This was a very helpful explanation of how trauma can impact the body as a whole, and specifically, how it impacts voice users and singers. The author provides lots of practical applications that can be utilized in the voice studio. There are parts that felt a little "woo-woo" for me, but because the author backs it up with such thorough research, I could get on board. An excellent resource for voice professionals!
