This is broken up into three parts: The Backstory which occurs after the Prologue in Lords book 1, Lady of Forsyth which occurs after Dukes book 3, and an Outtake which occurs after the Epilogue in Lords book 3. Phew. We’re gonna need a reading guide for the Royals here shortly.
Did the authors just take fan ideas for the hottest sex scenes possible with Tris, Dimitri, and Killer? 🥵 I’m not mad at it. I simp so hard for all the Royal boys. We get our favorite tropes: Killer’s somnophilia, Tris’s exhibitionism, and Dimitri fucking her while playing the piano. Then a lovely outtake with a rarely seen kink that I love.
It makes me downright thirsty for the next installment featuring the Princes.
My babies! 🥹 Reading this reminds me of how much I have missed them. 💥 I just can’t with the female model cover here tho. She looks like a fucken child, pls change it, lorddd.
This was a nice epilogue novella for anyone who enjoyed the Lords of Pain series from this universe. It's basically all smut including a prologue of the male characters' POVs during the scene of Tristian and Story in the laundry room before she ran away, and then it gave a little bit of a glimpse into the adult lives of Story/Killian/Rath/Tristian.
Overall, I enjoyed it for what it was. It was nice to see these characters again.
I do agree with another reviewer who said the cover model on this book looks like a child though--it's kinda creepy. She looks like Megan from those creepy robot child movie trailers.
Re-read 07/10/23: SOMEBODY TELL ME WHY I KEEP GOING BACK TO THIS SERIES?!?!? IT'S LIKE I'M ADDICT WHO'S HOOKED ON CRACK HELPAJWJSKSKSKKS
Re-read 14/07/23: 4.5⭐️ Shit like this makes me so soft y'all. Need me a Dukes extended epilogue with babies, DILFS and a wholesome HEA ajsjsjksksk🥺💗
4⭐️ Reading this just reminded me of how the ugliest of things can turn into the most beautiful ones. Story, Killian, Tristian and Rath had a very, very, very horrible beginning. But a satisfying ending. I was glad to see them embrace the pain and the hurt in the trilogy as well as in this book so that they make way for a new beginning. Missed these characters so much and I absolutely enjoyed reading about them again! Also the smut was HOT HOT HOTTTTT🔥 🔥🔥
This was a cute little extra but for the lords. I definitely have missed these characters and this short story made me remember just how much. I will forever love this group.
It's been a really long time since I read the first three books in this series. This was a nice way to catch up before I start the next set of books. I did love the last chapter from Story's POV with the baby. Good to see that update with these guys. Fatherhood looks good on them.
GAH I love the lords and their lady SO much- this was a total fan's dream. DELICIOUS- reminded me of just how magical this series is, how addictive and naughty, and made me want to re-read the whole trilogy all over again!
I loved this compilation of extras. Everyone had a moment and maybe Killian’s and Story’s were the most memorable, but the vignette with Dimitri and Story provided closure I didn’t know I needed.
Story’s exposure of his illiteracy and ruin of his conservatory aspirations was always the thing that felt like a step too far in the original trilogy. I didn’t see a way for them to forget that, even though they forgave each other. But the vignette made it clear there was more to it than that for Dimitri. It changed him in a very positive way.
I’m so happy to round out the Lords trilogy with this collection and looking forward to the Princes!
I loved Story and her Lords so much when I read their books so I was very happy when this was released. I could always read more about them. I especially liked seeing the guys as daddies. 💜
So I enjoyed this! Lady of Forsyth is comprised of three short bonus stories in the world of the Lords’ series. There is a prequel (takes place in the laundry room scene from the guys PoV) and two epilogues (which take place during the dukes/princes books).
**If like me you decide to read this straight after finishing the Lords’ trilogy then be warned that in those two epilogues you will get spoilers for the dukes/princes books. I would advise to read after you have at least finished the Dukes trilogy to avoid any possible spoilers.
This was mostly just smut, it was in every chapter… not that I’m complaining. However, with that we are able to see what their life is like now and get little glimpse into what’s going on in the Royals world… again, if you don’t want spoilers read after you’ve read the Dukes books.
I would have liked to see a bit more of their life’s now, especially with baby Melody. So hopefully we get something like that in the future. Maybe if possible one where she’s a little grown up. I love that the Lords are girl dads and I definitely need to see more of that wholesomeness.
This book is more a collection of short stories, about Story and her journey on becoming a true Lady to her Lords while at Forsyth University.
If you enjoyed reading the Lords trilogy you will definitely enjoy this, it helps give you some insight into some of the events that occurred in the trilogy.
If you haven't read the trilogy I would not read this as it doesn't work as a standalone in my opinion.
As always if you like reading dark romance you will enjoy this but be sure to check the trigger warnings - happy reading!
super cute. Now it feels the lords of pain chapter truly is closed, the epilogue I was looking for. I believe I was supposed to read the dukes trilogy before this bc I came across some spoilers but oh well idc lol
Book: Lady Forsyth Read By: Ebook Author: Amelia Shaw Genre:Dark Romance , Criminal Main Characters: Tristan, Story, Killian and Rath Recommend: Yes Spice: 🌶️️ 🌶️️ 🌶️️ 🌶️️ Age recommendation: 18-30+ Years My feelings:
I cannot get enough of the Royals of Forsyth.
“I’m pretty sure she could call me ‘big brother’ and make me forget my own fucking name.”
I do not care what form it comes in. I'll take any.
“You can take it, little sister. Your body’s meant for me. You feel that, don’t you? The way you open up for me so willingly? It’s because you’re not whole without a part of me inside you.”
This book was fantastic! I loved getting more from the moments we loved out of the books. I did get the bonus chapters when they were released but its nice to have them all in one spot.
“You want me to tell them that I was illiterate, passed from one grade to the next, charmed my way to graduation, and then convinced my house girl to give me blow jobs and teach me to read?”
I wish this book was available to buy as a paper back and not just ebook!
“Glancing up, I see Rath watching us again. He’s always such a good audience for us. Never speaks. Never moves. There’s just his dark, sinful eyes boring into us. Rath is the best person to give a show to.”
I think it was released as a special hardcover limited edition but I missed out. Maybe i'll just stalk them till they release it again.
“When he’s like this, you can almost forget what a fucking psycho he is, eh?”
Highly recommend if yo ave read this series already and need more bonus chapters!
“love you,” he says, grinding out the words as he shudders. “Jesus Christ, I fucking love you, you know that?” I answer truthfully. “Yes.”

⭐️⭐️1/2 stars This book has been sitting on my virtual shelf for months. I’m not sure why a book of short stories was so hard to finish, especially since these characters were the first ones to make me fall in love with Forsyth. 🤷🏻♀️
But I finally finished it. It’s fine. Not amazing. Not horrible. But fine. I’m not sure it’s necessary to read if you follow the characters in this world but it does have a few references to other main characters.
There is also one very important story that goes back in time and gives POV of the first time they interacted with Story- you know- the laundry room scene as teens. If for no other reason that one is worth reading to get more of their insights and understand the three main guys thoughts.
One last little date with Story, Dimitri, Killian and Tristian, god dam I missed these four!!
I loved reliving their first scene together in the laundry and I loved every single second of their individual dates together with an update on their life at the end.
As usual, Dimitri stole the show again for me, but that scene with story drugged was just perfection 🥵
I just love these characters so much 😭 It was so fun to get some more bonus content in this world and see how everyone lived happily ever after. every time i think i have a favorite, one of the guys outdoes the others and makes me question things (who am i kidding i’m team dimitri all day but killian and tristian are very close 2nds lol). story is my queen and i love her.
Some of this I had previously read, but some of it was new. I particularly liked the Dimitri chapter with the piano and the Tristian chapter on the boat. I still struggle with Killer and the way it all began, but it was still fun to return to Story’s world.

This was the perfect time to explore the universe more but again I have more questions so I suppose I’ll wait and wait for those good answers yet to come!
If you read this right after reading the lords trilogy, you will probably love this book. I loved the trilogy and didn't really see the point in this book because I read the final book a year ago. It didn't add anything. Very mehhh Although..I would have loved more baby scenes with Story and the Lords. That would have kicked this rating up for me.
This novella has 2 mentions of Lavinia Lucia - the Dutchess in the Dukes series that comes next. There are spoilers for that series that were pretty casually stated because there are some time jumps between each scenes/chapters.
