C'était sympa et facile a lire pour une personne qui a du mal avec la langue anglaise mais malheureusement je n'ai pas aimé ce livre. Trop simpliste, beaucoup de fautes et l'histoire semble bâclée et/ou incomplete.

Problematic on Too Many Levels

Audiobook Review
This book is poorly done on several levels. I actually wonder if the author is a non-native English speaker or hired a low-rent ghostwriter. Nothing is inherently wrong about somebody writing a book in English who doesn't speak it natively. However, if that is the case, the author should have the book vetted by a native speaker before publication so the little things a native speaker would just know don't trip up the author's words. The book also seems to have trouble with culture, as some particular phrases used are just a little off from what they should be. Small words were missing, too.

Aside from these bizarre English issues that made the story clunk in my inner ear, this book had too much “story” for the limited word real estate of a novella. It is under 3 hours as an audiobook, yet the book is about a love triangle—not a favorite trope—which requires time to deeply explore the three characters who have decisions to make. The author didn't really spend much time on plot or romantic development for either romantic couple. Far too much time was spent just laying out the complex backstories and what is currently happening to the characters. Unfortunately, even this was not done well. Key bits of information needed to help you, the reader, and the heroine (as someone who is drawn to two men) understand them and their relationship dynamic was held back. This felt more like a recitation of unconnected scenes than a story. Not recommended.

I received a promo code for this audiobook, but that did not affect my review.

This book was great! It was an easy read, held my attention throughout the whole thing, and left me wanting more. That is pretty much my 3 major criteria for a book to get at least 4 Stars. That 5th star is for something I can't exactly explain. It's the roller coaster ride that an excellent book sends your emotions through. One minute I find myself laughing out loud (lol), Other times I was sad for Jenny. She was also very relatable (I went to nursing school, and had 1 more class to finish! I really wish I did now).
Sometimes I was team Derick, and Other times I was team Chef Ted. When I was like 3/4 of the way through, I couldn't believe that Eddy was going to be able to finish this whole thing with that few pages left! There was so much left to wrap up, I didn't think it was possible. But E.T did it. There was a KILLER Cliff hanger at the end. But it just makes me more excited to read the next one. I can also see both young adults and adults enjoying this one. It was fun, sweet, and a quickie.
And I am just putting this out there but, OMG Ashley and the daughter popped up. I really hope the next book comes out fairly soon, Eddy Twice needs to get writing before I die from anticipation! No pressure lol. But anyways, I HIGHLY recommend this amazing book, which I have a feeling is going to turn into a fabulous Romance series! Great Job ET, I can't wait to read more from you!

A story of a nurse Jenny, with a wonderful aura. The character is so well described; that anyone who reads, imagine her to be the most beautiful nurse he ever came across. (I love reading about her features).

The Chef is a character you will have the most sympathy with, it's heart wrenching that honest people like him gets the least of love in life, and the character of Chef Ted is the best example of it portrayed by the writer.

An other amazing Character is Derick More. A billionaire who loves her mother, daughter and grandma, but is an epitome of tragedy and his love live is in ups and downs. (No more spoilers here! 😏 As the story revolves around these characters.

Overall, an amazing story to read.

About the writer:

Writer's literary attitude is professional and the way the description of characters and scenes are drafted along with the way of expressing the thoughts of each individual separately in chapters is truly praiseful.

I enjoyed this book so much!!!

I love that each of the main characters narrates from their point of view, so you get to know them much better, about their lives, how they feel. The dialogues are fluid, that makes you hooked on the story. The chemistry between the characters fascinated me, Jenny is an admirable woman, also she had a great connection with both male leads and personally the one who stole my heart more was Ted.
That ending really surprised me, all the climax that takes place in the last pages!!! I NEED A SECOND BOOK!!!! I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT JENNY, TED AND DERRICK.

If you want a quick romance book to read in less than a day with a little bit of drama, this is the book for you.

Loved the narration of Skye Alley

Jenny, loves her job as a nurse. Meeting Derek who is kind but with past and makes Jenny feel starts to feel emotions for him. Thinks are good, but another man comes into her life. Ted who is carefree and doesn't do commitment.
Both make her heart race.

Sparks fly, and Jenny finds herself caught in a whirlwind romance that sets her heart racing.
Jenny must make the choice who two choose and deal with her past.
The chemistry between the characters is wonderful. You will find yourself fighting for both men.

the story was okay I feel like it was unfinished I hope there's a second book that would explain more because the ending just wasn't it. It left everything open not choosing anyone or falling in love with anyone. You really had no interaction with ted and 2 with Derek both were pining over jenny. jenny liked derek and thought about ted a few times but that was it.

This is an entertaining polyamorous, short story, romance, audiobook that holds your attention from beginning to end. The storyline is intriguing as the elements unfold. The characters are well written with steamy chemistry together. I enjoyed this audiobook.

This is a short and quick read and romance. I really like the characters. The end was a surprise and definitely left me wanting more. Jenny love her job as a nurse. She meets Derek and she starts to feel for him. Then there is Ted, who does not do commitments. Both Ted and Derrick like her. Such a good romance with a bit of drama.

This was everything that I was expecting and enjoyed from the genre. The characters had that element that i was wanting from this type of book, I thought the overall package worked overall. Eddy Twice has a strong writing style and can't wait for more.

This is a short novella about a nurse and the people she meets. It does include romance with complex characters. The story is well written but ends in a cliffhanger.

Excellent read. I loved the characters and i loved the story and it was so much better being able to listen while i was doing everything else. I really enjoyed getting to know the characters and sharing in their love story. Really good narrator and just all in all good.

This was a cute little romance. The author had me wondering who the female main character would choose throughout the whole story. However it looks like I’ll have to read the next one to find out.

Not sure how I feel about this one. Won’t spoil the plot but felt slightly miffed at the end. Not sure that it was what the author desired. Audiobook version - ended with an epilogue which left the plot hanging.

I have to say, I liked the story as it progressed, but I did not like the end. It felt like we only received half a book and there was hardly any development between the characters before the story suddenly cut off. I know there will be a second book but still, this cliffhanger was a shocking disappointment for such a short book.
