This book is also the primary text for the undergraduate elective course in composite structures in the Aerospace department at California State Polytechnic University Pomona.

The author is an experienced structural analyst and FAA Structures DER with three decades of experience in aircraft and rocket structural analysis and ten years teaching at the university level.

So far this book has made complicated topics into easy to read material. I am currently still learning the topics and will continue learning the topics till the semester is over. Hopefully I pass this class and use these ideas in future. I would rate on amazon as well but I cant. Thank you professor for walking me through this book.

The illustrations in this book do a great job of visualizing the topics discussed. In addition, the book is very concise and helps the reader navigate through important topics in composite materials. I would recommend reading the other books written by this author too if you are interested in structures!

This book is great! It makes difficult topics much easier to understand and follow. I also recommend checking out his youtube channel and playlist on composite analysis, which helps explain the concepts even more clearly.
