Some great info on getting and keeping your body in balance to keep the pain away. Different menus of "E-cises" depending on where the pain or immobility is. I started two different menus and noticed a difference within days. If you read nothing else, read the "Disclaimer About Disclaimers":

"It has become obligatory for health books to carry a legal disclaimer. You've read them: "The following advice is not intended to substitute for the advice of a physician .. ." And they go on to recommend that you consult a doctor before embarking on whatever program is being offered. They conclude with the
author and publisher disclaiming any legal responsibility for adverse consequences.

If you need the disclaimer's protection, close this book and leave the pages unread.

My working principle as an author and exercise therapist is that the most important consultation is the one you have with yourself. Healthcare starts with personal responsibility."

Have you ever saved something meaningful—like a horoscope for the year ahead—and then forgotten about it? One day, while cleaning photos off my phone because it was completely full, I came across a horoscope that was a year old. I was amazed by how accurate it had been, right down to a focus on working with my physical structure.

Around that same time, I began noticing changes in my body. I felt twisted, and even noticed that one ear appeared lower than the other. While attending a personal development event, we were introduced to Pete Egoscue, the founder of the Egoscue Method—and it was a complete game changer.

My husband and I later met someone he knew from high school whose back had become severely shifted and debilitated. Seeing that made me realize I could have been headed down the same path if I hadn’t found a way to keep my body in alignment every day.

When I consistently do my Egoscue exercises, my chiropractor can tell immediately—it makes that much of a difference.

This is truly a must-read. My suggestion might be to chose the physical book, and I recommend it, because some of the concepts benefit from being read more than once to fully understand what’s being suggested. I see people all the time who are limping or visibly twisted, and I honestly believe this book could help so many of them.

Thank you for this book. What a great find.

Obviously, the writer is selling a methodology and ideology, but it all makes sense.
