I absolutely loved this book. It kept my interest from start to finish. I loves Azrael (Az) and Hallie. They had an instant connection from the start. This book had romance, laughter, and surprises. I really can’t wait to read more about Fox, Orion, Van and Asher. Soon, please?

I skipped a lot of pages, it's very boring. I would not mark this as a MC-romance. Giving the book 2,75 for Azreal and for it being well written. Hallie is just unbearable as a person, but the last 15 pages makes her a tiny bit better.

Hallie has never had luck on her side but someone upstairs was on her side on the day she went to the author signing because they put her in the path of AZ. He offers Hallie a deal to come with him to Mexico and experience, real biker culture. She jumped at the chance, because what better way to do research for your next book, than to be immersed in MC culture. What could go wrong?

Property Of Azrael is the first installment in Avelyn Paige’s B*star* Boilers MC series. As a new reader to this author, I was intrigued when I saw that she was basing this off of a book signing. Motorcycles, Mobsters, and Mayhem. With a title signing like that, who wouldn’t be interested.
Hallie is beyond thrilled when she receives an invite to MMM (Motorcycles, Mobsters and Mayhem, it’s a dream come true and as a new author it will be her first signing. Excited to embark on this new momentous adventure, Hallie loads up her klunker of a car and heads to Texas. Little did she know she was in for more than just a signing….
The one thing a woman never wants to happen when she is traveling? A broken down car in the middle of BFE with a storm rolling in and no help in sight. Just when all hope is nearly lost a group of bikers roll up. Instantly nervous, Hallie is alert to the group of men. She does after all write MC romance, she knows how these guys think. Azrael and his brothers are on their way to Mexico for a much needed vacation when they stumble on the author stranded on the side of the road. The connection is intact and powerful. It has been a while since any woman has peaked his interests.
When the President agrees to drop Hallie at her signing, she is both relieved and somewhat upset. They might be total strangers, but the chemistry they have is something you only read about in books. Now that Azrael has found Hallie, he has to convince her to stick around a while longer.
I can’t wait to see what else this series has to offer. The book is filled with humor and hope, intrigue and danger, spicy moments and ones filled with a family of choice. The brothers are loyal, stern men, but with hearts of gold, they protect their own, and Hallie has become that. Hallie and Azrael and the Brothers are books well worth the read.

The Bastard Boilers MC and their President Azrael Huxton are on their way to Mexico for a long weekend away. Nothing but sand, salt air, ocean breeze and women are on their mind. I LOVED this story so much that I'm totally obsessed with this MC & certainly CANNOT WAIT for more. I've been reading all the books in the MMM world, and I have to say that Property of Azrael really entertained me when these bikers got to the book signing that this world is based in so I couldn't stop laughing at that. Hallie is an aspiring author, but until her journey popped off, it's been a struggle so she has a day job that she hates. She's been trying to score an invite to the Motorcycles, Mobsters, and Mayhem event in Texas for some time, but finally, there was a last minute dropout so she finally was in. Poor Hallie, the trip definitely didn't go off as planned when her car broke down in Deliverance country (LOL) but it was also the best thing to happen to her when a group of super hot bikers rode up on her so the adventure really took off. Azrael is the Prez of his MC, so there's a lot of responsibility in his world, and finding a woman he couldn't live without wasn't on the agenda. I'm telling you, these bikers really had me laughing after they decided to take her to the signing, but then the sparks flying between these two ignited leading to super hot sexy times. She ends up stepping out of her comfort zone to join them on their trip to Mexico after the signing, which is when an enemy of the MC stirred things up. This story was hilarious (the original strawberry snacks killed me), addictive, sexy, and suspenseful with a kicker of angst, and now I seriously need Asher's story despite the things I didn't agree with. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Azrael and his brothers are just looking for some time away to regroup and get away from the pain and memories that are bringing his twin down. The Bastard Boilers MC is ready to head to Mexico for a week of fun in the sun and some time to heal. While on their trip, they find a woman stranded on the side of the road and stop to help her. Azrael had no idea the impact this woman would have on him, but he's ready to take the ride.
Hallie is beyond happy that she has received a coveted invite to the Motorcycles, Mobsters, and Mayhem book signing in Conroe, Texas. Being an author is a dream come true for her and now another dream has come true for her, her first signing, and the MMM 2023 at that. In her beat up, old clunker of a car, she heads to Texas, only to get stranded on the side of the road in Arkansas and help hours away due to the incoming storm and tow trucks being tied up. When some bikers pull up to help Hallie, she's immediately on alert. After all, she does write MC romance and she has an inkling how these guys are.

As a new author, the last-minute invitation to the MMM signing in Texas was an honor. The short notice gave her little time to come up money for the trip and books to sign. She drove her old clunker hoping it would make the trip.
It didn't!
President Azreal and a few of the brothers were on their way for a few days in Mexico. A long overdue vacation. They met when she was stranded on the side of a country road they were passing through. She tried to be cautious but she was in a bind. Wow! She was gonna show up with some bikers--her books boyfriends were bikers. Too bad they were just dropping her off or they might be a great draw to her table.
He hadn't been interested in more than a night in any woman for a while--until Hallie. He just had to convince her to give him a shot.
I loved the book and hope this is the beginning of a new series. It's got everything an MC book needs: great characters, intrigue, danger, enemies, steam, and so much more. The MC brothers are loyal but teasing is basic for them all. When Azreal shows an interest they change to add protective to their feelings. She was part of their family now.
Don't miss it. Will their enemies keep them apart or will their danger interfere? I'm ready for more!

Just truly can not get enough of this MMM Mayhem Makers series and am loving finding so many new authors who write the type of books I just absolutely love. Property of Azrael is one of those fast-paced books that pulled me out of a reading slump. Honestly, first chapter in and I was sold! Sometimes all you need is a hot motorcycle daddy and a sassy mfc, some instalove and good smut. I for one, needed this story.
Hallie is such a relatable character. She's a struggling writer with a regular people job who just wants to write and have a good life. Not to mention she's full of sass and one liners that had me in tears! She gets a last minute invite to a book convention and instead of spending the funds on a cheap plan ticket, she says "Fuck it imma drive in my shitty car." Queen.
Azrael (Az), and the rest of his MC just want to have a week on a beach in Mexico where they could drink, eat and fuck (not each other) but naturally when he see's a woman pulled off on the side of the road kicking the front bumper of her car before proceeding to trip over a pot hole, every plan gets thrown in the garbage because he's simping right out the gate! MY KIND OF MAN!
Next comes a deal, followed by a bet that leads to Hallie and Az together in Mexico. *wink wink nudge nudge*
Until fight ensues and a TikTok is uploaded, then there is trouble afoot. Can Az keep Hallie safe or will this end in disaster and heartbreak?

Romance author Hallie Palmer is on her way to a book signing event when her car breaks down on the interstate. Luckily for her, Azrael Buxton, president of the Bastard Boilers motorcycle club comes to her rescue. Azrael quickly realizes that Hallie writes MC romance and is surprised to find there are so many female fans of the genre. By the time he gets Hallie to her event, he’s come up with a plan to pose as Hallie’s boyfriend and help her sell books. Everything is going according to plan until Hallie happens to catch the eye of a biker from a rival MC.
It took me a little while to get into this book, but once I did, I really enjoyed it. The characters created by Avelyn Paige are memorable and fun. The world building is good, and the narrative is good. I’m hoping there will be more books in this series because I really liked the members of the Bastard Boilers and would love to read their stories, especially Asher’s. The book has both humor and emotion and is a nice, quick read.

It took me a little while to get into this book, but once I did, I really enjoyed it. The characters created by Avelyn Paige are memorable and fun. The world building is good, and the narrative is good. I’m hoping there will be more books in this series because I really liked the members of the Bastard Boilers and would love to read their stories, especially Asher’s. The book has both humor and emotion and is a nice, quick read.

Like many of the reviews below, I too Loved this book. The author gave us wonderful characters rolled up in an exciting storyline. It’s an easy, face paced read with lots of emotion. The synopsis above is spot on, so I won’t rehash that, I’ll just add that the connection between Hallie and Azrael was fabulous. Imagine our newly budding MC romance author not only getting invited to her first Big Book Signing Event but due to her clunker of a car, she’ll arrive at the event with an MC escort on the back of the club’s Prez’s bike no less. But things are not all sunshine and roses as Hallie will soon find out.
The storyline is full of twists, turns, laughs, sorrow, trouble, romance and so much more. As book one of the Bastard Boilers MC, I highly recommend grabbing it up and getting in on the ground floor with this group. I know this reader can’t wait for more.

Hallie is a budding new author and has been trying to get into the writing world. She has published some books and has been dying to get invited to MMM signing to get her books out more. So when one of the authors cancelled, she got in 😊But on the way there her car breaks down… And then just like something out of one of her books a hot sexy biker stops to offer her some help 😊
Azrael is a member of the BBMC and he and his club are on their way for some much-needed down time, when he happens on Hallie stuck on the side of the road. Offering to take her the rest of the way, surprised that she is going to a book signing for bikers…
Loved this story, loved Hallie and Azrael. Some parts she annoyed me, she was so hesitant in the beginning with Azrael but she soon came around, lol… Instant connection for these two, lots of laughs and some surprises. All in all, another great story added to this series 😊

Great Start To A New Series
Who wouldn’t love their MC fantasies to come to life?! Hallie wrote about these bikers and was lucky enough to take her books to the MMM signing in Texas this year. One little problem because on her way there her car broke down in Arkansas. Who would have thought that these same sexy men she wrote about would be the ones to show up to help her.
Azrael is a member of the BBMC and he and his club are on way to Mexico to let loose a little but when they see stranded Hallie they stop to help. What better way to show up at the MMC signing than to arrive on the back of a bike with a real-life biker and his club behind her.
Hallie was about to get a real-life experience with her biker which led to an insta love I couldn’t get enough of. I can’t wait for the next book in this series to release. I’m hooked.

Hallie has one job that she loves and one that’s necessary. Her love is what gets her to go to a book get together that exists in our world. Azrael is ready for some relaxation. He’s very descriptive when he talks about one of his brothers – made me laugh. I would have loved to ask the author if she knew my father.
If you’re already a fan of this author, you’ll enjoy her latest. If not, this would be a great introduction as well as an intro to the world of Mayhem Makers. And she’s also using Azrael to start a new series. Our author did a great job in creating characters that are believable and would fit in perfectly at any biker book event. She also creates secondary characters that you want to see again. This was a ride that I didn’t want to end.

Hallie was a customer service rep that worked at home, but during her spare time she wrote romance stories about MC clubs. Hallie did a lot of research prior to her writing her story. She got invited to a book signing, Motorcycles, Mobsters, and Mayhem, in Texas. Hallie got the time off and drove her car to Texas. Somewhere in Arkansas her car decided to stop working. Azrael and his club were on their way to Mexico for a long over due vacation. When one of the members saw Hallie stranded they went to help her. She was very careful but realized that she had no choice and took them up on their offer to help her. When they got to the signing, Azrael decided to stay and aid her in selling all of her books. He learned that she wrote about MC and made a bet with her. The story was a good one with drama, action, and love. Good book to read.

This is the first in a new series, and this is Azrael and Hallie’s journey. Hallie is a new author and is super excited when she is invited to attend an MMM signing, and she is looking forward to spending a weekend meeting readers, models, and authors, however, on root her car breaks down on a rural road. Az and his crew stop and help Hallie, and when he drops her off at the signing, he is intrigued by the books about the MC lifestyle, and he convinces Hallie to spend a week with him and find out what their lifestyle is really like. This is a well written story which is action packed, with witty banter, humor, romance, undeniable chemistry, and is an entertaining and steamy addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Hallie gets invite to her first book that happens to be motorcycles, mobster, and mayhem. She is so excited but her old junk just had break down in the middle of nowhere. Frustrated and ready to give up along comes AZ and his MC. They on their way to Mexico for a little downtime. He feels an instant connection with her and makes her deal, he will not only take her the rest of the way there but if she agrees to stay some time with him in Mexico so he can show her what the MC really is, he help her out at the signing. Who could pass that up especially when she already fall for him. But it definitely not an easy road for them. They will make you laugh, cry and root for them from the beginning.

Biker romances used to be my favorite. I liked the danger, the roughness, and the hard falling love. This book fell short on that. It was a good read. Quick and could put it down if I needed but still had that hook in me. Problems I had with it, was it felt rushed. In a short amount of time the characters meet, fall for each other, have a big catalyst, and then have a HEA. All of those things were great. The plot and story line were good, but I needed more time with the characters. I wanted to see them have an argument, I wanted to see them disagree and come out the other side together.
The spice wasn't too bad, there were a few lines that gave me the ick when Azrael was talking but again not horrible.
Big points because no surprise pregnancy and it didn't end on a cliffhanger.

Avelyn has blown me away with Az and Hallie's story that I actually read it twice before writing this review. Hallie is a new author headed to the MMM event and Az along with his club are headed for much deserved vacation. I absolutely love this MMM book series. They are fast and quick reads. Being able to read stories from the attending authors is fantastic. The fact they all have something to do with the MMM weekend is the icing on the cake. Hallie is an indie author who gets invited last minute to attend MMM. Azrael and his MC are heading to Mexico for a weeks vacation. Stars aline and the fates intervene and Azrael and Hallie meet. I laughed out loud many times and hope that Avelyn writes more of the Bastard Boilers stories.

Hallie is a romance author stranded on her way to a book convention, Azrael is a club president on his way to vacation in Mexico. After rescuing her from the middle of nowhere, Azrael offers to drive her to Texas on their way to Mexico. This was very cute with a lot of fun trope used. I also appreciate that Halie was both wary when needed and not a pushover. I just didn't care about the plot and the third act was so useless. Like i didn't need a kidnapping but I would have rather something more engaging happened.

Where the whole club might be grieving for someone they all lost a, new comer surprises you at the most important time, defending what is their’s. Azrael you monster can be my knight any day. Hallie you are also my hero to stand your ground when it was needed. Fox, will you ever slow down? I don’t think so but you are one to keep around if for no other reason then the laughs, Thank-You. Asher, everyone deserves happiness.

I thought this was a good addition to the authors books and to the MMM series . The chemistry between the couple was off the charts hot and just made me super jello of the heroin . The characters were also likable and they made the story that more interesting . I am a huge fan of the author love her books and this was an amazing one to read . I can't wait to read more by the author in the future and in the series .

An fantastic way to start a series. From the moment each character was introduced I was hooked. Azrael and Hallie are adorable together, their differences make them imperfectly perfect for one another. I loved the chemistry and the beautiful connection they developed. The premise of this story was unique and I loved it! I'm excited to dive into this series and of course all of the other Mayhem Makers books. Great story!
