hell of a lot more in this book than in previous ones.
Omg do Rose and Nikolai crash together more in this book with plenty of hot and steamy parts throughout. I'm loving this series and I can't wait to get my hands on Wild now.

Bloom follows on from Thorn, updating us on Rose's life since that cliffhanger ending.
Rose has grown so much throughout this series, and she really came into her own in this book. She was stronger, a fighter, and she knew what she wanted. Nikolai also changed over the three books, and I liked that although he's this tough, no nonsense guy to his employees, he's a different person with Rose. No matter how much he tries to deny it.
There's plenty of drama here, everyone finally getting what they deserve. The story was tied up well, and I loved the ending. It was a great way to finish the series.

Rose and Nikolai are back again in the final book of the Mafia Rose series. Revenge is coming against those who hurt Rose and wrong Nikolai. They both want her father and 'husband' dead, as well as any one who poses a threat to them. But will they be able to overcome their own feelings for each other and admit they are meant to be together?
I have never been so invested in a book as I was in this one. This book is over 400 pages long and I devoured this book in less than a couple hours. Nikolai and Rose's story has become one or my favorites in the mafia romance trope and the series has edged up into being one of my top favorites. Rose has become incredibly strong and independent despite having grown up sheltered. Nikolai has taught her so much and she has done the same for him. The chemistry that they share was intense and explosive and made for some really great steamy scenes.
I would have loved to see a longer ending scene with them, because there was so much build up to her being let go and freed after everything was said in done. It just felt like the last scene was so short and didn't cover the build up as much as it could have.

Bloom by Brooke Harper is the third, finale book in the Mafia Rose Series. I love Rose and Nikolai together. This trilogy has shown Rose becoming a strong, smart FMC who knows what she wants and is willing to go after it. But Nikolai also starts to show his softer side - or as soft as he can anyways. Great conclusion to a hot, steamy series. Loved it.

This is a cracking series with the mafia vibe going on and then there’s the spice, just enough for the storyline to run and run. Rose certainly blooms in this one and how. I really really enjoyed this one and the whole series so far. I’ve certainly added this author to my must read list. Highly recommended.

There’s a lot of push and pull in this book, and definite character growth 😄
In honesty in the first book I was not a fan of these characters but as the the story developed and we began to see their depths and an insight into their moulding they certainly grew on me!
The connection between Nico and Rose is seggsually undeniable! The heat between them spicy and all the things he teaches Rose as he takes away her lack of experience 🔥🌶️🔥
Romantically yeah he’s got no idea but you begin to see pieces that Rose draws out despite his ‘monster’ status 🙈
Rose really comes into her own as a mafia princess in this book under the freedom and guidance of Nino! She definitely finds her spine of steel not only with him but those who have wronged her (there’s plenty of action in this book where she’s wronged!!)
But can he give away enough control to let her have her wish? And can he give up his revenge plot enough to see a future?!
A solid read - will be interesting to see what happens in the planned novella.

Good but
Ok, l didn't even get twelve chapters in book one, l didn't read book two, so l skipped right to book three. I actually really liked this book. This point into the series, I found everything falling into wonderful place and l liked the story as well as the characters. No, I still won't read book one but I may read book two. I messed up though, I never read books in an series until all of them are out! The fourth isn't out until August, which is why l only gave it four stars. Shirley

Final book in Nikolai and Rose's trilogy, this conclusion bring the blooming Rose.
While in our first meeting, we see virginal pageant princess Rose, then captive broken Rose, here we meet all around different Rose.
She's more steely than Thorne. She's more siren than sweet. She's more edgy than naive. Blooming Rose know what she wants and how she will use her everything to get it.
While, Nikolai... Like every other men in this world, he need head check when comes to feelings. He's still his manipulative self toward his goal. Only now, it includes Rose.
He's still that dirty smegsi dominating infuriating man. Only no, he put Rose by his side as his Queen.
The whole book is one smegsi fest. There are pages after pages of dirty, Kinky, filthy, panty melting steamy scenes all the way to the end. And I LOVE EVERY SECOND OF IT!
But, I can't help feeling the revenge plot being in the veiled by those steamy scenes. What has been the goal since day one, the peak point felt flat at the end. I was hoping the scene where Rose finally stand up for her self with Vitale would be told in detail. But, without saying much of the story, sadly it wasn't.

OMG I swear this series just gets better and better with each book Brooke adds to it. I’m not looking forward to this series ending but I am seriously excited to see what kind of world and characters Brooke will create for us next. I will definitely be there for it that’s for sure. This series has definitely put her on my always read list.
Holy smokes I thought the last book was intense but this one…..this one was crazy intense and off the charts steamy hot even with all the delayed gratification torture and everything else that transpires between these two. Even Nikolai was more intense even though internally he was growing a bit softer especially when it comes to Rose. And Rose she has definitely stepped up her game, she’s stronger and more fierce than ever before. These two just keep growing more and more into their characters and into and towards each other. it’s freaking phenomenal to read and see just how much so.
This third installment is one you won’t want to miss. It’s got all the Rose & Nikolai classics of kinks, punishments, delayed gratification, anger, sass, jealousy, action, danger, and so much more. Seriously can’t wait for the next book Wild. It’s a lil bit of a wait but it’s going to be well worth it that’s for sure. Definitely needing that HEA just like Rose & Nikolai need it, especially after that ending. Absolute perfection. This is a definite must read book and series and I highly recommend it!!!

Bloom is the intensely dark and gritty finale in the Mafia Rose trilogy. Each book in the series is aptly named — Rose was a Wilted flower in book one, began growing her Thorns in book two, and has now Bloomed in book three. This series is dark with very little romance as it features an unredeemable morally grey villain and an innocent young woman used as collateral damage in a war between families.
Nikolai is consumed with his plot for revenge and relentless desire to be in control. He continues to have an internal battle in regard to his true feelings toward Rose. He’s truly a wicked man incapable of traditional love, but instead, shows love in his own twisted way. This book is definitely darker, hotter, and more explicit. The author did a great job writing the scenes that could be considered disturbing. It wasn’t my cup of tea, but was well done.
Overall, this was an enjoyable series. It’s a darker themed series that I wouldn’t classify as romance. I loved that Rose really grew a backbone in the end and stood up to Nikolai.

Have you ever dragged out finishing a book because you loved it so much and didn't want it to end?? That was this book for me! I have absolutely loved this series and just didn't want it to end. I loved the overall plot- it's all about revenge! Nikolai and Rose both want revenge. For themselves, for their loved ones and for all the pain suffered. The one thing they never counted on was falling in love. They were expecting to hate each other as much as the villain of the story, but no matter how hard they fought, it was a lost battle. The character development in this book is like no other. I love a morally grey antihero. Nikolai starts out heartless, just full of hate. He wants to inflict all the pain and hatred he's suffered. He goes from viewing Rose as a pawn in his master plan to loving her enough to sacrifice his happiness. He's so conflicted and confused thoughout this series because he doesn't understand or realize what he's feeling. Rose's development is just as substantial. She grows from being this sheltered, hidden and timid little flower to a bold, strong, vocal powerhouse! She's always been intelligent, but now she's not afraid. She's unapologetic in her intelligence and sexiness. She owns it! She went from being a pawn to being the Queen! I loved, loved, loved this series!!

This was an enjoyable Mafia series. Rosalind transformed from being a skittish, scared petal to blossoming into a fierce, force to be reckoned with. Nikolai one of the most Ruthless, deadliest men alive started this series as Satan incarnate but it was worth reading this series watching his carefully laid plans change in ways he never imagined and watching love transform him layer by layer, brick by brick.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "BLOOM" I couldn't get enough of this story the best of the three books, so many scorching hot erotic steamy scenes, angst, humor, danger, violence, murder, abuse, intrigue, kidnapping, suspense, twists that keep you turning the pages.
Rosalind changes so much her growth & experience shine in this book with Nikolai they have so much push pull to their chemistry their scorching hot scenes will melt you, as their feelings grow to become more.
Nikolai is so dominant, ruthless, dangerous, deadliest mobster out there but with Rose you see a much softer side to him that creeps through even though he keeps telling her he'll love her & will let her go when their finished.

I just don't even know where to start! This book...this series! Okay -so this is book 3 in Harper's Mafia Rose trilogy and this series needs to be read in series order. Be forewarned that there are triggers and this is a dark romance read. That being said, it is phenomenal! One of the best series' I've read so far this year. Nikolai is so captivating is his obsession, ruthlessness and need for Rose. I was in awe of this character and my conflicted feelings towards him - I didn't want to like him but at the same time was completely drawn to him. Rose blooms in this book - with so much character growth, her strength is amazing to watch unfold. I just really couldn't get enough of this book, series and these characters. Wonderfully well written, incredibly hot scenes and a storyline that captivates from the beginning and grips the reader like no other - smooth flowing and addictive. I LOVED this series!

Wow, just wow, Bloom is such an appropriate title for this 3rd book, because holy wow does Rose ever bloom in this book! The authour did such an amazing job showing her growth throughout the series! This is a darker series so be aware of that before diving in, if you have no triggers, then you are about to go on a wild and intense roller coaster! The relationship between Rose and Nikolai is scorching! The push and pull, the intensity, the acceptance and the growth, ugh wow the authour did such a great job portraying all the emotions these two experienced on top of giving us a riveting mafia story with off the charts spice, drama and suspense. This series put me through so many emotions! I thought this was a really well written series. The plot was thick, the characters were phenomenal, the story was well paced and easy to follow along, it was an intense dark read that had me completely captivated. I am really excited to see what the authour treats us with next!

I cried when I finished this series (and I'm not an emotional person! ) I did not want it to end. I need more! I loved how in the end chapter the POV says Rose instead of Rosalind it just gave it a special little touch that it definitely needed 😍💕
I will definitely be rereading this book series again! And I may have brought a paperback because its just so good 🤭

Bloom is the conclusion to the wild ride that has Nico and Rose's tormented tale of revenge and (not) love. Their story has been littered with the sort of hate and violence that makes a romance improbable, except it's right on par with what we expect from the darker mafia tropes. Rose has an awakening of sorts, where the fear and helplessness from previous books has blossomed into a need for vengeance and freedom that launches her into the crosshairs of Vitale and Ferguson even more than before. She isn't clueless bait, she's a trap, and one Nico has trained, promoted, and set up to unleash hell. I really loved the clash between Nico and Rose as it ramped up in this book. Nico's refusal to admit any feelings for Rose put quite the conundrum on their relationship. It was full of the fiery spice which has imbued the series from the beginning, and left me breathless at the end.

This book picked up right after book 2 ended with niko healing and Rose safely tucked away. Rose got really brazen In this book and I thoroughly enjoyed her back and forth with Niko. The steam between these two was so hot and there was loads of it. Rose again got caught by vitale and niko again saves her. I was so happy with how this book ended and I loved when Niko said this “You do. I played a game of safety on and safety off with my gun. You, Rose, you’re both. The one thing. The risk. You’re my heart.” He looks at me, his dark eyes flashing. “I didn’t come for you because I made a promise to let you go.” It gutted me that a man so hard on himself can express himself do well to the woman that had enslaved him as he did to her. I can’t wait to see what happens next .

Oh man oh man oh man, this book was absolutely LIT. There's no way any other book I read this year can top just how smutty, dirty, filthy, SPICY AF this was! I don't know how Brooke Harper manages to do it, but damn, every single book she writes just gets better and better.
The first book in the series was great and I thought it would end in the second book, but that ended on a cliffhanger too. Then my ADHD kicked in and I completely forgot about the series until I received a review copy of the FOURTH book instead of the third. I decided I needed to read this one first before the last book in the series, so I spent three days reading this book because it was that good. I paced myself, read every line (even when my mind kept on trying to distract me and whispering, "You know you want to read it quickly..."), and fell in love with dirty, filthy Nikolai all over again.

Blood , death and mayhem the author has managed to write a captivating book in which love, salvation and redemption blossoms.
Quick paced with an abundance of action i have to say it was mind blowing and i just couldn't put it down.
Rose is such a hardcore and we can see how she is transformed from the sweet little girl to a harcore . The beauty is that despite all that is happening she keeps her innocence and her sweetness.
She is the light to his Darkness.
At the same time we can see how Rose affects Nikolai and how he slowly changes as well.

This book gave me all the feels. Rose finally truly turned a corner and is becoming a strong, resilient version of herself. Using her anger to fuel her and her observant nature to earn that mafia princess status was really entertaining to watch. But as with the second book in this series, by absolute favorite character was Nikolai. The amount of emotional change he endures in this book grabbed my attention and got me flipping pages as quickly as I could possibly read them. Watching the relationship dynamic between him and Rose evolve the way it did was stellar. I couldn't get enough of it. The other part of the book that entranced me was the very end of it. Guys...when I tell you that this is the PERFECT ending to this book, I mean it!

Bloom was wonderful and everything I wanted from it and oh so spicy and now I'm extra excited for the novella Wild! Truly this MF mafia contemporary series has become my go-to recommendation for anyone seeking a spicy mafia series to add to their collection. You have a naive FMC that truly does bloom into a tough as nails woman who takes what she wants (hehe see what I did there?) and a thorny MMC that hates everyone, including the FMC until one day...he doesn't and he can't see his life without her but he also doesn't know how to keep her in his life without bruising the beautiful Rose she has become.

Rose and Niko are back and things get good!
Rose really starts to change in this last book. She decides to stop just being a bystander in her life and wants to take control. It was a beautiful thing to watch her grow. Her attitude with Niko is fantastic. I about stopped breathing at one point, because I just knew Niko wasn't going to let what happened fly.
Niko, bless him. This one is stubborn. Goodness I wanted to shake him. Hard. He made me so mad, with his refusal to love Rose. He does grow though.
The whole story ended great. I want more! I do believe there is a short story coming, but I'm sad to see this one end.

In this book we are thrown for a whirlwind when Rosalind is staying at a place called The Point but she isn't as safe as she or Rush believe her to be.
As soon as Nikolai finds where she is he goes for her.
Throughout this book we get to read more about their twisted relationship and how he plans to save her from her father and her husband. There are parts of the book I never expected to happen.

Like a flower this series has only gotten better as it has grown. Bloom is book 3 in the Mafia Rose series. From dramatic 3rd chapter in book 1 to a plot twist of character growth in book 3, just wow. I was hooked from Wilt and couldn't put the books down. The smut is 🥵🔥 it's dark, it's hot, and you might wanna read the trigger warnings. I want more. The happily ever after. The wedding the kids. I'm invested. I want side stories of Rush finding is safety off. Even Genius getting a story would be awesome. Nikolai certainly dropped a bomb in this book. I'm so happy Rose came into her own. I want her to be the Mafia princess!!
