Informative and easy to read. If you want an introduction to the What and the How of Content Analysis this is a great book to start with. It also has a very thorough Bibliography for further, more in-depth reading on Content Analysis.

A handbook for content analysis. Here content analysis seems to refer to analyzing online content, e.g., social media.

Many concepts are too simple for computer scientists. Maybe they need to be used to tailor for audience in specific fields.

Good for a basic intorduction including research. Not a "how to" book for content analysis or deception detection.

Great intro book for content analysis principles that I used in grad school. I still reference it quite a bit. Wish it contained more detailed stats but still good.

Far more of a quantitative bent to it than expected.
