I’m biased because Oppenheimer is my favorite film of last year (and possibly of all time), but to learn about the production and behind the scenes aspects of it was incredible. It also is complete with beautiful set pictures and quotes from many of the actors and crew.

Learning about the trinity test scene was for sure my favorite part, because watching that scene in theaters in 70mm was one of the greatest theater experiences of my life. But to learn about other things like the fact that they had to invent black and white imax film for this as well as the rationale behind casting decisions, made for such a fun read.

I only got this because I wanted a relatively cheap christopher nolan autograph, so I bought a signed copy of this. however, it was definitely worth reading. It's a cool behind the scenes look at the making of the movie.
