What can I say about this book?
Well, it is no surprise that Zane & Jenna hit us with something that is heartwarming, topical and relevant, or that the writing and characterisation are flawless. After all, it's what they do best!
Megan Blanchet is uber succesful in the world of business, well-respected and coveted for her abilities.
Despite this, her personal life is a mess and once more, she stands on the sidelines as another of her best friends marries their true love.
Constantly self-loathing, Megan eats her feelings, hating what she sees in the mirror.
Will she ever find what seems to come so easily to others?
Enter Storm Bloom, the hot, rich, playboy that everybody wants a piece of.
He's instantly entranced by Megan and sets about winning her heart, but will it be as easy as he thinks it will be?

My words won’t come close to doing this book justice, but I have to give it a try. This story is magically written with characters that are not what you would typically expect from this subject matter but in a very unique way. You get drawn into Megan and Storm’s lives right from the start. Megan is both confident and insecure, you will feel her struggle with anxiety, second-guess herself and hope, then watch her grow and reach for what she truly wants and root for her every step of the way. Storm is not your typical arrogant rich guy, don’t get me wrong he is very rich, very confident and knows what he wants – Megan. There is a twist to this story that will have you wanting to strangle a character or two at times. Of course it also has all the emotional words that Zane and Jenna are known for. Grab the book and find out what life has in store for Storm and Megan, you won’t want to put it down until the very end.

A MUST READ!!!!
This was a wonderful read. It really deserves more than 5 stars. It will have you in tears, mad at the characters, and happy at the same time if that is even possible. Zane and Jenna has brought us a read that one time or another we all thought the same thing, Always A Bridesmaid, Never the Bride. But dreams do come true. A MUST READ!!! This one is worth reading and buying, I am glad I did

This beautiful love story had me captivated right from the very start!
I absolutely loved Megan, she is a person that I would love to be friends with, she's beautiful, creative, loyal, caring, considerate and funny, but her confidence in herself is sorely lacking.
Then add the gorgeous Storm Bloom, who could be with any pretentious super model that he chooses but he is mesmerized by Megan. He is gorgeous inside and out and definitely heart throb material.
This story tugs on the heartstrings in more ways than one. It's heartwarming, funny at times and leaves you disgusted and angry at other times. There is also a few twists that I didn't see coming that had my heart pumping as I flicked those pages.
I Love Loved this story, Storm and Megan together made my heart soar.

Zane and Jenna have done it again with a book I couldn't put down. A sweet romantic story between two people that defies the public perception of what a couple in love should look like. The model gorgeous guy couldn't possibly fall in love with the down-to-earth, chubby girl right?
Storm and Megan's love story is heartwarming, but it's the plot behind their relationship and the struggles they work through that intrigued me the most. If they are perfectly fine together, why do others care? And who is in the background causing trouble?
This couple may not be what others see as an ideal couple. but for them, it's more than what's on the outside that makes a happily ever after come true.

Megan and Storm begin as the typical tropes; the heavier set girl who dates little and finds success in her work to cover for her insecurities and Storm the suave, wealthy upper crust who is normally scene with high profile models hanging off his arm.
Zane and Jenna Michaelson turn this trope into a lovely deep dive into the character of a person and what makes people worthy of love, life, and limitless dreams. They penned the superficial and swam in the thick roots of what ingredients constitute upstanding moral and ethical human beings. The laughs and tears the Michaelson’s are able to pull from their readers remains on par for the beautiful story of the true depth of loving oneself and understanding the unconditional love for others.

This story will have you hooked and cheering for Megan. From their time at a boarding house Megan, Beatrice, Sadie and Emmie have been friends. But all hell breaks out right after Beatrice’s wedding. Now you will have to read this wonderful book to see what happens to what seemed like true friends and will Megan find her forever happiness.

Very well written. A great love story with lots of ups and downs. You just never know where the love bug will hit. Two different people and so glad Storm kept after Megan. Just love a HEA. Keep these books coming.

What a fantastic, ugly duckling type story. I loved the unpredictable road blocks thrown into the characters' lives. I also enjoyed all the British slang and burst out laughing on several occasions.

Just wonderful!
Such a beautiful story and impeccably written as always by Zane and Jenna.
I felt as if I knew the characters like my own friends, but would actually love to be Megan's friend! I related to some of what she was going/went through as I'm sure will many other people who read this book. I loved the message that Zane and Jenna got across with so much depth, love and compassion. It really is beautiful, and I would love for there to be more...maybe a book 2???

This is a good story that grabs your attention, full of twists, turns, suspense and action that keeps you on the edge of your seat, but it felt like half a book. Things are revealed but they don't have closure and there needed to be an Epilogue to close out Storm and Megan's story.
