I read this a couple of months ago but never check to see if it was in goodreads and here it is! I’m a sucker for a beauty and the beast retelling so automatically it gets 4 stars for that. But I did love the relationship that developed between Hermione and Draco, and love the banter between Theo, Blaise and Draco. Quick enjoyable read but please check tags before proceeding—lots of fluff, yes but a dark beginning.

Guess who finished this in one sitting ehehhe. At first, I found the writing to be really off, and just couldn't ignore it, but as the book progressed, it got much better and I started enjoying it. This fic had the perfect amount of romance, comedy, and Ron bashing (love you Ron, but these authors are great at making me hate you lol). Loved how both Draco and Blaise were werewolves, something quite unique. Definitely worth a quick read!

3.5⭐️ - did I finish this in a night? yes I absolutely did and I have no regrets. at first, the writhing was a bit iffy and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to ignore it, but by chapter 4 the writing improved a lot and I couldn’t stop reading. I mean who wouldn’t love a beauty and the beast rewrite with Draco and Hermione?! this fic was the perfect balance of romance, comedy, and Ron bashing (ily Ron but these authors are great at making me hate you in their fics lol). I really enjoyed this quick read!

This was a cute, easy to read Dramione that combined many common tropes, primarily that Ron is an abusive alcoholic and Hermione didn’t really have the courage to stand up for herself. I’m not sure that canon Hermione would’ve ended up in that situation but I’m no big fan of Ron so I did not mind it. One of the more unique aspects was the fact that both Draco and Blaise were werewolves. Stereotypical happy ending. Definitely worth a quick read!
