Half the book is a beautifully detailed rundown of how to manage a remote team. Brad leaves nothing out. I get the sense that he genuinely wants to help business owners that work with remote teams.
The other half is a sales pitch for the Teamly software. Nothing wrong there. The book would just be a whole lot thinner in the absence of the Teamly pitch

I already work with teams so I was familiar with a lot of the information presented. Overall it was nice to "check myself before I wreck myself". Appreciated the gained perspective where I learned new info too.
