I suppose there was some kind of a plot and a half of a romantic scene? But the rest was boring smut

If I read one more time about her “insides melting” or “wet heat rushing” somewhere, I will cry. On that note will read the next one

mark your calendars

I never thought I’d say a book had TOO much smut but here we are, it was like every other page so if someone finds any sort of plot let me know lol. Also for the love of god stop using so many exclamation marks, it felt like everyone was yelling all the time.

Finally, Finally Jessie and Shane are on one accord. I honestly was starting to think it would take the whole series. They were so very stubborn. It was upsetting…but very hot so I digress

With the end of one threat so early on i had a feeling the wolf would bubble to the top soon enough... But the more this goes on i can’t shake the feeling that identity of the wolf is going to turn their world on end. (Even with Jessie knowing who it is…)

This is probably my favourite book so far in this series!
Action packed, drama, and a suspenseful storyline kept me thoroughly entertained as I devoured the pages. Lots of sizzling hot sex scenes bound to get the juices flowing! and more back ground story on Jessie's past. And that ending!....... Things are about to get very interesting!

I dare you to say wet heat one more time..
Since they’re so rich and all do you think they could buy Jessie a personality?
Also, I can tell you right now who the wolf is.. I cannot stand to finish this series, my eyes hurt from rolling them so much

80% Porn 20% Story

Don’t get me wrong, I like good sex scenes in the stories I read. But honestly, I read for the story too. At this point, I have read 3 of the books in this series and I have been given the same thing all three times, very little story and excessive sex scenes. If the author would just eliminate some of the extraneous sex scenes she might actually finish the story. Although, I’m guessing that is exactly how a reverse harem relationship with four men might go but still, I read to escape not read to scan for actual story content.

Well, thank goodness Sadie Kincaid didn't leave us hanging and Ryan Retribution picks up right where Ryan Redemption left off. Every one of the books in this series has a cliffhanger and I found the cliffhanger in book 2 the biggest. While we are left hanging again the drama of this one is dialed down a little. No lives on the line, no one left hanging in the balance of a decision. Just the looming threat of The Wolf.

We get a lot more of the twins, Mickey and Liam in this one, which was a lot of fun, and we also get to see Shane and Jessie work out their differences. Which by the way leads to a hell of a lot of hotness. If you don't need new panties after some of these scenes I don't know what it would take.

Sadie keeps you questioning and guessing what will happen next for the Ryan's. The big fight may be at the beginning of this book but don't think that the rest of the story will leave you without any action there is plenty of it in lots of ways.

I can't wait for the conclusion of this I think it is going to be like a bomb drop when The Wolf shows up and I hope that the action and the steam continue till the very end.

'She looks so vulnerable and fragile lying there, in Mikey’s t-shirt that dwarfs her frame, her eyes red and her cheek smeared with dried blood from the cut there. But I know she is neither of those things. She is a fucking warrior princess. Rightful head of the Bratva, and she would be a fucking good one too, but she walked away from it all to be a Ryan.'

Liam has been taken and it's up to the remaining Ryan's and Jessie to get him back before anything happens to him. As far as they are concerned it can only be the Russian's. Jessie's father wants her back and he'll take out the Ryan's if he must, and enjoy doing it, who else could it be? All of the leads are getting them nowhere, whoever took Liam is good even Jessie's skills are struggling to track him. When a lead finally pans out they load up and head into the enemy's camp guns and bombs blazing.

Jessie is confronted by exactly what has been happening to Liam at her father's hands and she offers herself in exchange for the Ryan's to go free. It's clear he would never let that happen so Jessie has to deal with him.

Liam is in a bad way but won't go to the hospital, with the help of their doctor friend they patch him up, his recovery will be slow but Jessie will be by his side. Shane struggles with how close they came to losing Liam and how much Jessie sacrificed for them. He is still unable to get over the betrayal from when she left though and the two remain on rocky ground. When he has to take time away for business Connor and Mickey have to pick up the work of two brothers.

Jessie is still looking for answers while trying to find her place as a permanent member of the Ryan family. When Shane returns a piece seems to fall into place, although she is unable to forgive herself for the pain she put them through when she left. The guys will help her through it in their way of course.

The Ryan's receive family news from Ireland and Shane plans to go and deal with it hoping Jessie will accompany him. However, before they leave they get word from an alley of sorts that he has confirmation... The Wolf is back.

Happy Reading.

Ryan Retribution is the 3rd book in The New York Ruthless Series by Sadie.
This is a Dark Mafia, Contemporary Romance.
I enjoyed the book; it was a fun, fast-paced read.
The book picks straight up from the end of book 2, on the search for one brother who has got kidnapped.
An action-packed plot and spicy to boot.
I loved Jessie's relationship with each of her men.
Plenty of plot twists, including the ending.
The end ended up on a cliffhanger, which makes me eager for the next book.

Holy mother forking shirt balls!!!!

This book is EVERYTHING I needed from it! The way you dive so much deeper into their lives and their pasts, it melted my cold heart ❤️ the relationships with Jessie and the spice!!! WOW! Sadie is a genius at writing men that give you all the feels 🦋🥵 I just wanted more and more and I was given it all!
Saying I can't wait for the final installment of their story is an understatement! I NEED to know!

Good opportunity for a story here except by chapter 9 she basically ended the plot. I feel like this whole series could have been 1 maybe 2 books but instead it got published as multiple. Once again though I will continue to read these despite the lack of plot. I said what I said.

So so good!
I like that even tho it is SPICY AS HELL! The plot is so good!
The bond they all have as a family…as well as other things 🥵

I’m actually so in love with this series!
Getting to know the back ground of the boys separately and as a whole is so good!

Ryan Retribution: New York Ruthless Series (Book 3) by Sadie Kincaid

Just when you think it couldn’t happen again! 🔥🔥 Holy Smokes! Sadie Kincaid has once again brought out her inner sex goddess and has made the book pages go up in flames. Panty melting hot is an understatement. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The first two books were steamy! However, I must admit Ryan Retribution is the best one yet. Even though I’m obsessed with CONOR , I was happy to see Shane come off the elevator and FINALLY come to his senses. Lol

This book is so full of hotness you will need to read it with a fan near you. My two favourite scenes / chapters will make you hot under the collar, blush and than some! I will never look at “an office” “ice” or a “get together” the same ever again. Must say … the video call was also pretty hot indeed!

Once again, the cliffhanger left me wanting more … like right now! I’m betting book 4 will be even better! Congratulations @sadiekincaid on another fantastic read!

I received an ARC and this is my honest review

The Third book of the series still offered a lot of enjoyable Spice. The relationship between Jessie and the Brothers hast become somewhat deeper (even of they all still only think about Sex).
While I know, that the Spice is the priorty of the Books, I was really irritated at the Story this time. Liam was Kidnapped and in less than 24h and probably 10-15% of the Story He was already rescued. Plus the rescue itself was really unrealistic: 4 people (3 Ryans and Jessie) against an Army uff Bratva?? Even If the Ryans are skilled and everything they are Not invinceble and they didnt even get a Scratch. Also why would they Not Fall for reinforcements themselves (probably to Not Seen weak but of you all die thats worse). Its Kind of the Same Like in the Seconds book when Jessie leaves With her Father and Returns after a Few chapters...

The writing is so bad but can’t stop reading. Lacks a plot. So many exclamation points. Author writes the same spice scenes and it seems that’s all the book was.

I would have given it 1 star, but because of Conor and a few hot scenes, I'm giving it 2.

As I expected, there was more focus on the twins and their relationships with Jessie here, so the dynamic between all five of them is quite clear now.

Shane kind of apologized — it wasn’t even remotely satisfying, but at least they didn’t completely brush it off.

I still hate him though. In my opinion, Shane is the third wheel in this group (or more like the fifth). I don’t like his attitude or possessiveness.
He says: "We always seem to screw everything up when we talk." Isn’t that the recipe for a healthy relationship?! So what does he do? Correct. He just fucks her. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I swear, if you took out all the sex scenes, there’d be no more than 50 pages left (out of 240).
I don’t understand why they made it a 6-book series — the plot isn’t that complicated, and most of the pages are just fillers to stretch the story. And almost all the sex scenes are very repetitive and boring. Also, she gave oral only twice in all 3! books.

I’m definitely stopping here. I don’t know if I’ll ever finish the series. Honestly, I’m not particularly interested in seeing how it ends or care for the characters.

I sit on the sofa between Conor and Liam while Mikey hovers nervously near Shane’s desk as he watches his eldest brother pulling a bottle of Midleton, Chapter One, out of his bottom drawer. I swallow hard. That is a forty thousand dollar bottle of whiskey, the kind you drink on very special, or very sad occasions.—

Loving this journey.
Going to take a small break & read something different instead of jumping right into book four as I’ve been reading these back to back.

Again, so good.
Loved the bonding and growth in this one.

I can’t think straight at all, but he grabs my wrists and pins them against the wall either side of my head and glares into my eyes, as though he is trying to peer inside my soul.

This installment has a bit more meat on the plot, action and still ample spice level, but if you aren't into cliffhangers then you shouldn't read this series. If you don't mind that each book in the series ends on a cliff leading you to the next book in the series then definitely start with book one as each book builds upon the last. I'm somewhere between ok and good on rating level so I always err on the book's side hence the 4 star rating instead of the 3.

1.5⭐️One thing about Sadie Kincaid is she LOVES a one liner bomb drop on the last page. I mean the fact that this awful plot has continued for 3 books now is just insane. Reading these is like watching a tv series or movie that gives you so much second hand embarrassment that you can’t look away. Like yes it’s terrible but also I have to know what happens? Wouldn’t recommend reading any of these truthfully but i’m going to keep reading them. Thanks and goodnight

Another solid Sadie Kincaid book. I really enjoy all of her mafia romances but love that this series is several smaller books with the same story line. I’m loving the relationship Jessie has with each of the brothers individually and as a group. They are all so different and bring something different to the table. Conor is still my favorite! Interested to see what happens next with the huge bomb that was dropped at the ending.

I feel like Liam deserved more after how Ryan Redemption ended. This series definitely seems to favor Shane and Connor, kind of begging the question, "what is the purpose of the twins"?

Read these in order

This is my least favorite so far. Not saying I didn't like reading it, just that it was full of things that needed to happen, before the story's ending.

I did enjoy parts of it, but some parts were there to move the story along. That said, this is a must read to make the next one a great read.

It is easy to read and I look forward to reading the conclusion to this series.
