After the first book from this series, I couldn’t wait to read Finn and Laurie’s story!!
Finn along with his other three friends had founded Limitless, a charity organization that benefited disabled kids, and Laurie was hired to work there.
Finn had cystic fibrosis and due to the short life expectancy he didn’t want to get close to any woman, because he didn’t want to cause her pain by leaving her a young widow.
Both main characters didn’t get along with each other but feelings were growing under their banter and interactions.
It was a very slow burn romance, totally clean - as the previous one, with plenty of secrets and misunderstandings, dragging and repetitions. The ending was abrupt and the issue with Laurie and her father was not clearly resolved and was quickly wrapped up.

What a great inspirational story!! Tamie Dearen never fails to deliver a great story filled with real, relatable characters. I loved how the characters were portrayed; flaws and all. Their weaknesses made them even more wonderful! I loved, loved, LOVED Laurie and Finn!! They are such a good match as they perfectly complement each other. The Billionaire's Reckless Marriage had just the right amounts of drama and intrigue, and there were plenty of plot twists to keep me guessing. I was furiously turning the pages all day, and couldn't put it down!!
The plot was really interesting and well written. I loved the the interactions between Laurie and Finn. I loved learning more about the company Limitless.
Overall, a fantastic read!! If you haven't read it, you're missing out!! 5 out of 5 stars!

The Billionaire's Reckless Marriage is the second book in the series and this one is about Finn and Laurie. They are pretty much the epitome of opposites attracting. So, there is angst, tension and lots of attraction. This is a sweet and clean romance. I really do appreciate that in this author. I have enjoyed all of her books. I can always count on a good book with sweet romance from her.

I love the world Tamie creates in her "clean romances." Once entered, curiosity kept me reading, wanting to know more about the characters, who were interesting and the ones I wanted to be around.
"Shut up. Double shut up." I love this quote.
This series has characters who have physical difficulties. Years ago, I directed camps for the physical and mentally challenged individuals. They live in a unique realm, having difficulties those healthy don't consider. Some couldn't be overheated. Others had to portion out their activity, only having so much each day. Still others like Finn Anderson felt he couldn't enter into any serious relationship, only having a few years to live.
The verse that comes to mind is: "Those that seek to save their lives will lose it." That's a tough verse to take to heart when you may have less than a thousand days to live.
Read this book. It'll inspire you, helping you walk in someone else's shoes. Everyone needs that.

This story sucked me in right from the beginning. I was intrigued that the plot highlights a bunch of highly successful professionals, billionaires, all of whom have physical challenges with a possibility of a shortened lifespan. It was very well written and the characters complimented each other so well. It was quite seamless as a read overall.

This book very well deserves the 5 stars!!
I have been introduced to this particular series by this story and I can't wait to read all the other books. Such a quality read that will capture your attention and take you on a beautiful tug of hearts journey till the end. Laurie fields is fresh outta college and works for the Limitless groups charity wing. All four of her bosses are good to her except one named Finn Anderson. Finn lives to tease Laurie and always brings the worst in her. But he does it so he could tame his attraction to her. Being a man with CF he doesn't want to put her through the risks she must face if she agreed to date him at all. But circumstances lead to them working together where Finn and Laurie agrees to be friends and work without trying to chew off each other's heads. Before he knows it, Laurie has occupied his thoughts wholly and Laurie sees him for the caring gentleman he is. But she doesn't understand why he denies the pull they have. How Finn overcomes his misgivings to acknowledge his feelings for Laurie?? Find out in this beautiful love story. I just love it to pieces. This book has so much information and is clearly enlightening while also entertaining. Such a refreshing read to spend time on.

A wonderfully well written and addictive story from the first chapter. It is second in the series where Finn and Laurie have already met but you dont need to have read the first in series to enjoy. It will leave you to rush right onto Billionaire's Secret Marriage the first in series. Laurie and Finn have wonderful funny banter as they start to care for each other. Finn has had past relationships that has left him bitter and has health issues of CF where he fears leave someone at such a young age. He is determined to fight and ignore his attraction and growing connection to Laurie. Laurie struggling because even though her secret crush he could never want somobe like her. Their romance is based around four billionaires and their challeges of running their business to be able to fund charitable donations to many wonderful children. Laurie is patient and loving and pushes Finn past his insecurities of his CF to an amazing HEA with wonderful epilogue. I voluntarily reviewed this standalone ARC.

Laurie is Ellie's ex-nanny (I advise reading book 1 first!). Laurie is an amazing person. She has compassion and that's so all-important! But she's also feisty! A quick temper, but a soft heart.
Finn has cystic fibrosis and that means he's expected to die young. And THAT means he doesn't want to become seriously involved with a woman. He is blind and I don't mean literally, but regarding Laurie. He can't see she's right for him. He thinks he has nothing to offer.
The story was so heart-felt! It's got so much depth! Meaningful and deep, without being heavy; it's full of hope. I was 100% IN the story, surrounded by all these emotions. I deeply felt it; Laurie and Finn’s story is in my heart now. An emotional rollercoaster. It felt real. It could be real. Impossible to not have tears in your eyes, but I also laughed out loud several times. The book had a direct link to my heart. So addictive! Amazing!!!

The Billionaire's Reckless Marriage is an awesome romance! I was sucked into this story from the first chapter. Tamie Dearen writes stories with such emotion and love that the characters just come to life. I felt I was a bystander in Finn and Laurie's life. I admire the back theme that four billionaires with their own challenges run their business so that they can fund the charitable arm of their company which helps so many amazing children. (I had not read the first book, but had no trouble following this one.) This is a book not to be missed. As soon as I had finished I immediately read The Billionaire's Secret Marriage the same day. it is also excellent.

Book can be read without reading the first one. Stands alone very well. Actually reminds me of the old Harlequin Romances novels I read over thirty years ago. Good clean romance. Did not realize it is a inspirational romance. Just thought it was more up to date. Love the disabilities aspect of the book.
Not sure why called Reckless Marriage though? Unless main character's thought process. I was thinking something else, so......

This was the least trashy of the series so far. There was still a lot of stupidness but surprisingly not a lot of drama.
This author really tries to be inclusive with her characters but she gets it a little wrong.
Also, these books are marketed as "clean". Ya, there's no explicit sex scenes but they aren't "clean". Definitely a strange series and I cannot explain how I keep reading these and enjoying them.
The character motivations are absurd and their interactions are farcical. The way the author addresses their disabilities is very mixed to weird.
I do not recommend this series and yet I cannot stop reading!

I have finished reading The Billionaire's Reckless Marriage and it is a fantastic book. I can't think of a single thing that I would change. I will say this, it made me want to do some research on Cystic Fibrosis, which I plan to do because I have a distant family member whose baby has CF. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to read a good clean romance. Learning about CF for me is just a side benefit.

Finn has C.F. and Laurie is employed by his company. I really loved their interaction with one another throughout their journey to find happiness. He denying his attraction to her and she thinking that she never had a chance with him.
I loved the conclusion to this book. I think you will also find that it will make you feel love!!!

Wow great story!
Laurie Fields got a job for a big company with four men who started it. Finn Anderson is one of the four who started it. She knows he doesn't like her because he's friends with her best friend husband who is also the of the four. They all want to hire her but Finn. Great read😊😁

I really loved this story with awesome hero, Finn, and fantastic heroine, Laurie. we met both of them in the first book and I enjoyed getting to know the characters more in depth and see their beautiful love story. It sent a strong message of true unconditional love ❤️ so sweet! highly recommend!!

Sweet Romance
I wasn't to sure about reading a story where the guy has a disease that could be fatal but this one was great.
It was so good that I read it in one seating because it had all the feels.

Finn’s acceptance of opening up his life to love someone versus keeping everyone at a distance because of his CF (and the possibility of a shortened lifespan) was cute and enjoyable. Zero spice. Results in a fairly predictable HEA.

I love it, the story gets you hooked. Tamie I enjoy reading your book. Finn and Laurie are a functional dysfunctional couple, with trust fears, but that makes you think how are they going to solve it. I really recommend this book

So relatable.
The characters were so relatable. I laughed, I cried, and shared their fears and triumphs. As a person with disabilities myself, I can relate to the fear of being a burden to others, but also know how it feels to have the love and support from those who love you.

This is the second book in the author’s billionaire series. Finn and Laurie are the two main characters. They have to work closely together at an organization that’s helps children. There are, of course, several obstacles they need to overcome before finding romance, but not so many that it is overdramatized. The story flows quickly and keeps you engaged. A very enjoyable read!
