3.5 quick mating stars
Nice, quick and safe palate cleanser.
The book opens up with Wyatt, alpha, talking to Regina about finding mates for his pack. Once a wolf reaches 30, they can become uncontrollable if they’re not mated- called mate madness. All of his pack members were kicked at from their original packs or are just solitary wolves. He’s had them join him and he became their alpha (he himself’s about to be 30😬).
So Regina makes a chemistry spell and finds potential mates for the members. She contacts Dahlia who matched the best with Casey.
Now they need to meet to see if the chemistry spell’s accurate.
And it is VERY accurate 👀.
Casey has to control his wolf around her so he doesn’t scare her. But Dahlia is all about exploring this connection.
And they do 😉.
This is short, but oh LAWD it’s 🥵. We get two full 🔥 scenes and even appetizers 😉. The marking scene was 🥵💦🔥.
Plus, I will ALWAYS appreciate cereal eaters, and Casey can’t resist tasting her every chance he gets 😮💨💦.
Annnnd, he loves every curvy inch on her 😉👏🏻.
What I wanted more of:
1- it to be longer. There’s no epilogue 😭. I’m assuming I need to keep reading the series to maybe see how their HEA pans out
2- the book not to end so abruptly ☹️. If we had an epilogue, it wouldn’t feel so abrupt, so 😏
3-more on the packs dynamics. Again, I’m assuming reading the rest of the series will clear this up.
Overall, this was a quick, enjoyable read ❤️. I’m definitely going to check out the rest of the series.

Argumento:
Casey necesita uns compañera para evitar la locura que acecha dentro de su manada. Pero su lobo ya ha causado suficientes dramas, por lo que cuando Wyatt y Regina le informan que han seleccionado una pareja potencial, él se sorprende. No hay forma de que él sea el primero en conseguir una coincidencia, pero tan pronto como su lobo la ve... está seguro.
Ella es suya. Y él haría cualquier cosa para hacerla suya.
Dahlia está huyendo de una vida de dificultades, desesperada por el amor y el lugar al que pertenece. Entonces, cuando una misteriosa llamada telefónica le promete la oportunidad, ella acepta el momento, ansiosa por tener una oportunidad de una vida mejor.
Ella firma la línea punteada, sin darse cuenta de cuánto está a punto de cambiar su vida.
Porque Casey haría cualquier cosa por su pareja, y él tiene la intención de reclamarla como suya.
Mi humilde opinión:
La manada de lobos de Briar Falls está compuesta por lobos de otras manadas rechazados o solitarios. Pero ellos están llegando a la edad en que no podrán controlar sus lobos sino encuentran a la mujer indicada para aparearse.
Wyatt, el alfa, está dispuesto a lo que sea para salvarlos de la locura y por eso consulta Regina sobre cómo encontrar compañeras para los miembros y amigos de su manada. La propuesta de la bruja son mujeres humanas. Un hechizo para encontrar compañeras que sean compatibles con los lobos de la manada. Dahlia es la primera mujer en tener una compatibilidad con Casey.
Pero él es un shifter inestable y las cosas se complican cuando ve a Dahlia con la que tiene una inmediata conexión.
Esta es una lectura rápida, dulce y sexy sobre compañeras destinadas con HEA. Sin dramas complicados para disfrutar durante unas horas.
Sin dudas leeré la siguiente, me gustó la idea de este mundo shifter y los personajes eran agradables y atractivos. Estoy enganchada!

A quick and heartwarming read but my only criticism is that I'd hoped it was longer. Briar Wolf Pack is a pack chock full of single male wolves all looking for mates. This book follows Dahlia & Casey as they both navigate each other. By introducing Dahlia into Casey's Supernatural World. I read this book in one afternoon and I enjoyed reading. I really liked Dahlia and Casey. I'm looking forward to more books in this series.

This is a quick shifter story that is the beginning of a new universe. Unlike many shifter stories this one deals with a pack formed of lone wolves who were previously banished from their born to packs. In this universe wolf shifters are born, not made, and they must find their destined mate (if possible) and form a bond before the madness takes over and their wolves rule them. Question is, what does it take for a pack of outcasts to find they’re destined? And will they achieve their goals in time? Or will the clock strike and they become lost to the wolf and put down due to being feral?

Oh, I loved a Wolf Called Casey! Sometimes the shorter, fun filled romances hit the reading spot just right. I thought the concept of a pack full of lone wolves who must find their fated mates before they lose themselves was super unique. This first book definitely sets up this series for an interesting start. And Dahlia and Casey were adorable to the max! While there was definitely some tension, there was also lots of heat filled moments. I cannot wait to dive into the next book and meet our next matchup!

I loved this novella sized romance from this author.
I normally have read her why choose romances but once again this author didn't dissapoint.
I loved Casey and Dahlia so much , they are sweet and also a little bit spicey.
Im loving this new series about wolf shifters and finding their mates and I can't wait for more in this fantastic new series.

Cute Short
This was a cute short insta-love read. I'm loving the world the J.E. is creating with these lone wolves who need mates. Casey is the first one to get a match with Dalilah. They are so cute together as Dalilah navigates the unknown of the shifter world. I can't wait to see who is Regina matchmakes next.

Loved it!!
I loved this story and finished it within two days. I thought it was well written and had me hooked from the start. A fast burn story with pleanty of heat with some weerwolf action thrown in and I absolutely loved the characters. Starting of with Casey and Daliah who both want a second chance and find there true love. And I love a story with a happy ending.

Wow, what a read. OMG. This book grabbed me and would not let me put it down no matter what I needed to do. It moves along at a pace that is perfect for the flow of this story. The characters are amazing and you will love them and you what to be there for them no matter what happens. This book needs to be read and at the top of your TBR list, no doubt about it.

Saving their mate
Loved the set up for this world and book series. A pack of lone wolves who are close to going crazy and need mates to save them. I loved it.
Casey and Dahlia are a cute match as poor Casey learns that he is worth loving. Really cute instalove read. Looking forward to book 2 and getting to know the other members in the pack.

Not for me.
Short, sweet, fast, way too simple and lacking any real story.
Dialogue felt stilted, overly drawn out.
Despite how short and fast it is, I ended up skimming the end, determined to finish it, but honestly bored.
It is very sweet and simple.
May be to someone else’s taste.

Fantastic!!
Absolutely loved this book!! Werewolves, fated mates, passion and everlasting love...where do I sign up? Lol. I'm in love with Casey, how caring and sweet he was, always protective and madly in love. Dahlia was a great character too. Easy going caring, understanding about the new world that surrounded her. Looking forward to continuing reading this series!!

I gave this series 4 stars because even though they were a tad cheesy, they were highly entertaining. I loved the fact that they were short and sweet with a very decent plot. You need to read these in order because the alpha's story is spread throughout this series. You will get a small piece of his story in each book until the last book.
