An American based book, however the majority of the information is applicable for any first world country. Good bite sized information, easy to digest and covers the holistic development of baby and caregiver.

I like that it brakes it down by each age group and it was easy to read. Most things were pretty standard so not much was learned but it’s a great book for first time moms
