Killer Instinct: A Tale of Deceit and Murder : A short story written using openAI’s ChatGPT software with only minor edits.
I asked ChatGPT to write a 60,000 word crime novel. It gave me 1,500. I gave it some more prompts, added some of my own (very minor) editing and you have Killer Instinct - a slightly odd crime novella, around 3,500 words, which "AI" thinks reflects James Patterson and Lee Child's styles - with a nod to Harry Potter thrown in for good measure.
