In a continuation from the popular YouTube ARG series, Project 863 , the team at Spellbound Inc are back and facing an all new mystery to solve. After the loss of Deb and the regaining of the Absalate, Matthias receives a letter that encourages him and his team to come meet with a mysterious Jasper Shaw. From there, they get caught up in a whole other side of Syntec they never expected to see before, and may get caught up in yet another murder investigation that pushes the envelope of time travel and merged timelines to limits they never dreamed of before.

i was an avid fan of Project 863, always watching the episodes at their exact release time. i was always, always anticipating the next installment to the story. I’m glad to get more of this world, even if it has to be through a novel instead of videos. i love seeing Matt, Sam, Bailey, and Woods back together again in this story. i miss them and their adventures. it’s hard not to notice that there were a lot of typos throughout the novel, but i’m going to assume that’s because the writing was first published online. the dialogue was also a bit much sometimes with the modern slang, but i know that’s exactly how the characters would speak in the videos. i will say that even just reading about this world, i was always on the edge of my seat, so badly wanting to know what was going to happen next. overall, this really made me want to rewatch the whole series.
