The Lost Man
I left at dawn on a rainy day.
I left as he slept, believing that he’d still find me in his arms when he woke up. I left, taking everything I’d promised him. I took it all, and neither of us would ever have it again.
I left, turning my back on everything I knew, believing I could never be part of it.
I left the man who loved me, the family who raised me. I left my home, my roots, my dreams. I left my whole life behind in search of a past that was never mine. I hurt everyone who loved me, and broke him into so many pieces that I know I’ll never deserve his forgiveness.

Niamh is back in her tiny little hometown Letterfrack in Ireland, It’s a place she never thought she’d leave but she did and now she’s back home.
Six years ago she left everything and everybody she loved behind and for what?.
Can she rebuild her life with her one true love Noel and slot right back in with the family she left?.
( you should buy this book and find out)
This is told from both Niamh’s and Noel’s perspectives so we get a real feel of both sides of the story. (They are both incredible!)
I loved all of Niamh’s family/extended family including her dad but especially her siblings (Sloan, Silas & Darcy) they all brought more depth and layers to the story, what a wonderful family the Kylemore’s are.
I honestly was hooked on this story after only 3 pages, the author has that rare gift of making you want to consume the whole book in one go then leaving you bereft when it’s over.
I really can’t give this review enough justice to say how good this book is, it’s just perfect in every way and it’s worked it’s way into my soul as a lot of elements in the story resonate with my own past and relationships.
I’m definitely going read all the other books by this author.

Mi sono resa conto che mi mancava quella sofferenza, e quel modo di raccontare dei personaggi dell nostra As Kelly.. adoro questi nuovi personaggi Niahm e Noel, rotti ma innamorati.. la Vita li ha messi davanti a tragedie forti ma loro rotti e ammaccati ritrovano il loro amore.. la lezione importante è che se si Vuole dalle macerie si può ripartire b l’amore può fare da collante e la famiglia da sostegno. Adoro lo spirito umano che regna in questa cittadina.. mi piace pensare che esistono davvero paesi dove la
