The tips aren’t all bad, they’re just laughably surface level with painfully obvious explanations. You can skip this one and just search a YouTube guided meditation instead.
A hour read but oh my do I feel better about myself . The connections to this book have made me see things I do occasionally were the right track , now to add these things into my daily routine everyday day not just when think I need them. Inspiring for sure, a page turner for me as I couldn’t wait to see what the next page held for me. Absolutely amazing! Starting today I am using what l learned during reading. And I will continue to use these tools each and everyday !
