When my two gorgeous best friends offered to give me lessons in seduction, I couldn’t say no.
How could I? I’m an almost 30-year-old virgin with zero bedroom experience. Not to mention, I’ve been secretly crushing on my best friends for goodness knows how long. I’ve always fantasized what it would be like to kiss them.
But still, the lessons were a huge mistake. Because when Knox and Aiden taught me how to kiss, I couldn’t get enough. And stupidly, I asked them to take my v-card.
Cue major hyperventilation. I just broke the number 1 rule—never sleep with your hot-as-hell best friends. Especially when they also happen to be your roommates, and your bosses.
To make matters worse, Colt, their equally hot triplet brother who’s also my best friend, had zero clue what went down that night. And a lot went down, alright.
Knox , a cocky wide receiver, is fun and has a wicked tongue made for sin and pleasure. Aiden , a defensive player with a protective streak, has big, rough hands. But when he makes love, it’s slow and gentle. Colt is a grumpy star quarterback who performs as well in the bedroom as he does on the football field.
All three men are the only family I’ve ever had. And my heart can’t afford to lose any one of them. But when they find out I’m pregnant with their twins, will it be the end of our beautiful friendship? Or the beginning of our happily ever after?
Secret Babies for My Best Friends is a spicy sports reverse harem romance with a HEA.
Olivia is a chef -- working part-time at her friend Pixie's restaurant while also taking care of her three best friends as their in-home personal chef. All she's ever been focused on was culinary school and working while gathering recipes for a cookbook she wants to write, so she's never really had much time to focus on romance. Which is why she's still a virgin at 30 and completely nervous around most men (except her triplet best friends). When she gets a date with her high school crush, she's nervous and asks her best friend's for help and advice, and they soon find themselves in completely new territory after a steamy night of passion.
Knox, Aiden, and Colt have been best friends with Olivia since they were kids, and all three of them have had feelings for Olivia to some degree most of their lives. Not that they let it affect them and their friendship with her. But after a night of passion, things aren't the same. And the three football stars have to figure out just how willing they are to battle their brothers for the girl, and what their new normal is when Olivia shares some unexpected news.
***************
Written in alternating POVs, "Secret Babies for My Best Friends" follows Olivia, Colt, Aiden, and Knox as they fall in love and battle an ever-changing relationship between each other.
I wanted to like this book. But I didn't. The pacing was so slow, and honestly, half of it could have really been taken out and I wouldn't miss it. The entire premise of the book being that Olivia loses her virginity to her best friends who are trying to teach her how to seduce a man and then she falls pregnant. And the pregnancy isn't even introduced until like almost 70% of the way through the book. And there's nothing keeping them apart. Even the conflict with Pixie and the news felt boring, rushed, and incomplete to me. There just weren't any stakes to keep me reading.
And the boys didn't always seem to be on-board with sharing Olivia like you'd expect from a reverse harem book. It wasn't until they realized that she wasn't going to pick that they were fine with the sharing prospect.
As for the characterization of all four main characters, they were fine. They don't see any type of character development aside from Olivia finding her sexual side and Knox giving up being a playboy. They just kinda existed and there wasn't really anything interesting about them. They were just bland. But they loved each other and had their happily ever after.
Pixie, who played the role of Olivia's confidant and then antagonist, was a bit shocking. I was hoping for more, but she was a stereotypical witch (but with a b) who only became friends with Olivia because of her close friendship with the three guys. They were hot and famous and Pixie wanted in on that, but she supposedly couldn't stand Olivia. She even goes so far as to fake sleeping with Knox to break them up before settling for Olivia's high school crush in the end. It was almost like she went from this great character who empowered Olivia to find her sexual side and gives her love advice for the boys to suddenly hating her guts 60% of the way through the book. What was the point? Especially since she sometimes came across a caricature.

Becoming Best Friends Forever - Olivia, Knox, Colt, and Aiden grew up together, so they agreed for her to move in with them as their personal chef, as she was a trained chef. Even though the guys were extroverts with lots of girls on their arms, Olivia on the other hand was a introvert, who preferred to stay home to read, instead of going out partying. She preferred to spend time with the guys or her best friend Pixie, whom she also worked for.
Olivia’s relationship with the guys changed after she asked them for relationship advice and it ended with them embarking on a relationship. Unfortunately, Olivia’s best friend Pixie, decided to reek havoc on their lives because of her jealousy and became a media storm, which caused them to relocate their lives. However, it also brought them closer together, as they also discovered the news that would change their life for the better. As luck would have it, their decision to relocate together ended bringing amazing successes in the lives.

Adian, Cole, and Knox triplet brothers were bestfriends with Olivia ever since middle school, when she moved in with her aunt next door to them. After the triplets parents passed in an auto accident, and Olivia's aunt passed sometime after that none them had any other family so they stuck together. The guys played pro football for New Jersey Wolves and Olivia lived with them as their cook. She had gone to culinary school and worked part-time as a cook at a local restaurant too. She had no social life, but she really did not worry about it except for the fact of being a virgin. She saw her high crush one day, and he asked her out on a date. By the time the guys got home she had worked herself into a tizzy. Adian and Knox tried to calm her down by giving her pointers for the date, but she had drank to much by that point. The guys all had way deeper feelings for Olivia than they ever lead her believe. One thing lead to another. Until, she ended up sleeping with Adian and Knox. Things were strained for awhile, but Cole helped them work it out, and it was not long before she was with all three of them. She talked to her boss/friend at the restaurant as she was to chose one of the three guys, but she could not chose just one of them. She did learn that her boss/friend was never her friend. She only got close to her because of the guys which broke her heart more as the woman had released the story to the tabloids causing a great deal of problems. An outstanding story of overcoming animosity in a public situation.

I received an ARC copy of this book in understanding that I will leave an honest review. These opinions are all mine.
This is a sweet reverse harem read that gave us our sports romance fix. I haven't read many sports romance reverse harems before and I really enjoyed that aspect.
I will say I struggled with this book because I had such high expectations, and while there weren't any blaring red flags I feel like we hopped straight from this is who everyone is to oh we're now having sex and admitting our feelings.
There was no build-up. Even if there were a couple of chapters where we got to witness what they're day to day life was like since they all live together and then we start to see some tension between them I'd feel better. I get that she was influenced by alcohol and that things just took a quick turn (which does happen) but it didn't seem like there was a strong emotional tie from big moment to big moment.
I wasn't hooked like I wanted to be.
I will say I did enjoy the boys though. Knox knows what he wants and goes after it. Aiden has his reservations but isn't afraid to be there. And Colt...oh sweet sweet Colt. He is that cinnamon roll MMC we all dream about.
I wish there was a more realistic vibe throughout the story but I did enjoy how each of these boys cared for Olivia in their own way. It was like she was this shared gem between them they all treasured in and out of the bedroom.
Meg Summers has written a book with an interesting plot in the reverse harem genre. This is the first time I have read one with triplets and it made for an interesting read. For the most part I did enjoy the book and the dynamic between Olivia, Aiden, Colt and Knox. There were times the book was slow and honestly, I had to take a little break from reading because the story lost my interest. Once I began reading the book again my interest peaked because the pace picked up and I was able to finish the rest of the book in one sitting. There were no surprises in this book and everything was predictable. That isn't necessarily a bad thing because I don't think Meg could have plausibly written the story any other way.
A life long friendship that crossed over to a level of fire making it impossible for them to put the flames out once it started. There was a tension between the brothers as they began vying for Olivia to choose one of them for a monogamous relationship. But, what if she can't choose just one of them? Will the brothers be willing to share her or will this be the end of their new relationship?

This was a super sweet and fast-paced sports reverse harem romance. Olivia has been best friends since childhood with triplets Knox, Colt, and Aiden. There has always been an attraction between the foursome friend group but none of them have admitted their true feelings. One night, after some alcohol to loosen up, Olivia makes a decision to finally lose her innocence. What better way to lose your v-card than with your hot roommates?
The characters in this book were enjoyable but definitely surface level. Since the characters had history together, we didn’t get a lot of backstory and build-up. The schmexy times were well written and each of the men were unique in their own way. I’m a sucker for Colt, if I had to choose just one brother as my favorite. Overall this was a sweet and steamy story!
Olivia has been best friends with football gods, and triplets Knox, Colt, and Aiden since middle school. Now she lives with them as their in-house chef. When Olivia gets a date with her old high school crush she freaks because of her inexperience with guys and asks for lessons on seduction from both Knox and Aiden. Lessons that turn into losing her v-card with both Knox and Aiden at the same time! Turns out they both want more and so does brother number three, Colt. All three have had a crush on her for forever only they haven't acted on it for fear that it could ruin their friendship. Olivia has the same fears but can't choose because she wants them all. They all can't seem to stay away from each other and that leads to a surprise pregnancy. Now they must all figure out how they feel about their complicated relationship, the pregnancy and now media attention after someone leaks information on their affairs. This was a sweet and spicy, friends to lovers RH. Olivia is kind of a quiet introvert turn insatiable bed mate and the triplets were smooth, sexy and sweet. All around great read.
I read this book after seeing some reviews that were not that good. I went in with an open mind and gave it a shot. Once in this book I found some issues as the characters were not well developed and the stories had some holes in them. I had a feeling that Pixie was an evil bitch because she was not right in my opinion. She drugged Knox…really…Knox should have been pissed off because that could have ruined his football career if they tested him. What was the deal with her anyway? Also the time frames seemed a bit off but I guessed at some of them. The guys seemed to just play football and have sex with Olivia. Was she really that naive that she didn’t know her “best friends” were in love with her? They also didn’t mention the “V” card. I don’t know but I am glad that I finished this book but questions were apparent while reading it.
Olivia comes off as infantile and naive, but I can usually get past that and continue the story no issue. This time, however, I found the writing style and word choice of the author to be difficult to get through.
1) description of the football positions and game seemed like the author literally googled “what does a wide receiver do?” And then copied and pasted it into the story. It felt clinical and not at all like we were hearing from a person who had actually played this position for sometime. 2) “he kissed her sensitive spot scandalously”…what kind of statement is this? Took me right out of a story I was struggling to get into in the first place.
Honestly, the build up simply isn’t here. 10% and she’s suddenly sleeping with her best friends “to learn” before she goes on a date with someone else?
Only positive is that I didn’t invest too much time in reading it before deciding to call it quits.
Olivia, Knox, Adian and Cole have been friends since they were younger. The brother are professional football players and share a place with Olivia. Olivia is a chef at a restaurant. When she gets a date with a crush she starts freaking out and the guys try to help her out. However, things get steamy and real complicated between the, Soon, Olivia and the brother are all having a relationship together. They haven't had any serious talks yet and when they get exposed it could cost the guys their careers. Will things end between all of them? Can they find a way to make it work?
This is a steamy story that will hook you from the start. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Such a good story! Can getting involved with a best friend ruin your friendship? What about getting involved with all three? And they happen to be brothers, so there's that. Ollie had been oblivious to their feelings for her while dealing with some feelings of her own. When jealousy gets involved, it could all come crashing down. Or, it could be just what's needed to put things back on the right track. I really liked this story. There are parts that make you sigh, parts that will frustrate you (and maybe make you want to throw your kindle across the room, but you won't because logically, you know it'll break!), and parts that will have you fanning yourself. Truly an enjoyable story and I'm looking forward to reading more by this author.

Knox, Aiden, Colt and Olivia. This is a best friends to lovers RH romance. This was a cute story. I know it's just a story but when you paint a picture and certain things happen I guess I expected something different, don't want to give anything away but like Olivia is a virgin and one night she is excited to score a date with someone she had a crush on when she was younger but was also crushing on her three best friends decides to drink a little too much and ends up losing her V to two out of three and these are football player and seemed to be big and its like nothing. Then Olivia comes off a little naive and a bit childish in some parts. Especially when it comes to light someone who is jealous and tries to come between them. The three brothers each have their own attributes and qualities that make you swoon. I read this book through Kindle Documents.
Loved the chemistry with these four. The friendship that over time developed into so much more and was worth all the bumps along the way. The way that the triplet brothers were so different and yet united for a common cause was pretty cool, not sure which of the brothers is my favourite, Knox, Aiden or Colt. They all had their flaws but also their strengths.
Pixie was a real piece of work and too be honest, I didn’t like her right from the beginning.
I did find some things that seemed a bit off to me, like the fathers not allowed to watch the kids being born, which in this day and age, is the expectation of every new father, to be there for their birth.

Olivia lived with Knox, Aiden, and Colt. They were all best friends since middle school. The brothers play football for a professional team. Olivia wants to find a sexual relationship and the triplets are more than willing to show her the ropes. I enjoyed the tight knit group but did not think the sex between Olivia and the three brothers was realistic. She loved each one; each brother had his own characteristics to love. I thought the chemistry they had for each other was strong. They took care of Olivia. It was fun watching her cook and perfect her recipes for a cookbook. The passion was at a high and there were lots of laughs when she becomes pregnant.
I liked the overall story. I loved the bond between Olivia and the brothers, because they grew up together you could feel the very strong bond between them. And I liked it very much that each brother had their own strenghts in the relationship between all of them. I loved how protective they were about Olivia!
But it felt for me like the story was a bit rushed, many things happend, and the story kept jumping from thing to thing. It felt for me like you could not get the time to adjust to wat happend and the next thing was already arriving.

Triplets - Knox, Colt and Aiden have friends with Olivia and in each others lives since they were kids. Now living together as Olivia is their live in Chef/Cook taking care of them as theyre busy sports players. There was definitely a lot of sexual tension brewing between all of them that none of them have acted on until one drunken night where things change. I liked the relationship Olivia had with the guys there was a genuine caring, sweetness between them all of them.
Grrr Pixie though?? I just have no words for that one. I really enjoyed reading this book though and loved all of the main characters in it
This book is filled with so much love, devotion, passion, and commitment that you will fall hard for these three brothers and their amazing best friend! Colt, Aiden, Knox & Olivia are amazing together. They love each other so much and will do anything to make each other happy. Olivia has been their best friend since childhood and they won’t do anything that would hurt her or put her in a negative light. However, their feelings for her is too much to conceal anymore and they have to tell her how they feel. Their story is romantic and beautifully written. You will devour their story and the extended epilogue is sheer perfection. Happy Reading!!
This is a reverse harem, friends to lovers romance story.
Olivia is best friends with triplets Colt, Aiden and Knox and she also works for them. She ends up giving her virginity to Aiden and Knox, but Colt is unaware of what went on. How will he react to their secret. Will this ruin their friendship and her ability to work with them, especially when she ends up pregnant, or will it make their friendship even stronger, especially when Colt ends up joining in on their fun.
I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

Olivia is a chef, who works part time in her friend’s restaurant, and the other time as a personal chef for her three best friends, Knox, Aiden, and Colt, who are also her roommates and bosses. Knox is a cocky wide receiver, Aiden is a defensive player, and Colt is a grumpy star quarterback. When Olivia has a date, and she is nervous she asks them to tutor her about seduction. This is a good story which is a reverse harem, sports romance, with friendships, passion, emotions, and love, which leads to an enjoyable page turner. Olivia has been best friends with the triplets, Knox, Colt and Aiden since middle school. She is their chef and lives with them and they are still best friends all these years later. Meg Summers characters are well written. The story is very interesting and if you are like me it will grab you and you won't be able to put it down. This is the first book I have read and reviewed for Ms. Summers and I really enjoyed this book and hope to read many more.

Can I just say triplets, yes triplets. I love how they started out as friends and it stayed that way into adulthood. Colt, Aiden, and Know are hot triplet football players for the same team and Ollie is their best friend and chef. When Ollie wants to start dating Knox and Aiden try to help her out by giving their shy friend advice which led to them finally given in to their feelings. Once they tell Colt he soon also tells Ollie his feelings and their romance starts. It's a great why choose romance with a HEA.

Whom all three have had a crush on, but to avoid ruining their friendship there never acted on it. But when a drunken night with Aiden and Knox leaves them in a new reality. First ready by author Meg Summers and it was a cute read! Predictable but I do love hot triplets RH stores. Ollie was a bit at times naive but in the end found her roots and became a strong FMC. The boys are famous football players and have been harboring feeling for their best friend Ollie who lives with them and cooks for them. One night leads to another and love blossoms into something more. A naive virgin is awoken and the rest is history.

Olivia has known Knox, Aiden and Colt for years. When she graduated from culinary school, she started working for them as a personal chef since they are professional athletes and need special diets. She also has lived with them. One by one, she has an intimate encounter with each of them. They tell her she is the one who needs to choose and they don't want to pressure her. Olivia loves each one of them and soon realizes that she cannot choose. Will they be able to make a relationship with the four of them or will outside forces break them apart?
This book didn’t hit the mark for me. There was zero build up at the beginning. It went from Olivia being a virgin to being with 2 of her best friends under the guise of lessons on being more of a seductress. There wasn’t any dialogue surrounding the loss of her virginity. Lots of inaccuracies surrounding American football which I really see as lazy writing. When the babies were born they are told your babies will be in a little machine…more lazy writing for me. With all of that being said it was a sweet book and an easy read.
This was overall a good book! However, there was sometimes when you were reading about one person, and then the name got switched. Also, I feel it would have been better if they embraced their relationship, even if not publicly, with their children. I couldn't even imagine being told that only one person was claiming to be a father smh. If you are going to write about it commit, I love these types of books, and feel the more people who write in a positive light and make it seem normal os how it will become normal.
Secret Babies for my Best Friends by Meg Summers is not for the meek romance reader, or one who shocks easily. It is a reverse harem tale of a young woman with no experience who asks her best friends to help educate her and they do. I had the windows opened (it was 10 degrees F) and ice water beside me during the entire read and that did little to alleviate the heat generated from this sizzling trope. Be warned, this novel will produce extreme heat and a smile or ten!
Olivia, Knox, Aiden, and Colt start as friends. It takes a little alcohol to free her innocent inhibitions but things move quickly after that. Her BFF Pixie (grrr) introduces the kind of jealousy and judgmental spite that you might except IRL. The quad faces some real world challenges and consequences which adds some depth to the story that's often missing in RH.
There were definitely parts I liked but I didn’t care for how isolated it seemed to be for her…just having the brothers and the one friendenemy that I’m sure no one’s a fan of by the middle of the book. Sorry I’m sure I’m spoiling this for some if you read it but she lays it on pretty thick that she’s using our girl to get to guys too!.
