Rate this book
A must-read for parents, carers or other supporting adults who are worried about self-harm.

You'll learn what self-harm is and how it helps some people before exploring what to do and what not to do when having conversations with your child about self-harm. You'll learn how to go about breaking the cycle of self-harm and explore both what you can do as the supporting adult as well as exploring how your child can learn to help themselves too.

By reading this short, practical book, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of why your child is self-harming and will quickly feel able to take small steps that will make a big difference.
