The FBI is digging dangerously close to the paranormal truth. In fact, they are observing Zach like he's some mobster kingpin.
Then again, with a new giant mansion filled with beautiful ladies and a hoard brimming with gold, is being the dragon king all that different?
Zach is trying to button up his business and appear innocuous to the outside world, but Norton decides to play dirty. When Norton takes the gloves off and changes the rules, is he ready for what the Dragon King has in store for him?
All of this while Zach has to juggle a house full of nymphs and keep his mates satisfied.
Born and raised in the agricultural midwest, I moved every year after school even as far as Shanghai before settling down with my wife in Chicago.
I have always enjoyed Wuxia stories and became thrilled when I discovered harem stories spreading to western books. I've written down my day dreams for years as an idle hobby. Inspired by the harem genre I'm finally fleshing them out into full blown novels.
I'm excited to share my stories with you as I turn them into novels and series.
Okay, this book was kind of a stunner. I was quite amazed how this one turned out. There was some amazing plot twists in is book. Zach is truly coming into his own and accepting many things. The ending was quite interesting and I’m loving goldie. I hope we see more of her. Too bad we didn’t get much of frank and Maddie. They kind of took the back burner here. Things are moving at a more rapid pace, I think Sentar is kind of rushing things. When he puts a number on things I think he tries to stick to that mold. I think this series could go for a couple more books and give us a truly magnificent blow out with the underworld and tidy things up with his parents, the elves, the dragons, Fae and most importantly his ever growing harem and family that he’s building. I think this is sentars biggest downfall. He did the same thing when it came to isaac’s book. I disliked that ending and that series was beyond superb and fascinating. Sighs, well. I guess the waiting game starts. I’m looking forward to seeing how this ends. I truly hope he can pull this off and not just cut it off and leave us unfulfilled. I will keep the faith! Onward lads!
A small revision: it seems Sentar might end this book on 9 instead of 8. I’m hoping the series continues past that. He’s done such a remarkable job and I think there’s so much more here with the underworld and then he could take the fight to heaven. I think there’s so much potential here. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. 😍
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It recovered well from the disappointments in book 6. It still feels ready for the end of the series, but it's not quite so urgent and I'm glad Sentar has said he'll take the time to do it properly. It felt like the excessively large harem worked better in this book. I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting used to it, because it's done better, or because there was more focus on the original characters. Probably a combination. I'm honestly concerned for the next book though, as the setup for it suggests it'll split everyone up again, which was my biggest complaint about book 6. Hopefully Sentar learned his lesson and/or manages to it better this time around. I guess we'll see.
I did enjoy this book but I am starting to worry how Mr. Sentar will continue to escalate the world to make it seem like Zach has any evidence of difficulty working through solutions, since he seems to be able to play the hammer to any small dilemma in the way. We know he will make it through the books, but some wonder about how he gets there might make the books more interesting. I continue to look forward to the next book so my concerns are somewhat like complaining about the shine on a gold coin but still there. I do enjoy the introduction of more of the Fae characters and how they impact the story but sometimes miss the simpler times with his original girls. Though I understand the value of adding additional characters and personalities, I do miss the smaller sandbox that was had when he harem was pre-Fae and dragonettes.
Loved this addition. The nymphs and newer characters are fun and Zach is coming into his own quite well. Always love learning of additional backstory and how characters are intertwined. The scene with the gold near the end was quite hilarious and I got a good laugh out of it. My only negative in this whole book was the one Larisa kind of “residing herself to her fate” of being an unimportant mate. Downside to the growing harem I guess. Aside from that this book was awesome from front to back. Bruce always delivers amazing books that are impossible to put down.
I’m not a fan of the expanding world that Zach is inhabiting, but it’s still interesting. The mystery could have been built up better, but that’s what you get with Sentar’s cyclic writing pattern.
The Nyske introduction was cool and tied into Zach’s life really well, but her loving him immediately just feels rushed. It could be a child parent love that develops into a relationship love but, if I’m being honest, the latter feel pretty laid out already.
Everything else was good and a decent continuation of the series. Hopefully the last two books are better.

I have now read I think these seven in five days, though I’ll admit to skipping the intercourse. The serious detraction for me is the poor editing, something I find consistent across Kindle Unlimited. In this series the stand-out homophone is hoard/horde; but there is also a host of logical errors in description, such as using a 2-d word for a solid. The volume has a good deal of connectors wrong (in/of, for example). All in all, the sort of things a decent editor, even a fair beta reader, should be raising as queries. I would be happy to help fix this.
I'll give this a 5 since I like the author, but objectively it's a 4. Writing is good, but I'm starting to get lost with all the women in Zach's harem. The author states that he's looking for an end to this series, and I can see why.
If I'm getting confused about all the women I can imagine that it's a mess for the author to keep straight. This is a bug, but it's a feature of the story as it has evolved, so I wish him luck in wrapping this one up.
Sprinkled in with all the great action, adventure, and romance, there are many one-liners, quick quips, and some hilarious bantering between Zach and his family and friends.
Both excited to read the next part of the story, and dreading the end that I know is coming. The bright side is that I know that Bruce Sentar has many more great stories that I will be happy to dive into!
This series continues to be a fun read but it's also getting bogged down by the sheer number of women. I get that there needs to be a harem, and if your idea of an intimate dinner date with your wife/wives includes a double-decker bus then you'll have no issues at all with this book. I just enjoyed the series more when everyone still fit into a minivan.
Love this series so much, i like the alternating perspectives as it adds depth to the other characters. The direction the story is heading is great and im looking forward to book 8
Another great installment in the series cementing it as one of my favorite, must read, series. I especial enjoyed the wrap up at the end; lots of new information setting up new storylines and answers to both new and old questions. Cannot wait for the next!
The story keeps getting better. I am glad some of what I considered inconsistencies were wrapped up in this book, I don't want to give out details of course. I can't wait for the next book in this series and in the Dungeon Driving 101. Keep them coming.
Another great book by M. Sentar, I loved the story and had a few good laughs, the sexy bits were really hot and the story keeps progressing in a way that makes us want more
I can't believe that he has come so far in just under a year!! I mean that much raw power and he doesn't even know how to use it yet xD. Can't wait for the next one!!!
What can one say, except, brilliant, fantastic, what a great read. So many adventures Zach is having, you kind of want to see the end but then your sad because that will mean no more books. Love it.
Thank god fae aren’t real bc no one would leave their homes…….anyhoo, this book continued the goodness of the previous. Added more lore, girls, back story, bad guys and I have zero complaints. Keep up the good work
No spoilers Worth reading we learn alpt about Zack past and his future and as well meet many new charactors along with many surprises worth reading you will enjoy
I wasn't sure what to expect. The plot is solid there is less gratuitous sex. Still a little crazy. There were minimum text issues and no typos. So, the book has an editor that is competent. I will see and likely what Bruce writes next.
Keeps getting better. Loved the GPS, that was pretty fun. Then close to the end there was a part in his hoarde that was hilarious. Looking forward to the next book.
I am obsessed with this series and love the development of the characters, especially Zach. Please come out with the next book's soon because I need to know what happens next.
