Change Before You Have To is “a God-help strategy for us to apply to our lives”…Kettlering focus is God-centered change in every aspect of life—physical, spiritual, financial, etc. There is a lot of good advice within the pages of this book; however, for me personally the’ changing before you have to’ isn’t really a problem. Growing up in an environment where there was constant change, cemented in me an affinity to seek out and love change in all areas of my life. The premise of this book, living life constantly seeking to change and become more like Christ, is good though, as Ketterling puts it “Change before you have to. Don’t wait to change because you have to. The life you want—one of abundance, passion and satisfaction—isn’t out of reach if you’ll decide to make the changes you’ve been on the fence about for too long. Stop stalling and start living with intention, purpose, and meaning. It will change your life—forever.”
