This is a quiet, slice-of-life story about a woman figuring out how to have friendships as an adult. I loved the discussions that Miura has with others about what friendship means, and how to deal with growing apart from old friends or finding meaning with new ones. I also enjoyed the light sci-fi elements used to explore the topic. I think this didn't reach me as deeply as some of Masuda's other works, but I still had such a great time reading it.
